This review is long overdue. In fact, I feel guilty as I write this because the customer service I received from Mark and team was worthy of an immediate follow-up. The kind of small town honesty and assistance I received is getting harder to find these days. Mark and team identified an issue with my van that a prior shop didn't. They educated me and shared knowledge that put me on the right track when having to instead get service at a dealership (recall related). These mechanics knows their stuff. While I was there, people kept filing in, and the phone was ringing off the hook. What does that tell you? I'm so glad I picked this shop when passing through last year. If I need work done on my van in the future, I'll drive out of my way to go to T&T to get it done.

Definitely one of the best auto repair shops in the area. Honest, fair pricing, and good quality work. I've had no complaints at all after getting quite a bit of work done here, highly recommend giving them your business.

I have had t&t work on 2 of my vehicles and I wish I had found out about them some time ago. The work done was fairly priced and the time to repair both was repaired in short time. Mark did a great job in getting me in and out. Just HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY. Thanks again guys

I have always relied on Mark & his staff for the past 4 years. His dog Lacey makes me feel more than welcome. I have never had a complaint against Mark or his people.

Awful! I left my car with them to do an oil and head gasket change, they had it for a month and charged me over 200 and when I got home they didn t even change the head gasket

They replaced my shocks and 2 front tires and also helped tie down my wheelchair in the back that was just a bonus service.They were so nice and very reasonable prices. Was not happy my truck was broken down n sat there for over a week. I work n Tullahoma n live n shelbyville. I have to pay for my apartment plus pay for a week's worth of motel n was the only clothes I had n sink n dry them on ac n heat unit. Plus had to buy a new charger for my phone n other things. Then I walked to pick up my vehicle. Was charged 1000$ for idler pulley and throttle control valve onto of everything else. Was not happy this was all paid directly out of my pocket when I was only making 10$ an hour. Was horrible experience.

Can t remember the owners name, but he kept it real 100% of the time. Sometimes while servicing his location with a previous employer he would get under my skin, but he was always right. Hate to love the guy!

In order to replace our battery in our Dodge Journey the mechanic had to remove the front tire and wheel well liner. We were in and out in less than an hour. Great price for all that work, and fast service. We found a great mechanic here.

I have a car from Car-Mart and my transmission was replaced with this automotive place back in January and come to find out when I hear noise underneath my tire or somewhere in the tire area my tie rod end was loose from when they did a front-end alignment after replacing my transmission so I'm not too happy I do not recommend anybody going to this placeService: Transmission

Great guys, they know their way around cars and reasonable price. A++ service. Mark and the guys care about their customers and have taken care of my adult kids whenever they needed car repair. They are always busy but also always make time for emergencies. Mark is awesome!! Brought my daughter's SUV to him at about 2:15 pm. He had it diagnosed by 2:40 and fixed by 4. He was completely honest with what was wrong and what the price would be to fix it.

Took my truck at the end of last year for transmission problem, when I got it back drive it for like a week broke down again. They gave a six month warranty I didn't have a problem but them I took it back took about a month, gave back same thing long story short I only drove my truck about 4 times and they didn't fix it after the six months, they told they were not going to fix it was better for me to sell it. I had already payed 3,000. I heard about other people that had the same problem, so think about it before you take it.
