Stayed 3 nights in March 2024. Level gravel sites, many trees. Seems to be quite a few long term units but sites are well kept. Most places with long term guests have long grass and weeds growing and vehicles in poor repair. None of that seen here. Staff were nice. Bathrooms and showers were clean and stocked. Best WiFi we have ever had at a campground. Location was pretty with a river and foothills nearby.

We just left from touring the property, and we loved it. We will be staying for a few months starting later this month. They have LOADS of amenities. Very nice laundry room, kids play ground, propane fill station, background checks, ice machines, swimming pool and a nicer variety of campers. (Not many poorly kept rigs at all, which is nice) Staff was extremely helpful in coaching us along to get a permanent address, and grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful surroundings, and completely reasonable pricing. We are very much looking forward to staying here. Officially been here a little over a month and love the place. Staff is on top of things, and we love the area!

This is the last night of our nearly week long stay and I just don't want to leave. The resort is situated at the foot of a mountain, with a lovely meadow and stream on the property. There are ample restrooms and showers and a large, well lit laundry room. The amenities are spotless. The area around the pool is beautifully landscaped, and there is a small workout room with all the equipment anyone could need. The sites are ample and well situated. We had no problem leveling our camper and enjoyed the shade of two trees on our site. The real treasure here, however is Joy, the resort manager. I RV full time and have stayed in many parks and resorts and have never come across anyone as kind, caring, or helpful as Joy. After a long, tiring day on the road she greeted us like an old friend and made us feel immediately at home. This resort is a short drive to Maryville, Townsend and the beautiful Smoky Mountain National Park. I love this resort, and can't wait to return.

Beautiful campground. Well maintained. Text message before we arrived with all the info was great! Pool was very nice! Great views. Very well maintained. Restrooms and showers were exceptional. A little hard to get to. Road coming in is very narrow for RVs, but it was worth it.Food & drinks: There is a brewery down the road. Peaceful Side Social. VERY good food! Nice little playground for the kids and a nice covered patio. Dog friendly!

Stayed 1 week. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Within 30 minutes of any entertainment you wanted. Great dog walk. Showers, laundry, and bathrooms are very clean and maintained. I'm definitely going to come back when in the area. Had a great time visiting the area. Highly recommend this RV park!

This is a beautiful campground. Twice I went to the office to purchase ice, wood, etc and both times they were closed and out on the grounds somewhere but it looked like they were well stocked. The river and walking path runs along the park and the bathrooms/showers are updated and nice. Tried to shower in the morning and the water was ice cold so that didn't happen. The sites had electric, water, sewer so that was good.

We love this campground. It's one of our favorite places to go when we need a stay-cation. Quiet campground, right on the river. Updated playground, nice pool, with lovely water feature on one end. Clean restroom/shower/laundry facilities. It smells like clean clothes and shampoo in there. There's even a small sitting area in there with comfy couches. It's close to Townsend and about a 30-45 min drive to Pigeon Forge.

Nothing special about this campground. The pool was closed for the season when we arrived in September. Nothing on their website about this or mentioned when we made our reservations or checked in. Plenty of rules for their customers to adhere to. The Townsend KOA down the road is much better.

Nice little RV park, quiet, clean laundry and bathrooms. They had all the amenities, nice staff. They had a dog run.Nearby activities: We went to Townsend to eat and drove to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge during our stay. My husband rode Tail of the Dragon and we drove Cade s Cove.Safety: Quiet, seems safe, we had no issues. The was a mercantile in Townsend that left all their merchandise out when closed. I am thinking that s a good indicator of safety in the area.Walkability: Short trail next to the River.

Great location, their lots were level and the majority of them are pull thru. Large fields for activities plus a nice walking trail and swimming pool. Whispering Pines RV also has access to the river. There is an convenience store near by that carries a few camping items and that became very handy.

Notice: We did not camp at this location...however we were able to pay to use a dumping station. There was a nice pool surrounded by a fence and large palm trees for privacy. The campground is set up so that RV's can go up one aisle and park on either side According to the Rental site...and then down the next aisle to park on either side.Located next to the Little River for swimming, rafting and fishing.Quiet location and not too far from US 321 near Townsend, Walland, Maryville and Cades Cove.Buildings with gym, vending and laundry facilities were advertised.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean the laundry room and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and refreshing. The playground looked brand new. Our children loved it. The river was beautiful and they have an amazing trail by the river. Excellent small safe campground. Very family friendly!

It is close to the Smokey Mountain National Park wich is beautiful. And about 30 min to Gatlinburg and Pegion Forge. The campground has a mixture of long term people and storage vehicles as well as campers passing thru. Has an operating pool and playground. Has good showers and coin laundry. We have a class A pulling a bike trailer and used a pull thru. Full hookups. I would come back here.

We love this campground. We try to come here at least 4 times every summer. The pool is outstanding. Bathhouse always clean. I will say the wifi is weak, but that's no big problem for us. Good cable . Owners are super, they are straight up. You treat them right and they will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is a good one. Highly recommend this place.

I like a little more personal space between campers because we tend to be outside more than inside. We had an end spot and it was nice. Fire ring and picnic table right at the site. Nice amenities: washers, dryers, lounge area, nice bathrooms, pool, fitness center (didn't have time to scope it out) decent wifi and TV hookups. Site was pretty level and packed well.

Don't stay here if rain is in the forecast. Our site stood with at least 6 inches of water. There also seems to be alot of people living there. Messy sites. One positive is the creek is nice to walk along side.
