These are the best mechanics in the industry. I will never go anywhere else!!! They will give you the shirts off their backs ,let alone their personal vehicles ,including rides home and then some. They are now part of my extended family from the front desk to the men and women who turn the wrenches God bless them all. I would like to add they worked on my 2012 Ram 2500 6.7 deisil plus paid for the parts which would have cost me about 3k and now working on my 199 Corvette..

I m a Big fan of these automotive enthusiasts/experts. I only turn over my vehicles to someone who doesn t view them as a tools for getting me from point a to point b and instead knows that cars are more than just the sum of their parts!As an automotive photographer i meet lots of people in the industry and can say for sure that everyone you ll interact with (and those who only interact with your car) is respectful, honest and will continue to build upon their skills and knowledge as our european thoroughbreds continue to develop more complicated systems - but without forgetting how to keep your classic or vintage machines in tip top shape.I d love to photograph your beloved automobiles -

They patiently listened and answered all my questions. Gave me clear guidance on issues I wanted to address myself. The work I had them do on my truck - 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 with 5.9 Cummins diesel - was top notch. Will recommend to friends and family!

Staff is very understanding and easy to talk to! They all made sure to keep in contact , and get me back on the road soon as possible. I had an internal water pump replacement along with three timing chains. Everyone was very kind and set my nerves to rest. Very knowledgeable about a very hard fix. They took my Flex in right away as I coasted in on a wing and a prayer and were able to get parts and do the repair in a timely manner. When I picked up my vehicle the mechanic that did the work was waiting for me and told me everything about the job. Great staff, very knowledge and kind. I will recommend and boast about the service I received there to anyone and everyone - Thank You So Much!

Friendly, prompt (well, not as fast as the "express" places, but a lot more thorough). Besides got oil/filter change and tire rotation in one stop so probably faster than an express oil change and a free (but not simultaneous) tire rotation at my tire place.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I needed the heater core replaced and asked for everything involving the cooling system replaced. I also asked for new upper and lower hoses, spark plugs and cables and cables to the battery. They did a complete diagnostic of my truck and found the front end was also in need. They never tried to upsell me, they alerted me to the front end issues, gave me a complete breakdown of all items and asked me what to repair. They also fixed my AC. This is a 1998 truck that I bought in 1998 and never had ball joints, tie rods, etc, replaced so it needed to be done. My truck had lost power going up hills. Levi listened to everything I said I wanted done and started they would also do a complete inspection. C.A.R. restored my truck to the condition it was in when I bought it and it only took a week! They have an amazing staff and kept me informed frequently. I'll definitely go to them for service in the future for my automotive needs!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Oil change

New update: July 2022. I experienced a temporary miscommunication with the office. I was not happy at all. However, Ezra reached out to me and we had a great conversation. I truly believe that we worked everything out successfully. Although I never really look forward to taking any vehicle to a repair shop, I do like knowing that I can trust those that I must see.New service report. April 2022. I am perfectly happy with the exhaust sensors that were changed. The price was high, but exactly as communicated.CAR repaired the differential in my suburban. Great work. Although they are very busy and there was a wait, they communicated very well regarding times and needs. Communication was excellent all the way through.The suburban runs wonderfully now!

I experience a road side emergency and CAR was the closest shop to my location. They were extremely welcoming, knowing I was traveling they got me in very quickly even though they were extremely busy. Work was completed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Very up front and honest. Offered me a donut while I waited, GOOD PEOPLE, very nice family owned business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDServices: Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs

C.A.R. service Center performed the following:1. Valve Cover Gasket- R&I Intake Manifold and R&I Upper Intake Manifold, changed spark plugs and Air Filter2. BG Air Induction Service3. Gas Engine Oil ChangeAfter this work was completed my vehicle, which is a 2006 IS250 Lexus (135,000 miles) runs very smooth - much like it did when new and it gets much better gas mileage. .The people at C.A.R. Went in to have a third brake light repaired that I thought was leaking, turns out it was the sunroof. They made sure I was aware of what was going on and also checked out a few more things that caught the mechanic s eye that ended up saving me a lot of money. These guys are very professional and the front office crew is on point and friendly. Highly recommend

Integrity is at the core of everything these guys do. They go above and beyond to maintain or repair many types of vehicles. They are honest, fair, fast and always have a great attitude. After 17 years in this small town, several of these guys have become like family. I would trust them completely with anything, not just my car. Wartrace is blessed to have this business in our town!

Recently I had the misfortunate of needing some warranty work done to my F350 Super Duty, but I m very fortunate my vehicle was taken to Cataldo Auto Repair Service Center (CARS). From the moment I walked into their shop everyone was very nice. They took the time to explain what the issues was and how they were going to repair it. They made several calls to me explaining the progress and keeping me updated on when it would be ready. I cannot be happier about the quality of the work they did and the professional customer service they provided. I m happy to say that I would use this facility again and again..

The people at Cataldo Auto Repair, in the office and in the shop, are always friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain issues before repairs if they are out of the ordinary and don t slap you with an unexpectedly large bill at pickup. They know what they re doing and can fix most everything, but if it s something they can t do they will tell you and help you find someone who can. We appreciate their dedication to their customers and will keep coming back for our auto repair/maintenance needs.

I love going here! They are very honest people, told me everything that was wrong with my car. I had asked them if it was worth just getting a new car and they told me yes; they would never put their own kids in that car. So I got a new car and they took a look at for free to make sure it was okay! Thank you!

Do yourself a favor and go to C.A.R. for your service needs. I was in need of a wheel alignment in the worst way and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I was satisfied. Very professional and courteous. They provided a inspection report with issues that needed to be addressed and left the decision up to me (no pressure). Excellent work and all issues repaired. They are honest. They don't want money you shouldn't spend. They're booked up all the time they do good work and that's why. You'll spend a little more than cut rate shops but these people will take care of you. If you care about quality this is the shop for you.

I will always use these guys. Not only are the ladies up front super nice and respectful they go out of their way to help you and let you know whats going on. The guys fixing the cars a super knowledgeable and fast. Thank you for being a honest automotive shop in a world where ripping off people seems to be a hobbie.
