The service specialist named TJ was very informative and came out and informed us of an unforeseen problem which was easily took care of and they got right on it and had us quickly serviced and on our way after the recall replacements were completed as well. very satisfied will return without a doubt

I took my car in Thursday because my check engine light came on. Took it back in Friday to get it fixed. After all day of waiting and them telling me its going to be fixed. I get a call saying parts didnt come in and it will be fixed Saturday. I pick my car up Saturday, and Saturday afternoon my check engine light is back on. So here i am Monday sitting and waiting again. I feel like they told me what i wanted to hear face to face and not what was actually going on till they called me on the phone. I will update once the problem is resolved.Update: First i sat there for a couple of hours just for them to come and say its my catalytic converter, and said it was a new code that just came up. I told them it sounded like the converter when I brought it in to have them look at it and they said no its the manifold. I took my car to 3 different places before deciding on bringing it to the dealership because THEY ALL SAID it could be the converter or the manifold or the oxygen sensors making the code go off. They all had all the different codes and the DEALERSHIP with the equipment made for my vehicle didnt pull the code everyone else pulled. I even stopped at auto zone and O'Reilly and they named all the things it could be, but STAN MCNAB's machines didnt pick up that code until after they fixed the part connected to it. I could have had my car fixed for less than what they charged me to change a exhaust manifold. You can buy the entire part i needed together and that would have fixed it. They want $1100 dollars on top of the $700 i just paid that didnt fix the problem. I would have paid under $700 for parts and labor at a different mechanic.I learned a valuable leason. Dont judge a book by its cover. Sitting there i learned of even more mistakes they made with some other customer's. I started crying when they told me it was the converter because i couldnt believe this was happening. I missed 5 days of work. Went a day without my car for them to bamboozle me. They didnt know I had taken my car and someone else would have fixed it parts and labor for under $700, and they wanted a total of $1800. They charged me $400 just in labor. Its a shame that a business operates this way and I wouldnt recommend them for servicing your car. Im out $700 , my check engine light is still on, and i still need a converter.

I always get great, fast service from Stan Mcnabb. I bought my car new there in 2013 and wont let anyone else touch it.
