I contacted Eric the owner of Southern to install a Truma Tankless RV water heater. His shop in one of the only Truma Dealer Partners in lower middle TN. Truma requires a Dealer Partner install their units to ensure their warranty. I could not be happier with the install. The tech Eric put on the job, Tim took a great deal of pride in what he was doing. He treated my RV as if it was his own. As a former RV Registered Tech, that trait is hard to come by with most technicians. Their very fair pricing, how quickly they got me in and out and the finished install will bring be back. I can highly recommend this shop and staff.Update: Living in TN we have a ton of Mud Dauber Wasps. They like to get into just about any place they want. I did not want them in the new water heater. With a little Macgver move, I managed to get a 9 3/4 x 7 Screen to fit perfectly over the vent opening. I could attach the top with a standard spring to a post on the vent. There was no such post on the bottom of this vent. The bottom needed a little ingenuity. I attached a round thin magnet on the screen and one one on the heater with 3M tape. Worked perfectly and is very secure.(see photo)

We had our travel trailer repaired by them last year. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond. They did what they could to save us money and still make it look really good. We have gone through 4+ RV service companies in Tennessee and I can assure you that none of them can match Southern. the place is big, clean, organized and nice. we had impeccable service with an assessment of our problem in less than an hour. our motorhome is old and the parts would take a week to arrive, we didn't have that time to wait and Eric, detailed the whole problem, gave me the references of the parts, the average prices and showed me ways to solve it on road, all of that without charging me ANYTHING! that's the motorhome spirit, honesty, kindness and cooperation. this is definitely not just a company, thank you very much.

This place is amazing. I have recommended them to many of my friends for their fast and friendly service. Other places are 7-8 months out for a repair. They got me in and done within a week so I wouldn't miss any camping trips. HIGHLY RECOMMENDService: ElectricalService: Electrical

Eric and his team were excellent to work with. They were friendly and knowledgeable about our RV needs. Communication was easy and prices were very fair. The repair work was done timely and accurately. We will be calling them every time we have a need for help on our RV.

They just did major repairs to our camper. Damage caused by blown radial tire. Amazing how much damage those steel belts can do. Great people to do business with. Have large facilities.

Worse service in the state. Repair crew are rude and obnoxious. Repairs have to be completed again and again.Dealer waited 4 years to respond to my negative review. It was a rental RV that we had to live in due to a house fire. Southern Rv was under contract through HOMELINK INC. They state it was free and it was not as I have the copies of the bills they sent to and got paid for from HOMELINK. Final repair was on the toilet which they refused to fix or even come out to look at. I had a dealer from out of down do the repairs in less than 24 hours. Shoddy repairs and poor service is the normal for Southern RV.Service: Tires

We had a problem on the road and they were able to help us right away, solvinv the problem with a. Really, they went out of their way to solve it a propane leak. Eric and Lee we're awesome. Price was fair given how long it took.

Owner charged $4,000 for about $1,000 worth of value. When I complained, owner threatened me with harm. Ill mannered, liar and just plain evil, if you go to this place you get what you deserve, you have been warned.

Excellent service. The people are easy to work with and completed the service/repairs in the time expected. I will take my 5th wheel back when it needs service or repairs in the future.

Horrible I didn't say anything about insurance but nice try. I went in there to buy a part and your sales rep was very rude and told me I'd be better buying the part online. He was to busy on his phone so yeah

Stopped to look at purchasing an rv or camper because the sign clearly says at the top "sales", employee was rude and said they don't sale rvs or campers. Very very rude. Will not be back. Worst customer service I've ever had!
