I love my new sound system my radio had went out in my cadi and I was so disappointed so I looked up safe n sound and made an appointment and they got me right my cadi is back boomin and I love the new touch screen system I can connect it to my phone and listen to my favorite tunes on Pandora and I'm loving it baby I be riding and boomin yes sir!!!

Owner is very nice. Does good work and reasonable prices and he also installs those interlock systems and also course radios and speakers and all of that good stuff. Anything that you need done ease your guy

I spent over $600 for a car stereo and labor. The stereo will have a blank screen from time to time. It's been doing this since @ the first week. They have tried to make it work but they can't find the problem. I contacted them @ a month ago and haven't responded back on what can be done to fix the issue. We traded the truck back in March. I'm not sure if it still does it for the new owner.

These guys are great! If you want a great price, great quality and sound then you must use these guys right here ! My son is about to be 16 and I had them install some subs for him they did above and beyond to make him very happy!!! Thanks guys for your hard work!!!

Just had 2 10"subs installed today in my daughter's car. Drove it home and waited for her to get hometo show her. Well as soon as she sat down in the car she noticed the dash around the radio had cuts and chucks of dash missing. Right now I'm not at all pleased with this situation. There is no way they didn't know that they had destroyed this dash and nothing at all was said about it. I will be back there tomorrow morning as soon as the doors open. Hopefully they will do the right thing and replace what they messed up. I will update this post whenever I find out what they are going to do to fix it.Been a while but finally got the dash replaced. Actually looks really good. Matt was honest and wasn't going to leave us unhappy.

It hasn't been as bad of an experience as I feared/heard. I have had three violations, each due to a faulty unit. I complained by email, their answer was I used mouth wash. I clearly understand what not to do Pryor to use. The system could use a little tweaking.The complaint department needs overhauling.
