It looked like a nice place to stop and grab a sandwich and drink. I grabbed a bottle of Dunkin Donuts coffee and noticed it was 3.99 for the little bottle. Then I grabbed what I believe was a cheeseburger. The wrapping only says CB on the outside. It was under a heat lamp and it obviously been there for a while, there was no price listed. Cashier rang it up and my total was over $12. I asked him how much the burger was and he told me $7.50. I left both items on the counter and walked out and told the guy that was way too much money prior to my transaction. The guy in front of me complaining that the toilet was broken in the bathroom the cashier had no concern.. Locals And visitors need to avoid this place it s nothing but a rip off.

I usually stop here on my way back home from hiking the Smokies. It's a small family owned business that has a little bit of everything from sandwiches to groceries. Everyone is very nice and they'll help you in any way they can. I've been stopping here for several years to get anything from a sandwich to Gatorade to boiled peanuts. Just grabbing a little bit to eat and drink after hiking. It's a good place to stop about halfway between Maryville and Townsend.

YOUVE BEEN WARNED! Used to be an awesome spot for locals but last couple months it's turned into something horrible. . they purposely overcharge everything, if you see it they will correct it but they hope you don't and the fact they do it on purpose says enough. . The workers are not even nice like the foreign workers in the past were, these guys are absolute creeps! Have heard many ppl say it's just a coverup for the drugs running thru there and I believe it! Even the "legal" edibles and stuff they sell there does not seem to be within the law of what's allowed. . Someone should report them. . We do not need this place in our community! I pray they get shut down

This used to be a place locals could come for a quick burger, and lots of guys working local jobs would come in for lunch and get out of the heat.New owners jacked up the price on burgers, ones that just sit under heat lamp are 2x more than a mcdonalds burger. Also, new management either don't have air conditioning or run it hot. Why even come in now?I used to come every week or so, but I won't be back again.

I absolutely love this place i always stop anytime I'm out that way it's a local family owned business I've been a customer since before I had a license it reminds me of how it used to be when I was young and everyone knew one another and gathered there to socialize they always remember me and ask how im doing and about my family customer service is above and beyond they will do anything they can to help you no matter what it is they go out of their way they have an incredible deli with food that's cooked to order on the spot its very good they also have a small grocery store and more variety than your average convenience store some souvenirs always well stocked

Walland market and deli is a rip off..Plain cheeseburger was 8 dollars. Prices are high and owners don't display and prices on items so that they can mark up higher cost.

This place is amazing. I am a local business owner and I have to drive to Kentucky every week. I make sure to stop and fill up my car ONLY at walland market! The reason being is bc the employees here will go out of their way to make sure that I am greeted and helped with whatever I need. They are so kind and helpful. Today I was checked out by an employee named Michael. He is always pleasant and helpful. Him along with everyone else have always been like this since I ve started coming here. I feel like a valued customer.

I wish I could not leave any stars. This place was disgusting! We ordered deli food to go that was served to us at barely room temperature! I was so angry I did not take it back for fear that I would throw it on the floor. The bathrooms were disgusting as well. DO NOT for the love of God stop there for anything! The health department should get involved immediately!

Don't go there if you don't have to. Very poor management and owners have ruined it.

This place use to be amazing. It s went downhill in the last year or so. Nothing is ever stocked, they never have drinks, it s nasty. Staff is ALWAYS RUDE and drugged out and the owners are just as bad. It s sad what it use to be compared to what is it now.

This store is DEFINITELY going down hill. Used to be a great place but now it is just staffed with a bunch of druggies. The new girl was soooo blurry eyed and rude this may be the last time I bother spending money in there.

Gas prices are competitive; food is good; good choices of snack food for mountains, soft serve is usually available, staff is friendly.

Always check the expiration dates before purchasing any kind of food products. I bought frozen biscuits that had been expired for 2 years.

The soda coolers need to be at a lower temperature! Otherwise, decent place with usually decent staff.

Everything you need for a quick in and out. If you're looking for a sandwich, you've got to have the Reuben
