1st Full Disclosure: I have never bought anything from their family of dealership(s) before. So this review reflects only "my" experience.From the moment we drove onto this lot, then left for other dealerships, then returned later, I would not have expected all that we experienced.The Salesman, Justin, was told upfront that he is working with my Fianc� so speak with her and address her questions. I am just here for the "ride-along".......and that is exactly what he did. Jason did a great job of selling himself, which, by the way, just happened to come with a car....lol.Next, in the process, we agreed to a price and "they said yes to our 1st offer", honestly it scared me, for I thought, dang, I should have offered less...haha. Nevertheless, at this point, my Fianc� and Justin both seemed happy, so onto the "paperwork and signing".We met the Finance Manager, "Mr. T" as he is referred to. AGAIN, honesty here.....I believe I broke his computer throwing so many numbers and questions at him, which led to him breaking out his trusty calculator to keep up with me! (NO, not really, but he was on point answering every question and even finding us better rates).Here is the twist you have been waiting for to a wonderful experience so far, bare with me here.......when I was doing a final look over of the vehicle, I noticed a few things and now had questions. To my surprise, their attention to my concerns and, better yet, their truthful and honest answers caught me off guard. I was prepared for Blah Blah Blah Blah, NOPE not this team. They stepped up and addressed everything while offering me a "Coke and a Smile"....BTW the Coke was cold and their Smiles were genuine.Paul, who they called the boss, sent word he would take care of everything (we never met him). So back to Mr. T and financing to finish the deal.Deal done, keys in hand and off went my Fianc� in her new car.But wait, there is more....next morning in the sunlight we noticed a few things not noticeable at night when we bought the car. So, I called the dealership and asked to speak with the GM or owner. A fellow named Paul answers. Paul is the GM, he 1st listened to my story of events and concerns, then he spoke and shared he knew of the vehicle in question and informed me he was who approved my concerns the night we bought the car. He went on to let me know that he would do all he could to address my new concerns. Currently, as I type this review, Paul, Mr. T, Coty and Justin are doing everything just as they said and promised us they would do.To say my experience is normal or typical, probably not. But nor is the Dealership's experience with me....lol. I have found this dealership and their team to be exceptional from start to current and expect the conclusion to be exactly what they promised.(PS: This review is in no way reflects anything negative to other dealerships, especially ones I have dealt with and having similar positive experiences and outcomes. This is just a review of my experience thus far I wanted to share about Stan McNabb!)Stay Tuned........

Had tires rotated. Now the service tire monitor system light comes on every day and goes back off later. I checked all pressure and two were low. Aired the tires. Light still comes on and off daily. Was told to stop by and they would try to pair system again. Went in and the advisor told the tech to check the air pressure. I told the tech that the warning light comes on every day. Car gone 30 minutes and tech said all tires need two lbs pressure. Asked him if he checked about the warning coming on. He said it isn t on now. (True, it wasn t on when I came in but why tell me to bring it in to attempt to pair it if you re not going to?) Said probably comes on due to weather. Funny, it never happened before rotation service and does it every day now whether it s 30 or 70 degrees. Advisor said same as tech, probably the weather. I seriously doubt he even checked the tires and certainly not the monitor system. Drove 15 minutes from them and the light came on again. Have four more prepaid service appointments for oil changes and tire rotation. Sure wish it wasn t prepaid because I don t want to come back.

Pat Patel is a great salesperson and a great asset to the company. He is knowledgeable, informative and pleasant to deal with. From my salesman Pat bringing me the car I was interested in during my lunch so I could look at it to having it ready to go when the purchase was made. We went to the dealership just looking and to see what our trade was worth. We had no intention to purchase a new vehicle. However, we looked at the inventory and liked what we saw. We purchased the car we had from Dwayne Salts and are happy to say we purchased our new Tahoe from him. If you choose to get service done here be sure to shop around for the parts they say your vehicle needs. I found the exact same part number steering rack for $500 cheaper online. Plus, the inability to tell me what the hourly labor rate is does not seem very honest or forthcoming. Every other shop I ve ever used has a straight hourly labor rate that makes it clear how many hours you re being charged for.

Just received a call from service manager and he has promised to take care of me and honor misunderstandings! Would have been a ten but a bit concerning that I bought a GMC part that included set up and installation with the price from GMC. I confirmed with parts and service the day I picked up and paid. I wanted to check on best way to set up appointment for installation of parts, (tile pressure monitors for trailer) and was told they would have to check with supervisor and call me back as they were not sure installation was covered as promised. I am still waiting for that call! Received call yesterday from service manager and he s still checking to see if they can honor previous agreement.I am now happy to rate Stan McNabb a ten!

Neil, Jimmy, T and Dan were amazing. Very hassle free. T took in consideration my husband's limitations and brought all paperwork to Jimmy's desk.After all inside work was finished, then Jimmy and Neil went over how some of Technology worked on the Yukon Denali.We returned this afternoon to ask some Technology questions and Jimmy and Neil jumped right on it. They pulled in another person which I forgot his name. He was super as well.Would recommend this dealership and these guys to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.Diana Sirks

The entire experience of buying a car at Stan McNabb Chevy in tullahoma Tennessee was wonderful from Start to Finish. The sales team got back to me with urgency and answered all my questions. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from this dealership and it won t be the last. I will gladly drive an hour and a half instead of going to the dealership right up the road from me for this type of service. Very Disappointed in this Dealership. They sold us a truck knowing it had an oil leak and throwing a code throttle body and it was deleted. Not even 20 miles down the road the check engine light came on. Luckily we bought the insurance for it. What s so funny Stann McNabb. Used the insurance to pay for the problems that they already had when they sold it to us. Instead of saying we will fix it and take care of it. Had it 7days and it s been in their shop almost week. No communication on any updates on the truck. We have to call them. Told us it be done Wednesday. Once again we had to call them and ask. Now they are saying Thursday. No communication. Bad Business

Haven't gotten my car back yet from body shop. So dont know the final outcome. However, up to this point, everything has been amazing. Im kept informed in every step of the way. They actually call to make sure before making decisions. And keep me updated on expected timeline. Very friendly too

I recently ordered a 2023 GMC Canyon AT4 4X4 from Stan McNabb in Tullahoma, Tn. My salesperson was Neil Frassrand. He walked me through the entire process and made sure I got ever option I wanted. He was honest about the deal and the delivery date. As it could be several months before it arrived. I ordered it on Good Friday, April 7, 2023. To my expectations it was delivered earlier than I expected, this past Monday June 26, 2023. Everyone at this dealership was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I did not spend unnecessary hours as I have in the past at other dealerships. I enjoyed my experience so much that I also purchased a prepaid service agreement for routine maintenance. I highly recommend asking for Neil if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. He even took the time to take a lot of photos I requested of me and my absolutely beautiful new truck. Which I LOVE btw!!

When I called it was for a certain mileage check. On my Carfax was a list, when I dropped it off the man just said they will do an oil change and flush. I have never been so disappointed with customer service as I paid $302 dollar for something that I had no clue was going on. Making my oil change $100? I just wouldn't recommend service there, and if so get a very detailed explanation.
