Worst experience in my life. They ended up refusing to rent me a car, despite my reservation. They just kept giving me different reasons and eventually told me that they do not rent cars for people traveling out of state. Except the reservation included that detail.I could not find anything on their website saying they did not allow this.

If you talk to the reservation line they'll lie to you just to get you to make a reservation. Then when you go into the branch, they will not honor what the reservation line tells you. Then they don't tell you that there is a $300 deposit until you show up to pick up the rental. The worst experience at an Enterprise that my son and I have ever experienced.

Jay was soo helpful for a first time renter! I highly recommend him for all your rental needs. He was high energy, very professional, and personable. I had no issues in the couple of weeks with their service. Will come here for future needs.

Great and Friendly Staff. This location doesn t have many cars at all, so you might need to call ahead in case you have to go somewhere else. (Also, as a personal experience my wife and I had with the one in Orlando, Florida, make sure you document any damage, scratches, scuffs, or burn holes before leaving the lot. If you have a camera on your phone, take a picture of everything including, if possible, car s location by the Enterprise sign. If you don t, they will come after you with there lawyer and you will have a mess on your hands.) The Union City location gave my pastor a Ram truck to drive while his was being worked on. The Ram truck clearly smelled like someone smoked in on the inside and there was a good size dent on the back bumper. We had to return the truck the next day because of a tire that kept losing air. The Union City location works with you which is Awesome!

I wish I could remember the gentleman s name who helped me but he was great. Told me what I needed to know and put me on my way. Quick and easy. Highly recommend Enterprise in Union City Tennessee

Rented vehicle from Union City, TN location and had quick check-out with friendly employee. Returned vehicle after hours with no problems and received invoice through email. Very happy with Enterprise and will definitely be back again for future rentals.

The rental process was smooth and even when I needed a bigger car they had it quickly and the paperwork was easy but they are terrible about answering the phone in the union city office I've called 3 different times and each time after 15 minutes of waiting I've had to hang up very irritating

No problems, everything went as I expected except, that morning they had started a new policy that customers could no longer park their personal vehicles at the business. This threw me off as I don't have anyone in my life here that could drive me to the shop, the only employee was too busy to follow me home to drop off my car and provide their, 'we'll pick you up' service also by doing that I would burn through my time cushion and I'd become late at my destination. Luckily, the employee allowed me to park this time since not even he knew they were starting that policy. In the end, the experience was all good. I will continue to use this location.

Had confirmation for 4pm pick up on 9/12. Son left work early and dropped me off. I found the store closed and a sign setting on the counter facing the window so that I could read it that read we have gone to pick up someone will be back shortly and had a phone number to call if you needed assistance. At 10 minutes after 4 I called the phone number. The gentleman that answered asked my name I told him and told him that I had a 4 o'clock pickup. He said yes that he had me down for a 4 o'clock pickup but that they were in Martin, a neighboring town, picking up some rental cars. I've repeated once more I had a 4 o'clock pickup. He replied well we got to get these rentals we will be there as soon as we can. So I waited outside on the sidewalk until 20 minutes till 5 when a car finally pulled up with two Enterprise agents in it. I only saw one car not a fleet of cars. The car had two people in it. Kind of looks like one of them could have stayed behind and kept the office open doesn't it. Also there was no one else waiting for a car all the time that I was there. I have to question whether or not this was the only time of day that they could leave to go get rental cars. He asked how are you doing. I said not very well. He said I'll come in and we'll get your paperwork done. So we did that, strictly business. No I'm sorry about your weight. No excuse was offered. I travel out of town a minimum of 3 times a year. These are one week rentals. I have rented from this facility one time before with no problem. After this experience I will not rent from them again. I cannot afford to take a chance on not being on time for my trip. I am a professional and I need to deal with a business that operates professionally. When I have a confirmation of a pick up at 4 o'clock I expect to pick the vehicle up at 4 o'clock. If this had been a very busy business with people waiting in the line I might could understand. That was not the case. We have other car rental options locally. I will exercise one of those other options on my next trip. I am not angry and wish no ill will upon this buisness. I simply can not afford this lack of punctuality, communication and customer service.

Door dinged my car in parkinglot with their blue challenger by a worker and never got an apology or an excuse me or anything. And I'm sitting in my car this just happened. Very unprofessional approach.

The place is being run by kids who have no idea how to plan ahead. Arranged my rental car weeks in advance through an insurance company due to an accident. Enterprise called and verified the date and time of my pick up and the insurance company verified it with them yet when I showed up to pick the car up 5 minutes after I dropped mine off at the shop, they said sorry we don't have any cars. And apparently I wasn't the only one left high and dry. They were at least 2 other customers at the body shop expecting to have a car from enterprise who were also not getting a car. The children running enterprise were asking everyone to sit and wait 2 hours or more until they could get more cars from Jackson. Ridiculous.

Stranded and stuck dint go here because you will be out if luck if your from out of town. You must have a major credit card to book a car if you are not in state .... just horrible guidelines. Hello not everyone is a bad person that travels guys..

Had to get another rental today. With our only vehicle in the shop I had to pay an Uber driver $28.00 to drive me to Union City because Enterprise didn't have anyone to pick me up, like their Ad says.

No one in the facility had on there PPE masks. 3 people working in the office the manager was on the phone no one said a word. I stood at the counter for several minutes then I sat down. Another person came in asked if he should be wearing his mask a young man sitting behind a desk replied wear it if you want to. I went back to the counter and the person on the phone finished his conversation and apologized ant said the other people in the office didn't service customers.

Service was good but the car was terrible, smelled like air fresher and cigarettes and even though it looked clean i just felt yucky

Every time I use this office- the staff is out and needs to delay pickup appointment. Three times in a row. I wish Union City had other rental car businesses. Martin location isn t much better
