Jordan was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure my car was good. Not only changed the oil but showed me where I had a nail in my tire. Explained everything he was doing and showed me other things I needed. I appreciate him very much. Made this experience great

I went in for an oil change today and had a very pleasant experience. James greeted me very quickly, introduced himself, and guided me through the bay. They took care of us pretty quickly. I highly recommend.

They are amazing here! They do perfect work, are very polite and friendly and super fast. Can t beat this service anywhere. I drive two cities over just to come see them for my oil changes.

Thank you Lucas and Noah for your assistance today. There is trusting the service and then there is first rate service. Today I received first rate service. Lucas and Noah spotted some issues that I would not have found as previously I just trusted the service. Thank you both for being stand up humans and excellent service providers. Visited yesterday for the first time. Great guy who helped me, fast service. I was disappointed though that I spent $95 with them and after asking they check my tire pressure and add air I left with a tire light on only to get home and check the tire with it being 10lbs low! He confirmed it was checked and adjusted. Also nothing else was checked, made no mention of air filter or anything. Pay attention to the details guys.

Great service! The manager was helpful and polite , all the workers did a great job. It was quick with an extensive complete service list , I even got a bottle of water. Will be returning soon!

Noah and Aubrey went above and beyond!!! They helped find where a mouse was living in my car. There was a nest in my air filter!! They cleaned out the compartment and replaced the filter. So so sweet of them!! I ll be back for sure! These guys are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Guys were cool and the oil change was quick. I also somehow had both 1 headlight and brake light out which they also replaced fairly quickly. Just be careful after it rains heavily, their back lot doesn t drain & my corolla was nearly floating going into the bay.

Expected quicker service since it advertises a 10 mins oil change and we were there for atleast 30-35mins minimum. Also my last oil change was in the $60 range and this quick service place was a 135 total.

Fast services, the employees are great. They check your filters and lights which is awesome. Jordan and Lucas were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend the place.

The only reason they got 1 star because a NEGATIVE wasn't an option. I recently came in to your shop to have an oil change and it cost $92, that is ridiculous. The guy that changed the oil, talk like he was a little thug and treating me with disrespect. They said they checked the lights, the transmission fluid, the wipers, and the tire pressure but they didn't do any of that. When I questioned the guy, he was smart with me. I'll never be back!

I have been going here for a while now. The staff is always very polite and professional. They do a great job at keeping my truck in good running shape. I'll recommend them to everyone. Friendly, respectful honestly I m not from tullahoma but the respect and honesty I got from the guys at Strickland Brothers are awesome even tho I m a hour away i prefer this place.

Was sent a coupon from SB Corp, $29.99. We'll they didn't carry the oil that was advertised in THEIR ad. Service person never suggested alternative. Went to second SB oil change in same town, Tullahoma, and he didn't have the oil advertised either. So I asked, " what kinda oil change can I get and how much will it be?" The young man said he'd have to put my vehicle on his computer to tell me and didn't have time because he had one car in the bay and one waiting. Nobody in office.

First visit here at this company today. Very friendly staff. Noah was fantastic and hasn t been with the company long at all. You couldn t tell. It was a seamless process. I will be back.

update 10/7/2023A few years ago, I came to this business, and they did a really good job. I am not sure what has happened with the people they are hiring but it isn't professional anymore.I was turned away twice this weekend for service.I came by on Thursday and a car was sitting in the bay. The attendant told me the car in the bay was waiting on a part. They couldn't get to me. My thinking is why not tell the customer to pull over to the side so they can service other customers while waiting.I came by Saturday and the attendant told me that he and one other guy were the only ones there and the other attendant was on his 2nd day of working there. The bays were empty.This is terrible service and unprofessional. I am writing this review in hopes that the corporate office sees this and makes some adjustments.Service: Oil change

I received a email with a coupon for 29.99 on new years day only. I pulled up to get a oil change and they said coupon isn't working and they can't do it for that cheap but they could add a discount. False advertisement. I ask for a manager helped said it wasn't one available. I said that's False advertisement, he said they couldn't do anything about it. So I left . How can they use this method just to get customers to come in and then say we can't do it that cheap?

Usually never have problems here (hence the three stars instead of one) however today when I came to get an oil change the guy who I guess was running things (or should I say not running things since their system was down) told me I came around the corner too fast like first of all I m an adult you don t need to scold me second of all you don t need to be rude and third of all I wasn t come around it too fast. I have literally been here before and never once gotten someone who said that to me and felt the need to correct me on how slow I need to take a curve and tell me a speed limit for it. Also, it seems their system has always been down lately, I went a few days ago and it was down, and I came today and it was down again- will probably be looking for a different place to do my oil changes if their system doesn t start working soon.
