I am new to the area so when my starter went out on a parking lot I called c&t. He came put a starter in and I was on my way. In September I loaned my Tahoe put it was wrecked. On December 29 Chad came and got my Tahoe to fix. I paid him cash the next week he came and got more. Over 3 months and 2500 later I got my truck from a storage unit parking lot same tires still no front end no lights He had done I don t know what it is now at another shop you decide for yourself but be carefulServices: Tires, Body & Trim

I wouldn t even give him a 1 star review. He showed up at my house to repair my car and got half way through taking it apart and left due to there being a stripped bolt in a hard to reach area. He left saying that he would be back and never showed back up. Leaving my car in my driveway taken apart not being able to move it or nothing. I gave him multiple chances to make this right and to what he was hired to do but he ignored my texts and phones calls. It has been 3 weeks and still havnt heard anything.I will never be having him work on any of my vehicles again. - Do not and I repeat do not trust this man with your vehicleService: Auto engine diagnostic

Being a female, I typically hate having any automotive work done. After breaking down on the side of the road, these guys came to my rescue. Customer service was phenomenal. They made sure my car was fixed quick and at a reasonable price; didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need like most mechanics these days. Explained what was going on with my car at every step of the way. Most definitely earned a loyal customer, I won't be going anywhere else.

The dude told me he was coming to work on my truck and never showed up. He's NOT reliable.. he needs to LEARN ABOUT BUSINESS. AN DO WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO.. I called you 3 weeks ago. You told me you were coming back from vacation. You said you were coming to do the job and never showed up. Then I called yesterday, and you said you were still on vacation... then you had a dude to call me last night. He said he was going g to show up today. At one. But it's almost 3. haven't heard anything till now. But you say you take care of your customers. It really shows. Why do I have to lie about a review???

I really hate to leave this review but it s the only way I feel I can get the mechanic s attention. When I first contacted Chad, he came out, diagnosed my old Jeep Willy s and began working on it within a week or so. At first, he showed up, completed the tasks needed and things went well. As we got towards the end of the project, he would start things on the Jeep and not finish. I ve always paid him within hours of any cashapp request or text message that he was finished with a project. This past month, he is mostly unresponsive to my texts. If he does respond, it s only a word or two and no clarification on when he will return to finish. At this point the Jeep lights were started but unfinished, the brakes were started but unfinished and the Jeep that started a month ago, won t start. I purchased a turn signal kit for the Jeep. Chad attempted to install it, told me it was faulty, and gave it back to me. When it was returned, the wires were all melted and burned from an obvious electrical short. The company will not accept it on return because of the condition. My negative review is for an unfinished job, lack of communication and at this point there are still tools and things left at my house. I was very satisfied at first but the lack of communication or explanation as to what s going on, really isn t a way to do business. At this point, I would not recommend them to anyone.Services: Electrical, Brake service & repair

Hands down the best guy you can call to get the job done. He came out and changed my starter and wiring on my side by side and was done in a couple hours. Very professional and worth every penny. They did a great job at replacing my pinion seal and replacing rear diff. gasket. They were fast and very friendly!
