I have not ever purchased a trailer from here personally but I wanted to leave a review just about the level of kindness and customer service this staff has! I work for a transportation company and we haul some trailers to this dealer and they are such a pleasure there! I've talked to Ike, Brian, and 2 ladies there and across the board they just sound so lovely. I just wanted to share my experience of dealing with them and every time its always so wonderful!

These guys are on it! We pulled in at 4:30 to look/buy a 16ft gooseneck dump trailer for my construction business. We were met with knowledge and the know how to put us on what was needed quick. We pulled out with our new big tex trailer maybe 20min after they close. Very dedicated ,efficient and all around great company to deal with.

Great experience. Very friendly staff. I drove 100 miles each way to buy a trailer here and saved $1000 over buying locally. Their prices are cheaper than any other Big Tex seller in the south (I checked...I'm not afraid to drive for a great deal). Tammy quickly did the paperwork and I was on my way with my new trailer. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Thank you.

Good prices on trailers .not something an accessories bought a wireless remote for a dump trailer for 200 dollars got home looked it un on ebay 130 dollars free shipping .he said he paid 190 I guess he used Tobe a used car salesman!

Great to deal with.Stright forward, measured for my bed,got it in and great job on install.Herd several stories of other places where they had installed the flat bed,then when hook to a load the bed would shift forward or backward, Ike said thats not a issue here.He was 100% right.I have hauled several hevey loads out of Tennessee with 30ft goose neck and my bed had never moved.Great job well please.

These people were the best people we have encountered when it comes to customer service. They are the most kind people you will find and it was well worth the 5 hour trip to get here. Ike, the owner, is very good at showing you things you might not have known and they treat you like a first class customer from the moment you get out of your truck to the second you get back in your truck with a trailer hitched to it.

I was searching the internet for a dump trailer. I called and priced a Big Tex 14LP from five different dealers in north Georgia and upstate South Carolina. Then I found the IW Trailer web site and contacted them. Their price was $1500 less than the best price I had found on the same trailer from the other dealers so I drove 160 miles from northeast Georgia to Unicoi Tennessee and purchased a 14LP. The purchase went great! Thank you Tammy and Mr Ike!! They a good country folks so I highly recommend IW Trailers!!

Bought 4 trailers in 10 months , the owner always said if you have any problems gimme a call. I ve called multiple times to let them know the cylinder on my tilt trailer broke. When I call they aren t helpful at all. They only want to say call the manufacturer (which never answers the phone) buyer beware what they say and what they do is night and day. Liars liars liars

Bought a Big Tex 70pi from here today, great people to deal with. Answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and very helpful! Quick and easy purchase once I decided on which one I wanted. Lots of inventory in stock. Love my new trailer and will definitely be back if I m in need of another trailer.

Bought a 16' gooseneck dump trailer and was very pleased with everything all around. They have great customer service, good pricing, and easy financing. Once we pulled up we were greeted by Chris, looked around and once inside we were greeted again and shared nice conversation with the employees. They were very curtious and eager to help with any problems or questions we had. The paper work took all but five minutes. A very nice experience compared to some other places closer to home. I definitely recommend and will buy from them again.

Bought my first dump trailer from them. Can't say enough good things about their professionalism, helpfulness, and prices. Even after I bought it, they helped me hook everything up and adjust the trailer hitch height.

I purchased a new dump trailer and cm bed. I was met with knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people all the way around. One of the few cm dealers in the area that will actually answer the phone or call you back. Tons of inventory...trailers and truck bed heaven. Highly recommend for your trailer and cm bed purchases. I did my entire deal via text and it went incredibly smooth. Thankyou for all the help iw trailers!

Nicest, friendliest folks and good selection of Big Tex Trailers. Honest, helpful and patient with us buying our first utility trailer. Highly recommend them to you (we were referred to them by the experienced mechcanic who delivered our Kubota tractor).

I first found out about them off Craigslist add, I called and Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything, I drove 1 hour away to see them and Mr Ike the owner was very helpful (I did get there close to closing time ) and he stayed and helped me out way past closing time to make sure I m 100% satisfied, we had to switch trailer balls because mine was too small , we couldn t undue mine so he gave me one one him , I own a small landscaping company and this my first hydraulic dump trailer and I got to say for ALL my future needs and all my friends that are in the business I will recommend IW trailers . 10 stars!!!

Excellent experience and wonderful people. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We weren t able to get there before closing and they went above and beyond so we could still get what we needed. We would definitely recommend them!! I wish there were more than five stars!

Just bought my 2nd trailer this year from Ike . I plan to purchase all my trailers in the future from him. Good quality tailers, great prices, and he even sold me a trailer in a bind on Sunday (Father's day). The first trailer he met me late at night . Exceptional service from great people!

Good selection on trailers probably better than anywhere in Asheville. They sell Big Tex brand which is what we really like and wanted we bought a car hauling 18 ft trailer last week.

Great pricing on Big Tex trailers, shopped other dealers around and they had best deal and in stock, even when shopping other lesser known makes. Fast service, 30 minutes after arrival I was hooked up and hauling away!

It was a Sunday, so yes we assumed they were closed but there was a truck out front and the door to the office was opened, so we thought, we ll at least ask for a price on a trailer and come back within the next day or two. When we got out, The owner came outside, and very rudely said, the lot is no trespassing and stated his hours. Anyone with any sort of business skills would have handled the situation differently. In all of my career I will never buy a trailer from this unprofessional shop.

This is the 2nd dump trailer I have purchased from IW Trailers. The 1st one was in 2017 and the big tex was 2021 right when the trailer are on backorder. Iac could have easily price gouged me but that's not his character. Iac is one of the best and honest small business owners you will come across especially in the construction equipment world. We have a local trailer dealer here in my WNC city near Asheville, NC and they seem to be the opposite of friendly and wanting your business. Needless to say I drive up to Unicoi, TN passing that dealer everytime I need a trailer. We will be back again and again! The only place we buy trailers! Just purchased our 4th trailer from them yesterday and will be getting another dump trailer soon as well. Honest, dependable, good people who stand behind the products they sell. Highly recommend!
