I personally buy atleast one truck a year from Brian and his crew! Bought my second one for the year yesterday! Awesome people, awesome service! If you haven t checked them out you re missing out! If he don t have it he will find it for you!

I m a returning customer to Midtown Motors/Extreme Customs. I appreciate the advice these guys give when it comes to tire and wheel selection, lift kits, shocks, etc. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me pretty much every time I ve walked through their door.

I ve read all the reviews before I decided to go through with a truck Brian had for sale, I decided to make the 5 hour drive to the shop and check the vehicle out and let me tell you I ve had atleast 9 vehicles so far and this was by far the best experience I ve ever had buying one, Brian went over every single flaw the vehicle had, he even told me about a recent vehicle he sold which the buyer ended up having problems a few months down the road which could always be a problem buying a vehicle Brian is also working with the buyer to get the issue taken care of which most dealerships will never do, people have to understand new or used there could always be problems down the road, Brian goes over his vehicles the best he can to make sure what he s selling is worth the price he s asking and that the buyer hopefully doesn t have a issue down the road because he wants to better his business, I live in Texas (working in illinois) and with the experience I had talking with Brian and how openly honest he was about every single thing on the truck and his past experience selling vehicles I would absolutely go back and trust him with another purchase, if the vehicle I bought has problems down the road like I said before you gotta expect things like that buying used, it s all about how you treat them and how the person before treated them, I know this was a long post but if you are in need of a vehicle I would highly suggest going to Brian

They seem like great people who owns this BUT the service is poor. Showed up at 2:30 to drop off wheels and tires to be mounted and balanced and said we would be back later to pick them up. They said they would take care of them. Come back an hour later and they are still sitting. We say there until 4:30 and then my buddy who used to work there said he was just gonna do it himself but one of the guys in charge finally said he would handle it with my buddies help. Left gunk ALL over every single brand new wheel after installing them, didn t even bother to wipe them off which I ve never had wheels and tires mounted and balanced and been given back with gunk all over them. Then sat there until 5:30 waiting for him to take payment but by that point they shouldn t have even had asked for it after they had my wheels for multiple hours with us just sitting there with some employees even saying they weren t doing them that day. First and last time trying this business with the horrible service. Go somewhere else and get it done in an effective timely manner

They will rip you off. They completely misrepresented the vehicle i purchased. Took 6 months and a trip to a lawyer to get my title which is still sketchy and being looked at. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Many many people have similar stories.

Personally I advise everyone to purchase from somewhere other than here. High prices on high mileage vehicles also be wearing about the title you receive. Warning please stay away and go somewhere else!!!

I don t do reviews but after the experience I ve had with this company I would not advise anyone to do business with these people. The truck they sold me was a lemon and they screwed me on the warranty papers!
