Another FANTASTIC experience with Anthony, Alex, and team! This dealership team just gets it - small-town values in business where relationships are valued. I drive from Nashville to buy here so I don t have to put up with the shenanigans of the dealers close to home (Franklin/Brentwood). I ve already got a Mustang on order with them here - looking forward to picking that up someday soon! merica!! Update: Great service experience with Dee and team for the first service of my F150 King Ranch AND my 2024 Mustang arrived! Great team at Russell Barnett Ford!!

I called to schedule an oil change and Taylor was able to squeeze me in pretty quickly. When I dropped off my truck, I was several hours early for my appointment and expected to need to come back and pick it up later in the day but they had it ready for me in just over an hour (before my original appointment time even started). It was reasonably priced and I was back on the road! I would highly recommend Taylor to take care of your vehicle!

I took my 2014 Mustang into this dealership for a power steering problem that I could not find. Service writer named Jason calls me and tells me that a mouse chewed through the wiring harness and they needed a day to fix it. Ok, no problem. Next, he tells me that the water pump is out on the car and I need a new one. There was nothing wrong with the water pump when I took it in there, so I told him no, I'll fix it myself. I picked up the car and immediately I could smell antifreeze. Opened the hood and there was antifreeze all over the front of the engine. I cleaned up the mess and since then, I have driven this car thousands of miles and never lost a drop of antifreeze, nor has the car exceeded operating temperature. There is not a thing in the world wrong with my water pump. This was a case of an attempt to scam me out of $700 they quoted me for a 1 hour job. Watch these people. I'm in the market for a new pickup truck, but I certainly will not consider Russel Barnett Ford in Tullahoma. Just because they are a dealership, don't think for a minute they won't try to rip you off. These service writers get paid a commission on services they can sell. Just be wary, is all I am saying. In case you are wondering, the service writer in this instance was Jason.

Jason was great to work with. I want to stress that he is the reason we will take our motorhome back to this dealership. My only reason for not giving a five-star rating is that our motorhome was dropped off on November 12, 2023 and not completed until February 8, 2024. While we appreciate Jason's efforts to get it fixed for us, it should not take this long to get your Ford fix. This is the same with other Ford dealers. They treat an RV as secondary to other vehicles. Ford needs to have a better heavy truck repair service system if they're going to sell Ford chassis to be used for RVs.

Repairs were completed great with no issues on the repairs. My only gripe was when I set up the appointment I wasn t told that it would take most of the day and that they would need both set of keys. I had to get my wife to come and get me and bring the spare key. This was definitely an inconvenience. I feel they need to let people know when making the appointment what the repairs may detail so the customer can decide to stay with vehicle or get a ride.

Steve from the service Department in Tullahoma has been great. I travel a lot so I have been in twice recently. Steve has listened to any concerns I have had. He has been thorough and even pointed out something to keep an eye on. Thank you for your assistance!

I took my 2014 F150 Roush in yesterday and they did a great job and treat you like family. I am very pleased with my experience and definitely found a Ford place I can trust. Thanks so much

Well earned five stars because of Chris Mantooth. I m 80 years old and Chris is best service manager that I have witnessed while living in 25 locations! He has great technical knowledge but most importantly he knows how to professionally serve the customer. Russell, what ever you are paying him, it s not enough! Very rare these days to have someone who could be poster boy for customer service! His leadership has positively rubbed off to everyone in his supervision! Thank you Russell Barnett Ford of Winchester

(Horrible experience) I'll drive six counties away before I let their service team touch another one of my vehicles. I wouldn't let their service techs put air in my tires!(See story below)I recieved three quotes on fixing my wife's 2017 explorer, Russell Barnett being the highest. However, I went with the dealership because the dealerships are always more professional and responsible right? Wrong, After dropping my vehicle off, I was told the work would take about three days. To my surprise, it was done in half that time. I picked the vehicle up and within seconds, I noticed a new hesitation/ pause when going through the gears. No biggie, I bring it back right. This is where It was explained to me that it couldn't possibly be anything to do with anything they touched. I specifically asked Steve if it was throwing any codes ,his reply none at all. But Steve did qoute me on a new torque converter and a transmission for an additional 4 thousand( I already paid close to that on the last repair) I was also told they could try some miracle in a bottle called shifting fix for only 250 dollars. I found shift fix myself at O'Reilly for $17. Not feeling comfortable with their diagnosis, I took the bill from Russell barnett and the vehicle to Espys auto repair. It was immediately diagnosed with a misfire in the number three cylinder. While looking at the work completed another discrepancy was found, I was charged for 4 belt tensioners when the vehicle only has three. I was also informed my gaskets looked to be reused even though I was billed for new ones. I them took the vehicle back to Russell barnett where what do you know they Confirmed everything espy said was wrong with the vehicle. At this point, I'm clearly pissed but it was explained to me they would fix all the shortcomings of the previous service tech and replace my spark plugs for free, Not being comfortable with them touching anything further I asked for my money back, this was futile and I continued to hear every excuse in the book. To wrap up this long-winded story stay away from at least the service department and their unscrupulous ways. I will tell everyone within ears reach this story!

I went in to get a key made for a 2014 Mustang. The people were courteous and though I had to call 4 times, a lady inadvertently hung up on me, I was completely satisfied. I want to recommend the Parts guy with the English accent. He bent over backwards to help me and he deserves all the praise.

I'd had it with my previous vehicle (not a Ford), and kept reading Edmunds' glowing reviews of the Explorer and how it remained Top of Class, for mid-size SUV, year after year. After researching a lot of options, I settled on the 2018 Explorer Platinum, absolutely loaded. I contacted three local Ford dealerships, with the idea that I'd bounce one off the other to see who would offer me the best deal. That plan fell through quickly: because of the three, only Russell Barnett Ford maintained contact with me. My sales guy, Jason Davis, earned every dime of his pay: I asked him questions he said no one had ever asked before. And he went looking for the answers. Got the answers. And got back to me with the answers. The dealership scoured for every dime of discount and incentive they could find, and bent over backward to accommodate our requests. The trade-in process was smooth with a fair value for my vehicle; the paperwork was a breeze; things could not have gone better. I don't think I've ever so enjoyed spending this much money! Now that the vehicle is a few years old, she's getting a bit eccentric (as we all do over time) - and the service department is peerless in quality work, reasonable price and friendly staff. The Russell Barnett family is pro-America and pro-veteran, and I can't recommend this dealership too highly. If you don't at least give Russell Barnett a chance to earn your trust and your business, you're selling yourself short.

Never seen a chevy camaro go as fast as this one with the roush coyote motor n super charger shoe horned in it ,all factory stock ! honestly its the best thing to ever happen to a chevy camaro ! Only thing missing was the bored out ash trays and the high compression hub caps !

I have been dealing with a situation with my 2013 Taurus for several months. Ford didn't make the part anymore. RBF Service did everything possible and got me going again. I am so thankful they were willing to help me. Top-notch customer service!! Thanks, Dee!!

I purchased a car here that came with a lifetime powertrain warrenty, I did everything and more the salesmen told me to do in order to abide by the rules of the Warrenty, and the dealership refused to repair my car under that warranty. This dealership does not hold to their word. If you purchase a car here, you should plan on having your vehicle serviced by a place you know you can trust, because this dealership is dishonest.

We traveled from Huntsville AL to Russell Barnett Ford to look at their cars. We were wanting to trade my suv for another suv. They had w I was looking at but they weren't exactly what I was really wanting. The GM looked at their other lot and found one that had everything I was wanting. They went and got it for me to test drive. And we ended up buying it. JC Morgan was our salesman and he was phenomenal! They have the feel of a hometown business. They treat you like friends. They a went above and beyond to accommodate us. Plus they made an appt for a week later to bring it back for a full detail because we were short on time. I highly recommend Russell Barnett Ford to everyone! The staff is amazing and they gave relentless customer service and all went above and beyond to make me happy. Thank you JC and all the staff for making what is normally a stressful thing for me, a very pleasant comfortable experience. We will be customers for life!Donny and Stacy Seals

So I just got home from picking my car up from service. I didn t have an appointment and the woman that got me check in was nice and they did get my car taken care of pretty quickly with me being a no appointment drop off car. But, when I came back to pick it up nobody really went over paperwork, I was told a price and I told them I wanted to use my FordPass points (which was apparently a big inconvenience) then was handed my paperwork and told have a good day . Nobody went over what was done or what shape my car was in. I looked at my inspection sheet and I personally think it s odd my brake pads are halfway worn down at ~8700 miles. But whatever. Thankfully they set my tire pressure. But wait! I get home and check it. And after driving for 20 minutes my tire pressure is at the same pressure as when I dropped it off. And what they said they set it to is 3 lbs higher than what the door placard says. There is also no new sticker in my window for when I need to get service again. How do I know I actually got new oil and filter? They obviously didn t do my tires. So what else wasn t done? Is that why it was so quick in and out? Pretty bad experience in my book. The woman being nice when I checked in is the only reason it s not a 1 star. After 4 weeks without someone reaching out after leaving this review on here, Facebook and my survey from Ford, I ve changed the rating to one star.

Russell Barnett Ford of Tullahoma is a great family owned business. The team works hard to ensure their customers are satisfied with their purchase and service. I would recommend this company to others. I am a repeat customer and I plan to continue to purchase my vehicles from Russell Barnett Ford in Tullahoma.

I was having issues with my Ford truck as I was passing though. Several shops were either too backed up or not able to help but I was referred to Dee as she was able to get my truck in for the service and repairs needed. There is nothing worse then being on a trip and having auto issues. Thankfully they were able to get in taken care of an a reasonable time frame and we were able to get back on the road to our destination. I can tell you that living in a big city, no one would have helped us out like they did. Forever grateful!!!

Brought my brand new RV with a Ford chassis to this awful place. I had too get a coolant leak fixed. When I brought it there they told me it would just be a couple days. I called the next week and they said the parts were on a backorder and was told " we don't know when it will arrive." I waited 3 weeks and get this horrible message. This is a copy and paste from my text message. ---"Hello, I have good news and bad news this morning. The good news is I have all the parts to repair the coolant leak on your RV. The bad news is someone stole 9 catalytic convertors from vehicles on our lot over the weekend. Your vehicle included. I would advise to contact your insurance company, and also file a police report. After speaking with my owner he states we are not responsible for any damaged or stole property while vehicles are on our lot. So sorry. The cost to install a new catalytic convertor is $3,784.64 plus tax. I would have to order the convertor. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Thank you, Kayla @ Russell Barnett Ford." --- Can you imagine getting this message. They didn't even have the decency to call me. They refused to help whatsoever and didn t even file a police report for our vehicle. And too beat it all the catalytic converter is on a national back order, and it s not even being produced right now due to a labor shortage. I called my insurance and they said they should at the very least is to pay for the deductible. They also rejected that! Thankfully in Tennessee we are protected by a law called negligence of bailee. Whenever a dealership takes possession of your vehicle, they are responsible, even if signs are posted. We will tell our story everywhere. I advise anyone beware of this place. Anyone that would do this to someone is capable of so much more.
