Was formerly going to Advance Auto parts for many of years but what happened today to me has changed who I do business with from now on. Advance will never see another penny from me ever again. O'Reilyl's earned my loyalty completely. Wonderful good and solid people to deal with.Advance has permanently lost my business forever as of today.

The Staff was great always looking to save the customer time and money how to change my writing due to no price match guarantee and for transmission fluid was higher than Walmart the comparison was Walmart 57 O'Reilly's price 79

O'Reilly's has always been a great place for me. It is very convenient and if they don't have what I need in stock they can always get it. The guys that wait on me are knowledgeable and polite. Today we have an issue. Evidently the manager is using the facilities to work on personal equipment. I heard a small engine running in the back. The store was filled with the smell of exhaust and raw gas. I know some allowances are made to employees and managers may take some liberties at times but if small engine mechanic services are going to be done it should be done in a well ventilated shop with the proper equipment. If I were the district mgr I would want to know that these things were being done and address the situation before this store gets a bad reputation.

Bought sandpaper to finish a job that wasn't done right in FL by Buffalo Bills Body Shop.Too busy laughing and joking with people on the phone. It's probably why he was evicted from the building!

Our truck battery had died and wouldn't start. We jumped it off and went to O'Reilly for a battery.Jeffery was the one to help us. He came out and checked the battery and yes it was bad. He then got us a new one and installed it. He also checked to make sure the starter was good.He was really friendly and nice.

My ordered part was lost in delivery and the young man called a local O'Reilly's and made sure a replacement was in route. 1 hour later he met me at the car with part in hand. All this was after showing me where and how to install it. I love this store!

Needed help with a slow leak in my tire and was in a time crunch. I wish I'd gotten his name, but a very nice employee filled my tire with fix a flat and aired up my tire and sent me on my way without even charging me. They have earned a customer for life.

Needed master re man brake cylinder for my van that they had on their website and as usual they had to order it but here's the kicker was gonna have to fill out special paperwork just to order it and on top of that they couldn't tell me when it would even be in..not happy

This store went above and beyond to help me! I pulled up in the pouring rain having just found my windshield wipers to be bad. I had my 9 month old in the car and didn t want to bring him out into the rain. After calling the store, they came right outside and put new wipers on for me and took my payment at the car window. The whole process took no longer than 5 minutes and I am so grateful for their understanding and willingness to assist me. Excellent customer service!!

O'Reilly's is my favorite auto parts store, period. I've shopped their in several cities and they always are helpful, knowledgeable and ready to lend a hand with a quick installation in the parking lot. They're just really good at what they do and as a veteran, I receive a small discount at the register too. If they don't have what you need, they'll have it the next day. Can't beat the service.

I needed to change the battery in my Honda car key. I didn t have any idea how to replace the battery. I went to O Reilly Auto Parts to get the battery. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. He got the right battery and showed me how to replace the battery.I also needed the help to find someone who can fix a broken fog light assembly on my Honda CRV. He directed me to right body shop and explained how to get the part from the wrecker.

Needed help with some parts that I bought at the Fayetteville store. The guy who took care of me in Fayetteville was not polite and didnt offer to help install. So I stopped by the Tullahoma location today to ask for help and they were phenomenal! Evan and David were super polite and helpful! David was the sweetest and installed my wipers for me with no hesitation. Tullahoma will be my go to store from now on!! Thanks guys!

I needed a new brake light for my 2010 vw passat and a young man named Kenneth went above and beyond to help me today. He even put the light in! I've been here numerous times and everyone is always friendly and eager to help. Any time I need a part for my car, I go here.

The workers at Orielly are always on top of what you need help finding! They don t beat around the bush or try to break your wallet. They are always super helpful, and I actually don t mind coming in here and having a friendly conversation about what I m working on that day.

Great friendly service! Very helpful! Was able to get a battery for $70 less than the competition and they installed it in my 2010 Chevy Traverse, when the competition said it was too time consuming. Thanks guys!

I came into the store to get some silicone sealer. I was the only person there, and there were 3 kids (looked like they were about 17 years old) sitting behind the counter eating hamburgers and talking about drag racing.I looked and looked. And walked over to the counter, and none of them even acknowledged I was there. They were too busy on their French fries and 48 oz Dr. Peppers to be bothered apparently.Luckily both Advance and AutoZone are in town and have helpful adults working there.

Willing to help. Knowledgeable customer service. Had an uncommon vehicle making locating the specific product difficult. Employee was above and beyond determined to help me. Then had a customer offer to help me replace. Much more than I expected as had just come from competitor who was not helpful at all. O'Reillys of Tullahoma was top notch!

The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. They don't always have what you need but definitely do their best to help you.Not always the cheapest but the quality is top notch.

A HUGE thank you to Spencer for changing out my headlight in a hurry while it started pouring raining outside! He knew what I needed despite me being car illiterate and got everything working great so I can drive home without getting pulled over!

Always helpful and easy to work with. They don't ask ridiculous questions like what engine do you have when you're buying wiper blades.
