I have a 98 prevost marathon that has made a few visits to Jeff,josh and the crew at East Tennessee luxury rv.Jeff is honest, polite and extremely knowledgeable about coaches .I grew up in a transportation shop and have real world experience in all facets of truck rebuilding.My knowledge on coaches is minimal and i know that.Jeff takes the time to explain issues and requirements to fix them.You will be hard pressed to find that anywhere else.I highly recommend him and his team for any coach repairs.Lenny Brown

Jeff Rowe at East Tennessee Luxury Coach is the best in the business. I trust him 100% with my coach and he has earned that trust. I did not know him at all when I first pulled into his shop a few years ago not long after he opened at this location. Since that first visit, Jeff has demonstrated his knowledge, ability and willingness to help over and over and over again. Absolutely the best in the biz!Finding someone to trust with my home away from home means the world to me!I drop the bus off and honestly forget about it!I don t have to worry about it or think about how it s being cared for!

Jeff and his team are excellent in Prevost bus service. We are an RV dealer in SC and have been dealing in few Prevost buses and we had heard many good things about Jeff and East Tennessee Luxury coach from our customers who are from all over the USA who brings their coaches here at ETLC. We have started taking our buses there for services. 3-4 hrs drive is all worth it when you are getting a "right" service and no BS! We are so glad we finally met them! Keep up your great work! Honest and Affordable. Jeff Rowe and his crew will treat you like your family. You will never have to wonder if your buying things you don't need. I have used them several times and was very satisfied with the whole experience. I have also called Jeff from the road and he has walked me through the problem and got me back on the road. Just can't say enough. If you need services for your Prevost coach, this it the only place to go.

We live in the Atlanta area and took our Prevost Motorcoach for service and repair of the basement air conditioner, Crestron programming and engine service. Unbelievable experience! On time, quality of work beyond exceptional. A Veteran Owned business that takes pride in their work and customer service. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. Called to see if they travel to Benton, TN to do repairs and was immediately told NO and hung up on. Called back, was hung up on again. Called a third time. I was just trying to get a recommendation of someone who would travel to Benton. I was given a number but they were not a bit nice. I would NEVER recommend doing business with them. I think they assume that because I live near Benton that I must not have money. Well, they couldn't be more wrong.

Jeff is highly specialized, efficient and honest. Three qualities that are hard to find at the dealerships. When my coach needs attention, I turn to East Tennessee Luxury Coach.

Jeff fixed issues nobody was able to fix before. He helped me out on the phone when I got into trouble. An amazing businessman If he can't fix it it can't be fixed.
