I visited for a simple tire balance, and everyone from the time I walked in the door, to the time I walked out was AWESOME!!! It was a simple easy write up of my vehicle (even with me being a first time customer), the service advisor, Jamie, was very attentive to my needs, and got me in and out as quickly as possible. The technician left the truck exactly how he found it. (The wheel lock key was even back where I had left him for him). I will recommend this place to anyone that needs their vehicle serviced or repaired! I had the opportunity to talk to a couple of the technicians and they seemed very knowledgeable. Everyone I met at this store seemed extremely nice. (Even with me bringing a Ram to a Ford store lol)I would give more stars if possible!Do not hesitate give them a try!

Our service provider was there every step of the way. Our problem was diagnosed quickly and remedied the follow day once parts arrived. We live in Martin but choose Taylor Ford in Union City because of their professionalism and will continue to do business with them.

Taylor Ford Lincoln has been an absolute pleasure in doing business with. We recently purchased our Bronco from out of state and the process couldn t have been any smoother. Chase and Josh were extremely helpful and courteous and we are now happy first time Ford owners!!

My buying experience at Taylor Ford in Union City was excellent. I made multiple trips to the dealership to ask questions about a couple trucks I was interested in before narrowing my options and test driving a couple. Chase Stratton was the primary salesperson I interacted with during my buying experience and he did an excellent job answering my questions and providing me with other important information about the vehicles I was interested in. In those instances when he was busy with other customers another salesperson, Ross, was also very helpful. I m grateful to Chase and the rest of the team at Taylor Ford for making the experience a positive one. My family and I are pleased with our purchase.

Not real pleased with the union city ford dealership. Took ford truck in for oil change. Had to purchase new oil pan. Cause the guy messed up plug. Said it was an oversized plug in it. I know it wasn t. Will not take be doing any more work for me.

I had my Ford F150 serviced at Taylor Ford in Union City and have to say that they were friendly, thorough, and helpful, not to mention completed my service in a timely manner. I will continue to do business with Justin and the service department in the future! Thank you

I want to thank Taylor Ford and Jaime Buffington for getting my daughter's car in for repair on VERY short notice! My daughter has to make the drive back to UT Knoxville tomorrow, and she suddenly started having an issue with her car. Jaime and the service team went above and beyond to get her in and got her car repaired quickly so she could safely make the drive back to college. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!! Thank you all!!

No matter how hard it is to try and fix your own problems, it's so nice to have professionals that will fix the problems. Great job. Jamie, the service person did a fantastic job keeping me informed and working me in with fast results. Thank you ford.

Taylor Ford was there for us every step of the way! I couldn t be more happy with the service provided and the salesman s knowledge of the cars. Jared was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful and we could not be happier. My car has been a perfect fit for everything that we wanted and I recommend anyone to Taylor Ford

The staff and service crew were quick courteous! I was extremely pleased with my oil change experience! The complimentary vacuum and wash was icing on the cake. I love my Lincoln!!

Josh has now helped us twice to fund our perfect vehicle. I have driven my 2014 mustang for nearly 10 years, and I was nervous about trading it in. But, Josh found us exactly what we were looking for and made the process easy. We will continue to recommend Taylor Ford/Lincoln to friends and family, and be returning customers in the future!

I gave them 3 stars because overall the transaction was pretty cut and dry and easy for me...bought a 2022 f150 this week with 14k miles,I specifically asked multiple times were there any damage,scratches, dings,dents,anything on the truck before I proceeded with the purchase since they were delivering it to me....I was told by the salesman multiple times the truck was perfect as a new one!! Fast forward, they deliver the truck to me,it was very sunny this day and thus trucks a light gray almost white color so naturally in the sun it seemed great!! After my transaction was done we pulled it into my shop only to see that the passenger side bedside and door had been repaired and or painted on and it's not a good job at all....tons and tons of dirty in the clear coat,the 4x4 stickers is cleared over as well,you can see scratches in the paint still,it's just a bad job...I immediately texted my salesman to get some clarity and his simple response was nope we had didn't know it was done....I was expecting some type of aw man I'm sorry,why don't you get it fixed and let us cover it or something, some type of solution to this issue...but nope just a big ol sorry nope we didn't know...I own a glass business and I know several folks in the autonomy business, I'm sure I can get it fixed for a good price but to not be offered anything whatsoever is a slap in the face...maybe my fault for buyin it site unseen but after asking multiple times and assured it was near perfect I was assuming that's what I'd get!! I did want to include that josh the finance guy was awesome and answered more questions than I could've asked!!

They refused to repair my truck. The part is on back order because Ford allowed their disgruntled employees to strike. It won t be available for at least a month. I found a new part from Autozone, but the repair service manager refused to install it. This forced me to have to pay them the diagnostic fee as well as having to have the truck towed elsewhere for the repair. It is understandable that they cannot warranty the part or the labor, because it is not their part, but I wanted the dealership to do the repair, because I knew they would do it correctly. They, however, refused. As a first time customer to Taylor Ford in Union City, I will not return there for service or to purchase a vehicle in the future. What a way to promote Customer Unsatisfaction!

Tried using Memphis but won t go back. My insurance agent suggested Taylor and will continue service here and future purchases with them. New to TN from TX originally loved Jamie and appreciated her service and professionalism. Thank you Taylor for everything.

Chase was a great salesman. I actually went the next day to another dealership they weren't near as eager to help . My wife even mentioned they weren't enthusiastic at all. We went back to Taylor Ford, chase sold me a new car.

The sales guy Jared and finance manager Josh were very easy to work with and straightforward about everything. All questions I had were answered thoroughly and they went out of their way to ensure I received the best deal possible. I cannot recommend Taylor Ford-Lincoln enough! If you re looking for a Ford vehicle it s the place to go!

I absolutely love the valet service. My truck needed an oil change, and of all days, it was freezing rain and bitterly cold. They came to work, picked up my truck, serviced it, and brought it back! Can't thank Taylor Ford enough for their courteous service, especially in this weather. .

I purchased a used ford focus on line from this dealership and paid to have it delivered to my house. The salesman assured me that it had no damage and was in good mechanical condition. When it arrived, I noticed the front bumper was cracked and bent out, the right rocker was jammed up and sticking out, right mirror was broken, under shield was missing and both inner tie rods were bad, front end makes a loud noise when moving the wheel back and forth. Gentlemen that dropped it off said it was like that before he left and I text the salesman and asked if it was like this when it left and he said NO Way. I contacted the owner and she was nice enough to let me return the car and get my money back, but gave me one day to get it back. It's a 6 hour drive and my brother in law and I took the day off work to return it, when we got there the staff stared us down and made me feel uncomfortable and one man I could tell was upset and was very rude to me. I asked if I could get my $350 back for shipping and he said no I think we've done enough for you and I tried to explain to him that if the vehicle would of been in the shape as advertised we wouldn't be having this issue. I showed him the noise and said you sold an unsafe vehicle, and he pulled the check back and said do you want to just keep it because we didn't have to give you your money back. I know it was my choice to pay to have it shipped instead of driving 6 hours to look at it, but I was assuming I was dealing with honest people and I felt like them reimbursing me the $350 was the right thing to do for all the trouble it caused me. I left disgusted because the whole transaction cost me over $1000. If they would of just been honest from the beginning and listed the damage, I wouldn't of purchased it and none of this would've ever happened. I do appreciate the owner for letting me get out of it but I don't appreciate how I was treated, this wasn't my fault. I wouldn't trust this dealership if you are buying a used vehicle. They're not honest about what may be wrong with it. The original photos of the car on the website didn't even show the side of the car with the damage, just the other angles. Caution: look it over carefully and don't buy on line! PS this car is back on the lot with the same damage and $900 higher.

Wonderful, fully recommend Taylor Ford Lincoln.Justin was a gem to work with.I had bought a vehicle threw circle motor. And they refused to work with me on problem. Along with another dealership in martin. But I had luck with Taylor. They ontook issue. And hit it headon.Justin and garage crew. Than you, to you all.

Taylor Ford Lincoln was quick to get my appointment scheduled. They were very professional and made sure I knew I had a complimentary car wash after the servicing of my vehicle. I wish I had purchased my Lincoln from them. Unfortunately, I went to Golden Circle in Jackson and was disappointed with them from day one. I m so thankful to find a dealership that I don t dread having to do business with. A breath of fresh air!!!

I finally found just vehicle I wanted on the internet. It was at Tyler Ford Lincoln dealership and it was a 6-hour drive from where I live. The salesperson name was Malia that I was dealing with. We had several text messages going back and forth pictures, information and negotiations we came to a deal.I got to the dealership early in the morning. Malia was there to greet me with a big smile. It was great! Everything went just as planned. No hassle, no problems. Malia went through all the technical details of the car which can be overwhelming days but she made it very comfortable. They looked at my trade-in. Had no problem. Everything went smoothly. I only wish they were 45 minutes away but I would go there again to buy a vehicle.
