Sent the Pooville Septic Service's truck here because it wouldn't start and suspected some transmission issues. They fixed those issues and, while testing to make sure those were fixed and the truck was suitable for service, they found a few other things that needed attention.Thank you, Jeremy and Ben, for keeping me in the loop of the progress on the repairs

Friendly folks, clean locations, great prices. We called inquiring about some hard to find parts that were in national backorder. The staff helped us locate the part in stock at one of their other locations. After a small road trip to put our hands on it, we were pleasantly surprised that the price was well below anticipated cost, offsetting that fuel bill a little bit.

Excellent shop, Cecil and his crew are the best. Went to their shop in Oak Grove, KY yesterday they said I needed a ECM, went to Union City today, 4 new batteries and a sensor and was good to go

This has got to be a big joke. Service manager tell a 30 plus year driver not to pay attention to the fault codes in the truck. This place needs people that care about the ones they service.
