I wanna give a big thanks to this place for going the extra mile and as well as there great customer service. This place was highly recommended by two people to take in to have an alignment on my mother s Jeep Wrangler. Upon my first call and drop off, Matt knew exactly what was wrong with it after his inspection which was very detailed about what needed to be done before it came back for the actual alignment. After I finished installing all the new parts then Being out of state I was able to get everything worked out with a simple phone call once the Jeep made it back to there fine establishment A++++++

Tired to get my tire changed on today Christmas. The website stated they were open 24 hrs. Called and they stated they did not have anyone to come out. Then I stated what if I come to you he then stated I don't have anyone to change a tire. Why have the service..

I had a flat tire, and contacted my insurance company for roadside service. The insurance company gave me a window of 45 minutes, but they were there in 15. Brett, my technician was kind and personable. He had my tire changed and me on the road in less than 10 minutes! He also inspected my flat tire for me and said he thought it was probably repairable. He then directed me to a place that could patch it for free!! Thanks Brett!! Excellent service!!

The dispatcher was very helpful in this stressful situation. They quick in retrieving the truck from the side of the highway. Driver was curious when he delivered the truck to our house.

I was traveling from Arkansas to Kentucky with 4 of my grandsons when a tire on the car developed a wobble . I pulled over in Union City and tried to get help at Good Year and was told they couldn t get my lug nuts off and couldn t help me. So I called my roadside assistance and they sent someone from Buddy s. I wish I knew his name! He was awesome. Friendly, professional and very helpful. Got us back on the road quickly :-)Service: Tire change

Charged 195 to get vehicle out after it being impounded. Gas stations werent working or the one we went to the pumps were "frozen" or so we were told. Trying to make it to the next station one town over we ran out of gas. Pulled over to the shoulder of the highway as far as possible as there is currently an ice wall. The driver side tire was barely over the line still touching the lone but slightly over. Less than an hour later troy police had the van towed. None of this is buddys wrecker service fault but sets the scene. As you can imagine I had a disgruntled phone call with troy police. Afterwards calling Buddys. I apologized to Tracy ,whom was the dispatcher over the weekend, for the problem. I thought she was pleasant on the phone we had zero problems and I got off the phone assuming it went well. With information that i thought might help reduce the price. About an hour later the owner called me saying I "mistreated dispatch" which I did not in the slightest. Im under no impressions that the wrecker service had anything to do with me running out of gas or even the cops claiming in was "in the way". Two faced miscommunication is the reason for this poor rating. Also an insane price to "store" our vehicle after a problem that boiled down to incliment weather and also poor planning on my own part. Long story short we had a problem on the highway tried to fix it cops had it towed. Taking zero pictures proving their case which they had none. Wrecker service seemed helpful enough only to be meet an hour later with unwarrented accusations and an inflated price for an unwanted service. When people need wrecker servive theyre probably not having the best day but further more when someone has a vehicle problem it shouldnt be so much trouble, why take the vehicle and lock it up, threaten to charge daily storage and almost delite in telling us its gonna be 200 bucks. So many other solutions could have been tried this isnt a service to the community this is highway robbery and poor customer service.

On a rainy day, with a tight schedule, the staff at Buddy's called ahead to the business where my car was located to tell them they were on the way. The driver was very helpful, and understanding -- my stress level was high and I appreciate his kindness.They went out of their way to make this tow happen within a narrow time window, and I will make sure AAA hears their AAA tow service was the very best with Buddy's Wrecker Service.

These guys take great care of their customers. If you don't need something replaced they tell you. Very honest and straightforward about the health of your automobile. Friendly and reliable group that treats you like family every trip.

We can't say enough about how wonderful everyone here at Buddy's is. When you break down between corn fields on vacation they are the ones to come to the rescue! They went over and above to take care of us till our water pump could be replaced on Monday, they took us to a hotel and made sure we had everything we needed...it was a wonderful experience even if we broke down and they fixed out truck first thing Monday morning and had us back on the road before lunch!!! Thank You Lord for good folks this Missouri tribe can't thank you enough!!

Go there to drop my trailer and go home for a couple of days. $15 for 24hr parking, same as the T/A's and pilot's pricing. Good and honest people to business with.
