I took my 2010 Toyota Corolla to Prime Automotive. The service I received was exceptionally friendly and professional. The mechanic had my car repaired within a couple of hours. I am truly grateful for the mechanic putting the effort to service my car within his busy schedule. I am recommending this Prime Automotive to anyone in our area. Remember, A GOOD mechanic is a BUSY mechanic! Great job guys!

Honest dealer, fair prices, great experience!Update 2/16/23Previously I had only bought vehicles from Eric, but this time I needed a bearing replaced. They did the work for a fair price. Before he would let me take the car back Eric informed me that it was making an unusual noise and they would like to rework the repair. I didn't have to figure it out on my own, didn't have to haggle. So they serviced the vehicle again and fixed the problem. Eric has been consistently honest and fair in Union City for 23 years and in the same easily accessible location. Car repair is the one thing in my life that always sparks fear and anxiety, but I'm grateful that Prime Automotive is there.Also, thank you to the mechanic. He's excellent at his job and knows how to communicate with the customer about repairs.As long as they are in business I will never go anywhere else for automotive needs.Thank you!
