My bf says I am sexy. The staff is not very knowledgeable or courteous. But they do try to prevent theft by following you around the entire time even though you are a regular and spend $100-$500. The store is stocked very well. They have a great selection of products.

I would like to give a big shout out and appreciation to the supervisor Joe he has always help me and my family to get the right parts at the right price. He deserves a raise. Thanks Joe, for always being there to help me and mine out.

Nice people. They installed wiper blades to my car. Sorry I couldn't use the perks because, apparently, all computers are not part of the same system. Good enough, they gave me 15% my purchase.

I wasn't greeted, but the employees were nice and helpful. The store was clean, and they had the products I was looking for in stock. During checkout when I ran my card, the display didn't come up initially, but finally worked properly.

Broke down at midnight. Alone at a Crossville Dollar General. All signs pointed to the starter. My husband (next day) took the starter to the Wartburg store and bought for $300 a new one. They didn't offer to test the old one. He gets the new one on and it still doesn't work. So we call to let them know that we were bringing it back and needed the old one because the problem was actually the battery. The associate I spoke with (Christy) was beyond rude. Before hanging up on me she very rudely informed me that we could not bring it back because of it being an electrical part. I asked if my husband had been informed of this and and instead of answering she said to call back when her manager returned from lunch and then hung up on me. I WILL NOT be doing business with this store in the future. Being in customer service the first thing I do is let customers know the return policies before they walk out the door and I DO NOT hang up on them, I try to resolve the issue. Perhaps Ms. Christy needs further training in customer service.

I love this Advance Auto Parts. There's one guy in there who is not as friendly as the rest, but they still have good prices and good service. Laura is great and she really knows her stuff. Everytime she is the one to help me, she always has a smile and knows what questions to ask to get the exact part I need. I buy most of my parts here for myself and for any work I do for my father-in-law.

I have had several problems with getting parts and parts being wrong over the years but yesterday topped it when I was told no code reading cause of pandemic. Three hours prior to that Clinton highway Advance auto parts has no problem installing batteries or using code reader. My son had to go back 3 different times for the rite part a week ago. Lost my business.

Store is clean and we'll stocked. Sales clerks are prompt but not real knowledgeable. Items are a bit hard to find as there is no isle markings. But overall it's OK

had questions about something my L bracket connected to my battery. Since I have fuses on it, I asked if someone could come and take a look at it, but it seemed like they really had no inclination to help. Advance Auto Parts has been always known to me, in past experiences, to have staff willing to come out and help run a diagnostic or at least give one an idea of what might be occurring. This store did not.

Went in 3 employees stood at the register area talking while we looked around no offer of assistance or have a nice day. Very disappointed we went down the mountain to make our purchase

When you in a bind it works out but be prepared to pay a minimum of 30 percent more than online... More like 50 percent or more most of the time.
