Walmart Tullahoma TN. Took 2 hours to change 1 tire. Not because ppl in front. I'm talking since they first took the tire off till putting it back on. Ridiculous

Customer service doesn t exist here. The employees seem to be annoyed that there are even cars to service. The attitude is as if the customer is an inconvenience and they re going to be rude about everything rather than you re paying for a service they offer. I d love to go to work and get paid to do nothing too, but that s not how employment works. I went to the Shelbyville auto care center after the horrible interaction here and got a way more professional service from friendly employees.Service: Tires

I just want to say thank you to Justin and the guys working I had a bad spot on my tire and the first store I went to told me they didn t have the size and put it back on. When I called wal mart in tullahoma they were so nice and helped out! Single mom of 3 so I need good tires on my vehicle. Thankful for you guys!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Sat there for two hours. They finally can back and said they couldn't change my oil, that my drain plug was stripped. Took my car to CO OP, they had no problems with my oil change!

The new manager for Auto Care is excellent and very good when dealing with customers...Unlike the previous one. Probably he thought that Walmart work on our cars as charity!!!!Thanks Walmart for the new manager, is about time you changed the other one!!!!

I sent my 16 yr old to get his left rear tire fixed. When he came home he said they said there was nothing wrong with the tire. They took his money to rotate the tires and the left rear tire still goes flat. I guess the problem stayed with the axle. I bought a $500 set of tires previously and I've only rotated once since they probably won't do it anyway. Awesome management at Walmart. Not!

Though the prices have always been good, the customer service here is always bad. Every person I've come in contact with over my oil change and tire visits has made it seem like I'm inconveniencing them by being there. I took my Subaru Outback in for an oil change today, and they didn't have the oil filter needed. They told me I could either pick it up without work being done on it or I could purchase a filter from an auto parts store and bring it back for them to use. But they would only take $3 off the price of the oil change even though I'd be buying a $20+ filter out of my own pocket. The guy telling me all this was verging on rude, too. I won't be going here in the future if I can avoid it. It's just not worth the frustration.
