Customer service was good and friendly. I got a fair price for my trailer and the tech took the time check out the unit. Small areas of surface rust were present on the frame, stabilizing jacks and steps. This is not uncommon, though road salts should be washed off after delivery form the factory and rust removed and painted before sale.

This wonderful lady, the manager, was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and showed good southern hospitality and old-time friendly service, and, no, she's not old by any means. She found what I wanted and I placed the order plus what I got from the store. She said she'd contact me when it comes in. So glad I found this place! So great doing business here.

We bought a Little Guy Max this weekend and had a really great buying experience. Danny really made us feel welcomed. He spent a good part of the day helping us both with our trade and our new purchase. It was totally worth the drive from Clarksville to Union City to buy from Sunset Chasers and I would do it again. If you re looking for a specialty camper like we were, then you should make a visit to see the cool campers for yourself. No pressure sales and really nice people!

Very fair pricing, great staff that is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Cute shop inside for camper needs & decorations.
