I recently blew my water pump and clutch fan on my old 91 Ranger and went to the mechanic here, Mr. Barnett. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my vehicle. He knew exactly what he was doing and has great automotive knowledge about almost any vehicle out there, and most importantly he always gets the job done right. If you want your vehicle serviced to the greatest this is definitely the shop to go to!

Bought a used tire, not under any warranty, had it less than 48 hours and it went flat!! I returned to the shop and the tire was replaced without question!! I am so grateful for the service offered by Kevin!! I am a single female and it is hard when things go wrong with my car!! I go to Sam s for help with all my automotive issues!! They are friendly and offer great customer service!! Thank you Sam s!!!

Just bought a tire there this morning. Was there less than 30 mins. I don't know what all these other people are talking about. I wasn't over charged!!! I paid 64$ with tax. And it looks like a brand new tire! Will definitely be returning. Thanks

DO NOT LET THEM DO AN ALIGNMENT ON YOUR VEHICLE! my wife took our truck to them yesterday and told them we got new tires and needed an alignment and that our steering wheel was crooked when driving straight down the road. When they finished the alignment and left she almost wrecked because they messed up the steering even worse than it was before. She could barely even turn left and when driving straight the steering wheel was worse than before. When she called they told her the normal mechanic that can fix that stuff wasn t there and he could fix it the next morning when he was back. The following morning she called and they said it wasn t their fault and she had to get it fixed and they could align it again. We took it to cjs and they said they had definitely messed with everything underneath and that they didn t know what they were doing over there at Sam s. Don t ever go to Sam s they charge double and rip you off! They refused to give us a refund for screwing up our alignment. The picture circled in red is the pitman arm after they aligned the truck at Sam s and the next one is what it s supposed to look like and how it looked when cjs fixed it the right way. He also said there were some bolts that were really loose and could have come apart cause if us to not be able to steer the truck at all if they did come out or break.

My 74 year old dad went to check prices on some tires. He has bought tires there before. When he didn t see anyone he walked to a side door and said everyone was watching a ball game. They yelled at him and said he wasn t supposed to be back there! My dad just said ok buddy and left. They 3 men followed him out the door yelling at him as he was walking to his car. Good thing my dad wasn t the 40 year old version of himself! No one in my family will ever give them our business and wouldn t refer anyone to go there.

Beware of deceptive pricing. Was planning on buying tires on-line and have them mounted and balanced locally. Was quoted $60 to mount and balance if I brought in the wheels off the car or $100 to just bring the whole car. Gave him the chance to price with tires too. Was a little higher than I wanted but agreed for convenience and to support local business. He ran my credit card first to order the tires. As I walked away, I glanced at the receipt and realized he charged another $100. He replied the quote didn't include tax. I cancelled the sale. Since he was the only place open Saturday, I came back with my four wheels and new tires. He did the work including new valve stems at my request. When I picked them up, he told me it was $140. $60 plus valve stems?? Math didn't add up. He then said it was never a $60 estimate and was $10 per valve stem. Exceptionally mad, but stuck with the work being done already. Ran my card again and as I left, saw that he charged additional $13 tax above the $140 he stated. $153 just to mount and balance tires with new valve stems. Really wish I had read the mountain of negative reviews first. Never again!! Buyer beware. Service less than average but acceptable. Very deceptive pricing and no written estimates.

They charged 25 dollars for a simple plug, they also came back to ask me for the Key to my locking lug-nuts, but I didn t have any installed lolOn top of this, they scratched my wheel around the lug-nut orifice.If you can, please go elsewhere .

Definitely do not go here I'm just now reading the reviews like a dummy but two years ago I went there because I work for the guy for 6 months and he knew I had children and I let him do a heater core job for me because my truck didn't have any heat My kids were riding around cold and it was blowing fog up on my windshield, well he "replaced " it and he did it for $700.. and my heater worked fine for the rest of the winter which was like a couple months but the very next winter on the very first day that I needed my heat I turned it on and it started blowing fog out of my vents again and it was definitely a heater core come to find out I took it back up to the guy and said hey man there's something going on with this heater core job that you did I don't know what's going on but it's doing the same thing and he records don't go out like that in just a year he said okay I'll look at it when I came back to pick up my truck he tried to say that it was the knob where you adjust the heat from cold to hot and he charged me like $120 just to get my truck back and I still end up having to take it to another mechanic to get the heater core changed and they showed me the other heater core that they pulled out of it and it had screws and bolts loose and it had a hole in it so he probably just put some stop leak in there or something

I requested a "thorough" inspection of my daughter's car in preparation for a long trip. It was 12 minutes from the time the car was moved from the front of the store until the car was back out front ... "inspected." With a $60 charge for those 12 minutes, that works out to a $5 per minute labor rate. Ridiculous. There is no way tires were removed, brakes inspected, and tires remounted. NEVER AGAIN, NEVER.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE PAID $60 A PIECE FOR 2 USED TIRE & PAID FOR A ALIGNMENT IT HASNT EVEN BEEN 30 days and the wire is showing called and he told me to bring my car back just for him to come outside look and say it s another 120 after tax 140 something for 2 more used tires !

Second time these guys have overcharged me these guys will give you a free ride rotation with every oil change. Catch is they ll charge you $60 for the oil change clowns.

Asked for raised white letter tires for truck, Sam's showed me picture of raised white letter tires at upcharge of $150, I agreed and he ordered. Sam's did not check delivered tires were not what I paid for, installed on truck anyway. When I discovered after driving home, Sam's refused to swap tires or make any adjustments. Horrible amateur business.

Sells faulty tires then say you did something. I purchased a tire and same day had to bring it back because there was a hole in it a slow leak then they put a different tire on it and still is leaking now saying I hit a curve. But I do believe I can tell if I hit a curve or something. Stay away from their services unprofessional and was rude and arguing back with me.this would be the last place I ever come to again or anyone in my family. Now woke up to a flat tire this morning and now have to pay for another tire

Sam s tire is a joke! They put a good size dent in my driver door and claiming they didn t do it! When I asked to look at cameras I was told I wasn t allowed and hung up on! They also left my break fluid bold lose which made the break fluid leak out! They loosened my oil cap while doing breaks and rotors and all my oil leaked out! I had to go to another shop to get the things looked at and fixed because Sam s is denying doing any of it . I know what kind of condition my vehicle was in before hand!!

My personal experience was terrible.I went for a simple used tire.I paid $60 for one used tire and a nail in the tire.After I told the owner, I did not want a used tire with a nail in it.He proceeded to tell me that I was going to take the tire because he patched it and that I had to pay $60 for a patched tire.What made it so bad, I bought two tires before I even saw the nail in the one tire.Very rude to me!!!!I believe if I was a man, he would have treated me with a little more respect but being a black woman he was very belligerent.Let's just say I'm having to pay for another tire more money out of my pocket somewhere else.I hope they enjoyed their $140 they got out of me for two used tires and a nail.

I don t even know where to begin! This guy Sam is a scammer! I took my car there on a Friday afternoon to get a job done that he said takes about an hour and a half. Instead of him being honest earlier that afternoon and telling me he couldn t finish it in that time frame, he waited until the car rental companies were about to close and we had to take an Uber home. We live almost an hour away. We also had to take an Uber back to the rental car place Saturday . He told us it would be ready Saturday . Saturday came and he told me it would be ready Monday. Monday came he told me it would be ready Tuesday. It was ready Tuesday someone apparently left my lights on or something because it wouldn t start . We had to jump it off to get it to start. We go in to pay him and he wanted to charge us more money than what we agreed on. He was telling me it wasn t his fault that they had to charge more ! We spent a extra 700 dollars between Uber and the car rental because of him. He also charged for antifreeze and put water in my vehicle. He is a true scammer! If it was zero stars I would give him that rating!

Dropped in and was able to get my tires rotated and balanced with no waiting. I was on the road in about 15 minutes and the price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and were happy to ensure my tires were properly inflated for my Porsche's strange inflation settings. I had read many favorable reviews and this was my initial test visit. I'll definitely be back for more intensive work on my vehicles.

I went to Sam's and bought two used tires and had them put on and left the store thinking that I had good used tires, instead they were barely better than the ones I had. I tried to have my tires rotated, but no one would do it because there wasn't enough tread. I confronted Sam's about it and he told me that it had 50-60% tread and that he would rotate it out for $10 more than the other place that we went to. I called Mikes Tire and Break and told them what happened. Mike told me that he got me because it's already paid for and done and that there is no warranty on a used tire and that if I want my tires rotated I would have to go to Sam's because he is the only one that would do it because he know he scammed me. So I have no choice but to go buy new tires as soon as possible. Do not go there. I will never be back again.

I have a 1999 toyota 4runner I love my ride I had a mechanic put upper and lower ball joints all the way around it and new tie rod end. My mechanic told me to go get the wheels aligned so I took it to Sam's. I waited about a hour they come out and told me my inner tie rod was bad on my driver side which I knew it wasn't bc my mechanic would have told me Sunday night myself and my family was leaving to go get dinner and my new outer tie rod come off the strip the threads and didn't even put Carter key back in it it could have been bad so now I am having to replace my outer tie rod yet again I won't go there and wouldn't recommend anyone go there they are scam artist my mechanic did come back over and said the inner tie rod was new

Went to get 2 used tires and it was supposed to be $128 when my boyfriend went just a few days before and got 2 for his car for $100 flat....I I had $120 cash on me and asked if I could put the rest in my card was told yes when I got home I looked at the receipt and was charged $15.53 on my card plus $120 cash so I got 2 USED tires for $135.53!!! I could have gone to Walmart and gotten 2 brand new tires for $150......will never use them or suggest them to anyone ever!!!!!

The first time I got my oil changed here back in December, I had to wait for my car way longer than expected. They gave me a free oil change due to the wait and I got my free oil change today. I only waited about 20 minutes today. Great customer service.

The staff are friendly, however, I had major problems with them not understanding my newer model car. I had to contact the dealer to get information because I was told to YouTube how. Then used profanity explaining that the dealer was wrong (which they weren t). My experience was not very good and I cannot justify ever going back.

I pulled into Sam's Tire with a rapidly leaking tire. The wonderful lady at the counter had someone from the shop helping me in minutes. They quickly switched out my spare and had me back on my way. Oh at a more than fair price!I strongly recommend Sam's Tire because of my experience.

Sam is horrible. Got into an argument with him about why we were going to be charged, for him doing nothing. Literally, nothing. He tried to scam an old man. Kept calling me a white boy too...? LOL. Punk.

Really chill place. Will definitely be going here again. Highly recommend it to anyone, didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or anything, paid less than I expected I would have to pay, which was good because I have like no money at any given point in time.Here's the story of my experience:Went outside one morning to go to work, and one of my tires was 'rim touching the ground' flat. Took it to the dealership, tire had a nail, dealership patched up the tire. A few months later, the same tire started going flat again and I thought the patch was having issues, so I took the car to a different shop. Nope, there was another nail, so the different shop plugged that hole and I was on my way.A couple of days later, I noticed the same tire was losing air. This tire was giving me a huge headache. Took the car to the dealership again, and they weren't much help. In fact, the dealership made the whole thing worse, and I was about ready to put the spare on and drive slow until I could afford some new tires.Then a friend told me about Sam's Tire & Auto. Went there expecting to be put in an incredibly awkward situation where I would have to choose between paying a lot of money for "extra" work to be done on my car, or going somewhere else. But, that definitely was not the case, and I was in and out of there in less than 20 mins for half the price of what I thought it would cost. Sam's Tire & Auto made the whole experience of replacing one of my tires incredibly painless, and I plan to go back there when I'm able to replace the rest of my tires.
