I brought my boat here for an insurance claim after smashing my trolling motor. They had the info over to my adjuster same day. As soon as my adjuster confirmed they would cover the cost they got right on it and overnighted the trolling motor I wanted and had it on the next day. Sarah was very knowledgeable and friendly. I usually fix my boat issues myself but if an issue is ever outside of my wheelhouse I will be bringing my boat here for repairs.

The most honest mechanics and sales I've ever been to. they checked out my 1st boat for me told me all the issues and didn't charge me for it. I would recommend this place for everything to do it boating, I just brought in another boat I bought to have it gone through, they will make sure it's in good shape.

Very disappointed with my service repair. Have had my boat over a month and cant get a common coil pack. I called today and they did not even remember me. No follow up on parts status and no follow up with me. Very poor custom service. They still have my boat. They want $325 for me to come pick it up to take elsewhere. They got me good. Updated. Finally got a call my boat was ready. Paid my $600 bill and went out to get it . Wouldnt start because batteries were dead. Tired of fooling with them so just took my boat home. Boat did start up and ran after charging batteries. Someone thought it would be cute to play with my control leakage. Boat wont go into reverse it goes forward in reverse and very hard to get in foward. Only runs up to 2000rpms. Wasted over a month and $600 with this outfit. Someone used my console for a seat and its cracked all the way across. My down roggers clips are gone also. I dont know what all they did to my boat have not been able to take it out yet. Made a police report and filing a claim with Statefarm. Taking it to another repair shop to fix all the damage they did to my boat. I was very suspicious of all the iffy reviews on them. Should have listened to my instinct. I can tell you this review is real. Update. $600 coilpack they put in when out 1st trip out.

EXPENSIVE! Went in for a water pump for a mercruiser. was $32 with free shipping. they wanted $120+. its worth waiting 2 days or less for that kind of money. They was friendly and over the top to help me. But I already knew what part I needed etc. They had alot of items inside. but outside of an emergency IDK who would pay those kinds of prices.

Website says your "Open" on Monday. Drove there from Manchester, only to find out you are "Closed " Please correct your hours.

$60 to put just over a quart of oil in the lower unit. Wasn't happy. I'll never be back or recommend them to anyone.
