First time: Arrived at 11am, loaded at 11:40Second time: arrived at 10:30, loaded in 1 hour (every time was Friday)Third time: arrived at 9:50am, waited for my load until 1:45pm, loaded quickly.Fourth time: arrived at 9:55am, loaded at 12pm.5th time: arrived at 9:45, loaded at 10:00am

Check in at the west checkpoint off Mt Zion Rd, security ladies at the west gate are really nice so is the older gentleman at the east gate. Park and walk up to the gurad shack. From arrival to backing into a dock was 10 minutes MAX, got loaded in 30 minutes total.

Guards are extremely polite and all the workers I encountered were very courteous. Quick unload and out the gate within 30 minutes!

OMFG!!!!! First off when you come into mt zion at the stop sign shipping and receiving is straight ahead.. after 4pm and on sat and sun turn right to the east gate.. anywho on to checking in the guard is just amazing and once u get in a door.. (slide yo tandems) I was empty in 7 mins flat!!! Now I know not all places are in and out! And sometimes you might have to wait but come on.. within 20 mins!! #winning

You want your stuff here on time or on a dead line??? then let us park here over night some drivers are not nasty like the rest of them. we just want this stuff off our trailer so we can go to the next point next truck stop 2 hours away to an hour yeah that eats our clock up and messes up our day

If I could rate this place zero stars for emotional abuse, I would. My sister went in for an interview today and was DEGRADED by the blond high and mighty lady in the front. My sister has a 13 yr old felony due to being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Obviously people at Titan Tire are too good to make mistakes in life. They do not have anything on the application about being able to pass a background check. They are bringing people in for interviews and going through the interview and LASTLY asking about background. She told my sister "exit the building the same way you came in". My sister has been through literal H*LL. Why break someone down when they're fighting to get up????? 3 people have been done this way. I'm going to your corporate next. Along with the 3 other people you have shamed.

People are so friendly here, especially the lady in the guard shack. And wow are they fast!!! We had to unload and reload here & were in and out in an hour and 10 mins!!Top notch

They start on u as soon as u get backed into the door even before u check in with ur paperwork... They are pretty fas about unloading you and you just have to wait on one truck to come out the gate before you pull in.... That's only because it's a tight area and it's pretty much wide enough for one truck travel....

Have a 7am to 2 pm open appointment. Got here the day before. There's overnight parking in the lot outside the gate. Quiet, nothing else around so you can rest easy.. maybe about 12 to 15 trucks can park will see what happens tomorrow. Easy to find place..

They had me wait two hours outside the guard shack and there wasn t a single truck passing by or getting out in that time people were really really rude they have me wait another three hours in some kind of shade as* break room what is this!!! every time I ask how much they got left, they don t tell me anything. before coming here guys make sure you re ready for the long unloading ... stupid village people. 6 hours to get unloaded

Easy in and out.. truck entrance from Mont Zion Rd. Full truck load 45 minutes. Fcfs. Security people nice. Have washroom @ shipping entrance. Nice work guys.

Been here a few times and never am satisfied. Show up recently to deliver a load sat for 4 hours before getting a dock then took them 2 hours to unload. 6 hrs total, not good Titan Tire. I don't work for free.

Very professional place. Fast loading times. Got me loaded and out the facility in about 40mins. Over night parking available.

You come in guard shack parking lot, be real if others are in front of you, sometimes there is a line, wait your turn or ask!!!then check in 7am to 2:50 pm......go to dock you are assigned to by guard......prep trailer, back into dock, get out of truck ,walk left down to end, you will see cars parked an steps to ship/recvr ....go to window on right ,give paperwork, they will take bills an you sit in lunchroom....wait 10 to 25 minutes they bring you paperwork......works this way everytime I've been there.....about a dozen times.Good people no problems...new Edit 5/13/21Well now with covid once you back in they come get paperwork, so I edit this to help.you alll....the unloaders are good to me an im good to them ...usually don't take long 30 min to 1 hour tops.

Shipping and Receiving.Professional and Fast.Room to Park Overnight.US51 to Mt Zion Rd. Facility on the Right just past the 4 Way Stop.Do not use GPS.

Security guard was a sweetheart. The people who take your paperwork was pleasant. Great place, only took an hour to unload. Would love to deliver here again

Have your trailer clean. Quick loading. You go way way around to the back. Look on google maps you can see the trailer being loaded in back, not up front. They are very nice, but darn serious about a clean trailer.

Checked in at the guard shack there were two trucks in front of me so it took about 15 minutes before I got to the guard shack but I got put in the door and in less than an hour I was leaving from the time I got there

Was advised by the guard to be here at least 15min before 2pm. Was unloaded in 20 minutes

This is company we all dream off.. 12 min unloading.. they open gates at 7am, you can sleep at gravel patch as soon as you enter mt zion rd it will be on your left side, or Walmart 2 miles south...

Vicki (security guard) was a delight and always is. Titan did a good job getting the trucks in and unloaded in good time, less than 45 minutes. Good job Titan.

My first time at pickup here 1 1/2 in and out, I must say I do recommend this place for pick or del but I guarantee it did NOT take 10 minutes to load me like some other drivers if review's are correct

Wow because ppl working here would take up to 30 mins to pick up there food from domino's delivery drivers domino's will no longer deliver here ...not even to truck drivers who wouldn't force them to wait 30 mins
