Fast and Professional service they always fixed it the first time never had to take it back for same problem . They also gave me a 2 year Unlimited miles warranty on all repairs and I didn't even buy my Ram there.

Reliable, knowledgeable, fast, and flexible.They performed four recall repairs on my 2014 Ram 2500. One of the prescribed FCA recall repairs caused a delayed, minor issue with the ABS system which Stan McNabb quickly fixed the next day. Super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. 100% recommend.

Shopping was easy and not pressured. The salesman Thomas was very helpful in going over everything and knowledgeable. If he didn t have the answer he went right then and got the answer. My wife has a Jeep that throws codes like candy at a Christmas parade. I call Neil in Service, and he always takes the time to get the info from me. When we drop it off, he keeps me updated on what s going on or what exciting curveball the engine has decided to throw at them. Nevertheless Neil has always been honest and upfront with me and it s greatly appreciated!

I recently bought a car from Angela Franklin at this Stan McNabb dealership. It was a fantastic experience. They helped me find the best financing even with my low credit score. They made sure all maintenance was done and oil changed. It was an all around excellent experience. I drove an hour and a half, and it was well worth it. I would recommend buying from them to anyone in the market.

I traveled to TN for my Mama's funeral. The service department completed an oil change, tire rotation and other needed warranty work. They were so helpful and even stood outside when Mam's funeral procession passed by. Very touching. Thank you.

Came in with my Dodge Ram 3500 with def issues. Expensive as hell but that ain t this dealers fault. They knew I was trying to get home to Washington, so they had me all fixed up in less than a couple days. They also had good advice for a motel and restaurant. Genuinely good people.If you guys are reading this, I made it home and the truck s running great. Again, thank you guys!

Dealing with Jerry was great he went above and beyond my expectations. Worked with me till he had what I wanted ,all of this was over the phone. Made the deal showed up at 9:00 by 10:00 was out the door. Everyone else there was so nice and professional. Will be back for my next truck.

Went in for an oil change ONLY, in my Chrysler van. Have had zero issues with my van until after the oil change. Now my check engine light is on. It was NOT on before.. I went back inside and told them the light was on, but it had not been on before. They said something about codes ,blah blah blah. Fast talkers. The one guy is VERY rude ,crude and ill refined. He went out and turned the light off, but said it would come back on. I was advised it would take $1500.00 to fix the vehicle. I left and took it to a reputable mechanic in Manchester. He diagnosed the issue and said I could drive it for a while, and the cost to repair the new issue was much less than what was quoted. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Stan McNabbs in Tullahoma.. Have been told by several that an oil change would NOT cause my check engine light issue

These guys are true professionals! No games, no market adjustment phony pricing, no silly ad on fees! They follow up after the sale just to make sure you are happy! I drove 10 hours from home to buy a car from them, and would do it again without hesitation. I ve bought at least 40 cars in my lifetime, and these guys are the best!

Took my car in for an oil change. During the process they noticed an oil leak. Neil called and let me know about it and provided great detail on what needed to be done as well as what would happen if it wasn t done. They completed the work the same day. Exceptional communication and service.
