We ve always had great service at Russell Barnett Ford in Tullahoma, so when a huge buzzard flew into our Edge one afternoon and damaged the hood significantly, we went to the collision Center for our estimate. Glenda was terrific on the phone setting up our estimate appointment and Andrew was wonderful as he assessed the damage and explained the process. The repair was completed in a couple of days and the folks in the back did an exceptional job! We are very pleased with the outcome and efficiency of all folks involved. I am so thankful that I took my SUV here to get it fixed where I was hit by a drunk driver. Everyone here was very helpful and kind. I didn't have major damage but enough damage and they fixed it back perfectly.

Professional service and excellent repair of a damaged part on my 2018 Ford Edge. They are easy to work with and very knowledgeable of repair procedures that restored my car to the original condition it was when purchased.

True professionals! They handled our repairs timely all while fixing a dig on a door that wasn t part of why they were working on the car. They made it a breeze dealing with insurance. I truly didn t have to do anything. Highly recommend!

Friendly service. I was having a broken door handle replaced. Work was done well. The new painted handle looks great and operates properly.

Tecnition caused transmission leak .And had too replace.Would not compensate $Or steep up and fix problem..Owner & service manager bullheaded never going back.
