On Friday we stopped by to look at the inventory on the lot. We were so pleased with Bruce and how he was very responsive to any questions. He was very forthcoming with all he knew about the vehicle we were looking at. He did not pressure us what so ever and was so understanding of our situation . We enjoyed doing business with him and would definitely do so again. I will say on the way home the truck we bought started idling rough my husband called Bruce and he said first thing Monday morning they would look into the problem . I brought the vehicle in and they found its code to be the o2 sensor. They replaced it at no cost to us . We are thankful for North Star Motors and would gladly shop there again . Go check them out they will not disappoint.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!! I was sold a vehicle that for all intents and purposes was perfect. Upon reading the Carfax report, no major issues were listed by North Star Motors. They had sold a car with a junkyard engine and was aware of it. Within 6 weeks of purchase the engine blew up and it has cost me over $7000 to have the engine replaced and numerous other repairs as a result. The salesman stated that if any "major work" needed done to bring it directly to them only. Since they didn't enter any of the service work they performed on the vehicle into Carfax or any any other database; the extended warranty that I purchased is null and void. The owner of the vehicle was on site when I was speaking to the salesman, they knew they were being unscrupulous at best. I have filed a complaint against them with BBB and will be seeking legal action against them as well. THINK TWICE before buying from them, they take advantage of people without batting an eye.

Great experience! Bruce was wonderful to work with. I am from Huntsville and everything was communicated very well and handled over the phone. I drove up and closed the deal and was in and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Was pleasantly surprised. Bruce was awesome, he guided us through every step of the process. They are willing to work with you to find a vehicle that fits your needs at a very reasonable price. We went to several places but none of them felt right until we stopped at Northstar motors. Very highly recommended

Very disappointed. Dad took me here in 2022 to get my first car. The guy said he replaced all of the stuff in the car and agreed to replace my windshield for free. Never replaced my windshield and it s only been 1.5 years and my transmission went out completely. Not worth it.

Great experience! we drive down to look at a car that i liked, test drove and wanted it right away, we were in and out, it took about 30 minutes before i had the car and drove off, they were all super friendly and wasn t pressuring us to buy anything, great experience, loved it!

Went here because we had found a car the we loved. We went and test drove it and we loved it and bought it right there. Bruce was amazing and extremely helpful and nice. He gave us a great deal an we love our car!! Whenever we want to buy another we are definitely going back here!!

This is the second car I've bought from them. They were great and even worked with us on price, no hesitation. I didn't have the cruze a month and it had oil in the antifreeze. Took it to a shop we knew and they thought it might be a blown head gasket & talk to the dealership. Really confused because that's something that should have been caught. Took it to Northstar and their mechanic looked at it. Timing belt cover leaked & not a headgasket issue. We knew we bought it AS IS. The owner said no problem and is fixing the issue. Since everything is being tore apart we asked how much to change the timing belt/waterpump. Basically routine maintenance. He gave us a crazy good price. My husband used to be a mechanic before switching careers. I am totally impressed with them! I had no issues with the salesman either. Shocked to say honest car lots do exist!

I took my daughter there to purchase a used vehicle. We were interested in a certain one and Joey mentioned to me that it had a couple of issues. (Which we would have not found out about until after driving it off the lot) I appreciated his honesty. We finally chose one and the whole experience from start-to-finish went smooth. We are very happy with our experience.

We have had a few issues with the car we purchased, but Mr. North has made sure to address all of our concerns. They have fixed our vehicle twice, and will be sending out a tow truck today to pick up the vehicle and do more repairs. None of this has been charged to us. I appreciate them fixing the issues with the car, as well as their patience and understanding. Sometimes issues cannot be foreseen ahead of time, but it does mean alot that they have been willing to make things right. They have repeatedly said they would not leave us without a vehicle & have stood behind their word.

First glance I m skeptical cause it s a smaller dealership with older vehicles. Who hasn t been bitten? But this was actually an awesome experience! The truck we got was very reasonably priced and is in excellent condition! They have an awesome selection with vehicles priced for any budget. I m confident to recommend this dealership to anyone!

Just purchased a 2008 Tahoe on 10/15/21 from them and it was the best experience I have ever had with any type of dealership. The guys there are not only friendly but very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend coming to them to purchase a vehicle.

I called ahead to confirm the car was still available. When I arrived, the car was pulled in front of the building waiting on me. There was no pressure to buy, and they provided a free carfax report which gave me piece of mind. Did not need to haggle. The price was good compared to other options. When I shop for my next car, i will return to their website.

In March 2019 I bought a 2009 Buick Enclave with only 107 thousand miles on it. They were very good at working with me. After purchasing the vehicle, I stopped to fill up with gas. It would not start so I called them. They came down and got it started for me. Every time I would get gas it wouldn t start unless I pushed on the accelerator. In June I broke down and had to have the vehicle towed to a mechanic, then to a dealership and then to North Stars mechanic. The timing chain broke. That is something they could not have known was going to happen. They worked with me on paying for the parts needed to fix my vehicle. I have had to call their mechanic a few times since, and he has been great. Thank you North Star!!

I wrote this review over two years ago and it only looks like whatever friends and family they have are giving them all the likes, also whatever the fat gut salesman is literally told me he didn't know what the dash light sensors meant.. in his words "they could mean anything" so if that tells you anything guys.Bought a vehicle from them that they claimed they looked it over and couldn't find anything wrong, the vehicle lasted 98 miles. He offers no warranties on purchases, so once it leaves the lot he is not responsible for it anymore.

This car lot gave me a lot of hassle regarding the issues with the vehicle (needed new tires, new headlights, struts, oil change, and a catalytic coverter)They told me the tires were new, that they would replace the headlights, and that they would change the pil. They said the engine light was something simple and they reset it..Fast forward a month later and the light came back on, turns out it is the catalytic converter.. .. so thanks!! Word of advice, take whatever car you plan to buy to murfreesboro and get emissions testing done. I will MEVER do business here again. All the hassle and lies was just NOT worth it to me. Yes, I got the car for a good price I guess (not really bc they sold it book value after lying to my husband about the cost) and they also said the vehicle had 115k miles... it had 157k

Drove from AL to TN to check out a Jeep we saw online. Definitely disappointed. More details could have been divulged online but that would have hurt their draw. I get it but not crazy about driving two hours to see a Jeep that was less than what I expected.

This place right here is really great they dont push you they are friendly and down to earth ...my daughter bought a 2011 Dodge Journey and the salesperson walked her threw everything and was really patient with her BC this was her first time buying a car from a dealership which I really appreciated ...if you decide to stop in to check it out you wont be sorry...

I bought a NISSAN CUBE from them not even a year ago, a week after I bought it they had to change the transmission. Well almost a year later the transmission is going out again and they won t contact me back.. I will never suggest anyone to go here!! So what I ve been told they just rigged the other transmission up.. awful people..
