Wow! Thank you so much for the excellent work on my old car! The car detailing service was so great!!! My car looks new and shinny!!! I won the spring has sprung photo contest and got a car detailing service as a prize. They really do an excellent job!

My car was rear-ended and we took it to Rodney's Body Shop for the repairs. They kept us informed of each step of the process. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The experience didn't feel like dealing with a regular body shop, it felt like they included in their shop family. We highly recommend this shop and we will spread the word to anyone that we can recommend them to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Extremely friendly staff and knowledgeable in the field. They took a lot of time to check out my Ford F150 to see what damages occurred in places where the eyes couldn't see, as well as what eyes could see on the outside. They will wait for all parts to come in before they start working on it, so it will get done all at once instead of keeping vehicle for weeks waiting. My truck is drivable, so I can use it instead of a rental for a few days versus weeks.

This was one of the worse places I have ever been. I took my vehicle here the first week of January 2023 to get an estimate for my car to be fix now it s the beginning of march and they would never even call me back or respond to me about the part that was ordered for my car after I contacted them numerous times! I would not recommend this place simply because the customer was horrible after waiting over 2 months they finally told me toGo somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim

Use these guys!!! Absolutely the best place to have bodywork done!!! My bumper looks amazing and in addition to the excellent bodywork they detailed my car inside and out! Totally an unexpected plus! Everyone is so nice and they send text messages to keep you updated on the progress of your car as its being repaired. They also will not keep your car until the part comes in if its drivable. my bumper was in within a week and they put it on same day as I brought it in. They also were able to have my car back to me before I had to go into work that afternoon. I am completely impressed with their customer service and will definitely do business with them again!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Rodney s is awesome. I ve have 5 cars and trucks in there shop in the last 2 years and they come out perfect. They were wonderful. Had to have large dent & scratches in hood fixed. Insurance claim. They were fast & professional. Let me know every step of the way where my car was in the process. I have had my car fixed by this body shop several time. Why I have no idea because every time I have something fixed I always have to bring it back to them to have it fixed yet again because they didn t do it right the first time. For example, I had to have my passenger side light fixture and bumper replaced because I side swiped my sisters car. A few days later I come to pick up my car and take a look and my bumper wasn t even popped all the way back into place it was Bulging out. I told them and they took it back over to the shop and popped it back in. A few days later after picking it up I realize the light that they replaced was extremely dull come to find out they put a used light fixture in and it wasn t any good. So I called them and they said they would replace it with a new one. Great! When I dropped my car off yet again for them to replace the used full light fixture I asked them if they would replace my fog light and turn signal on the drivers side because I hit a fox and knocked out the fog light and the bulb went out on the turn signal. Of course they said they would. Few days later I come and pick up my car and even before I pull out of the lot I check to make sure everything is working and of course they didn t even change my turn signal light bulb. I had to them again go back inside and ask them if they would change it before I left. Of course they did as I asked. Now just a few month later it s raining outside and I go to get in my car and look at the front of my car and the fog light that they replace that cost me over $200 is holding water! So now I m going to have to call them yet again and take time out of my extremely busy schedule to drop my car off for them to fix the fog light that I paid them to replace correctly the first time! Once they replace my fog light the right way I will never use this body shop ever again!

They did a fantastic job repairing our car.We picked it up and the only thing not done was a label (Caused by supplier delay),for the outside of our car.But called us when it came in and put it on for us.

Known Rodney for more than a decade. Seen his work, done work for him. Rodney is a 1st class person. He is honest and runs a very honorable business.

They never emailed or called me about the estimate for my car. I called and the woman said shed email it right out n still never got it and that was almost 2 weeks ago
