Most of the staff there is amazing. I go in there every time I need parts if I can't find it off of RockAuto wish I had found to be a little cheaper but they are very helpful. If your battery is located in a decent spot they will change it for you. And like I said some of the staff is awesome and they'll go the extra mile

Very helpful and great service. My wife was stuck over by O'Reilly's they wouldn't lift a finger to help her. A guy from AutoZone who was coming back from his lunch break. Seen she was in distress. Not only took the time to help her but charged the battery fully brought it back and put it in for her. O'Reilly's wouldn't lift a finger. I'm giving AutoZone 5 stars all the way. Great job AutoZone.

union city tn store rocks .guys n gals are so kind and very helpful . u just can t beat auto zone in my opinion. they look like their shooting for world peace up their so ima have to stay in their lane . i d suggest them 100

Always friendly. Always. It's crazy. I've never run into one person that want friendly here. I'm union city TN that's rare because pretty much everyone has an attitude

Adrian you are an angel I'm sorry this is the way things went for you Christmas however let me let you know that you made my day yesterday letting me know that there are other people out there who do genuinely care about other people you went out of your way in your line of service and your boss should be very grateful to have you as an employee I ain't forgot about you if they let me do it Monday I'll do it Monday if if not I' have not forgot you

Doing more than basic DIY repairs? Talk to Adrian about your "Go-Fast" needs. He's a good source for tossing ideas around and is far more knowledgeable than the average "Parts Guy". Both him and Rodney can really come through on some of the harder to find items.

Great place that has been in that location for over 20 years. Very large inventory, more than most new stores. Very nice techs who are helpful.

They are always super nice & helpful. Jason did not make me feel stupid about what was going on with my vehicle. He treated me like he would a male. He was super helpful. I will continue to go there for my parts needs.

I'm using my fiance info cause my email is sketchy as to where I won't use it if anyway around it, ok auto zone is awesome because the same ppl have been working there for years so after a few visits you get familiar with the layout of the store and become 1st name bases with the employees, it feels right when u enter the store and u can easily get help without the bugging of someone over your shoulder thinking it about to steal, (can't stand a theif) but yea good return policy and fair price match also savings when using the autozone rewards card....

Adrien is a manager there. I met him for the first time last night and I was fundraising for my sick child the man paid for my brakes out of his own pocket and went out of his way to help me in any way he could that is an outstanding employee for the boss involved in AutoZone in Union City this is one employee I would not want to lose by the way Adrian I will have your flyer to you on Tuesday. God sends us angels in many many forms and yesterday you were mine!

Been shopping for auto parts at autozone since i was old enough to drive. Never had a single problem. Customer service has always been fantastic.

If you need anything for your vehicle they have it or can get it and customer support is good. My only issue is with their battery warranty policy.
