Good place for gas and convenience store items.After management refused to respond to a bad food purchase, l will NO LONGER buy anything to eat from there

Ms Jackie is the only one I like to wait on me. She has normal customer service not that fake service like most. She has a strong attitude so ppl take her the wrong way. I like her. The rest need to step up.

Can we all discuss that HATEFUL old lady manager??? I BELIEVE her name is Jackie but I may be wrong.She looks to be about 65, she's ALWAYS smoking outside, she ALWAYS rolls her eyes as she puts the cigarette to go inside and do her job. I've NEVER seen her hold a door for anyone when going in after smoking. Not even if they are right behind her!And she just truly has THE MOST HATEFUL attitude ever. Always rude. And twice now she has blatantly disrespected me by means of insulting my education and/or upbringing.Ill forgive the first time, but this is the second time now that she's insulted me for the way I speak. How do I speak? Like someone that grew up up north.I had the audacity to say "I didn't know you guys were 24hrs" I was genuinely surprised to find this out. I was smiley, happy, just chit chatting.She replied with a snarl"well not a guy SO...."ME: oh... Well I'm sorry, I didn't mean that *chuckled* you can blame my Yankee raisin'Her: will they must not teach you all how to spell properly up there thenI WAS APPALLEDJust to make it known, I went to a very nice school, a private Christian academy in Illinois. I received an excellent education from the best teachers I could've asked for....This lady just cost "you guys" The business is not just myself. But all of my family here.My nana & grand daddy, my granny & papa, my GREAT grandparents too.My dad, my cousin's, and when my mother and my FIVE SIBLINGS come to visit.... They too will drive right on by!They are from out town so the "Walmart Pockets" has ALWAYS been their go to. It's convenient, easy to find and remember where it is..... But now and for evermore.... Boycotted!!Over twenty people's business lost when you add in my 2nd cousins and their kids.And I have a big mouth. Every one at my work place in Martin knows this story too.You need prayers and an attitude change Ms Jackie. Or whatever you're name is.Smoke less, smile more and try to to your job without being blatantly disrespectful.If I EVER go back in walking up to the counter, looking her in the eye and says "Hey dude, how's it going?"But this time my camera will rolling.

Worst gas station in union city took 14.46 off my card and showed them it took it and they said it was declined refused to give me my gas. Don t get your gas there they will just steal your money!!!!UpdatedYou can share all you want the store manager said I was wrong and was very unprofessional and I will let everyone in union city know not to go to that gas stationUpdate 12-10-21.Well the manager LIED imagine that money still not on my card watch this station they will steal your money and not care at all!!!!

One of your new cashiers was very mouthy and she literally SNATCHED my ID out my hand. I held it up for her to see it like I have always done. I told her not to do that again and SHE TOLD ME I NEED TO LET IT GO!!!. If you need more info just let me know but this was the worst experience I have ever encountered at a gas station.

The cook seems to know what is up and does a good job. As far as the rest of staff and management cox oil definitely needs an overhaul and a clear chain of command set up job duties described to each employee all trained to their job description. Then maybe a 5 star rating!!!!

Everyday convenience store... The clerks seem like they wish you weren't there. The drinks are cold. The food is either fresh or non-existent. You can barely walk around for all the garbage DVDs and cell phone chargers. The bathrooms are generally clean. There's free air and vacuum, but people abuse them so they're broken 45% of the time. The car wash is a rip off. I'm in and out of there two or three times a week. Bring your own air gauge.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. My wife tried to prepay for gas numerous times on numerous occasions and continues to be berated by Courtney the manager. And tells her that she cannot prepay for gas without holding a debit card or a check then continues to lock up the debit card on occasions. when she is done pumping gas she has came back into return to find her card has been locked up and the woman has left for the day and cannot retrieve her debit card. Worst gas station ever and less than subpar service. Will never do business there again and I have been going to that gas station since it was built. and by the way Courtney had told my wife that well there's other gas stations in town if you don't like it. 5 thumbs down!!!!!!

Had a little mix up at the gas pump but they were so courtesy in helping the guy working for the store even came out to the gas pump thought that was very nice in him

In Fulton KY and Union City TN there employees are so rude and getting them to serve you is hard enough but then when they do won't even look at you. I get my gas from 3J's now.

One of the better gas stations in town, and the only on in Union City TN that I know of to still offer free Air for tires.

There is this woman, not sure what her name is...... who is ABSURDLY rude!!! Apparently she was never TAUGHT customer service!! Avoid at all costs!!

If you're a rewards member, it's a great place to get gas. You save a minimum of 5 cents per gallon at the pump.

They have a fuel rewards plan, so I love going there, I get discounts on my gas, plus friendly staffers

2017. Large easy pump lanes. OK restroom. Nice facility. Good prices.

Most of the time they act like they don't care to wait on you they have two registers and the lady standing a back-talking are outside smoking
