Have a chip in a windshield. I stopped to get a repair kit and just in general I asked the salesman if he thought they were worth it messing with. Yes and no and reasons why were discussed. I mentioned that I would eventually just replace the windshield. Mike the salesman called a place for me and got quotes on replacement. He wrote down the name, number and price they quoted. He did not have to do that for us, but he did. Above and beyond customer service here.

Jessica is a Rockstar. Have tried two sets of very expensive wipers from one of your competitors. They were very noisy. Came into your Tullahoma store, explained the problem to Jessica. She recommended a lower priced set made of a different material. Works like a champ. First time in months that we have had quiet wipers. Thanks Jessica!

Stopped in because my car was cranking slow, and it wouldn't restart when I turned it off. They were really busy, but an employee that was off the clock pitched in to help, so I didn't have to wait. They replaced the battery and had me back on the road in less than thirty minutes! They were really nice despite being so busy and the phone ringing non-stop.

I started work this morning. I deliver for instacart. All day, my car acted like it didn't want to start. I finally stopped here, and Jennifer came out and ran the test and discovered my battery was bad. She went in and started to do a price check, and Bryant started getting everything together to replace my battery. I paid and he went out and got started. Jennifer kept coming out to make sure we were OK out in the heat. Neither one of them complained about having to do it, and they both made sure everything was in place. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My month has been so hard, and I was on the verge of tears when I pulled up because I really couldn't afford anything, much less a new battery. They both had me smiling and feeling positive by the time the battery was in. Jennifer assured me my week would be better and told me to look on the bright side of things. That is what I did. I dried my tears and said your right it's already getting better. I had enough money with a little left and 2 people who went above and beyond for me when i felt defeated. The world needs more caring and empathetic people like Jennifer and Bryant. I hope they are appreciated and rewarded for being 2 awesome and caring individuals. If you live in Tullahoma, Tn. or pass through stop and see them, you will leave feeling like a better person and they will do all they can to make sure your taken care of.

My sister and I had a windshield wiper coming off and went in and a very nice man waited on us.He told us prices on windshield wiper blades. We were not sure which ones to purchase. He chose the mid range ones and got out in the rain and changed them for us. This is the type of customer service that people used to get but don't anymore. Highly recommend going to this place for any automotive parts.

I was at First Vision Bank when my Cadillac wouldn't start so I walked over to Advance Auto parts store and asked they could jump me off and they said yes. The man that jumped me off was Shane the Assistant manager he got my car started and also checked to see if the battery was bad and it was. I couldn't afford much to spend on one. But Shane fixed me up with a battery with a 3year warranty. He went beyond to help me and thank you Shane.

Had to buy a new battery for my car today so I went to this location.. the guy who sold me my battery was amazing. He was very friendly and helpful. He came out and installed it in my car for me. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and will for sure return in the future.

The young man graciously assited me in selecting the replacement wiper blade, and actually installed it for me. It soundrd like the other clerk passed gas while ringing up the sale. LOL

Great store. If it were closer to home it would be my goto place for automotive supplies. Also the small engine section is very convenient. Reasonable prices on most stuff as well.

I purchased multiple parts for two of my vehicles. The staff was very helpful and helped me obtain all products needed to do both jobs. The prices were less then other providers.

Wayne was very helpful from the moment I walked in. I needed wipers and he stopped what he was doing, looked up the size to double check me, and then put them on for me and disposed of my old ones. Very kind and very helpful.

They always have to order your part.You'll have better luck ordering your part off ebay or Amazon

I was looking for a battery cable for my vehicle and Dennis was amazing! He looked in the computer system there was a couple of options and took the time to take the options out to my car and see which one would be the right fit for my mustang. He was just very friendly and went well above and beyond what I have received from most auto places! Very recommended to use this store!Thanks Dennis and crew!

They had put my part aside for pick up and they were able to locate an auto mechanic nearby to help me get it installed that day!!! Big help as I was traveling from Texas!!!

I have always been an oriellys guy, but a few months ago, I got something from advance auto because they had it in stock and I needed it quick. I ve used them for a couple of things lately and have been pleased with them. On top of that, I ve been getting all kinds of rewards back. I recently put in an online order because they were on sale. Got the ATF in the mail, glance to make sure it was the right stuff. Emptied my fluid, went to open a bottle and it was engine oil. Though it s my fault for not checking every case in the large box, 2 out of the 3 cases were engine oil rather than ATF. My truck was down and didn t have time to ship it back and wait on the right stuff so I ran up to Tullahoma Advance. I got a hold of someone on the phone from online and he was absolutely useless and being very unreasonable. They send me the wrong stuff and he was wanting me to return the engine oil ($3 cheaper than the ATF) then pay the difference to get the correct ATF.....after I already paid for the correct product once. Wayne, at the Tullahoma store, talked to him where the guy continued to be very unreasonable and really not make any sense at all. Wayne let the representative know that he was was and that he would be taking care of the customer and do what should be done. Could have been a very frustrating experience after already being slightly frustrated, but he did what he could to take care of the situation. I will not be ordering from Advance online anymore, I will however, be shopping at Advance in Tullahoma from now on.

Not educated at all on parts or even basic vehicle repair knowledge.Very rude and not willing to interact or help customers.They have a high turn over rate, every day somebody has quit or been fired and a new guy is training... Though they don't really train them well.

Mario was great! I was looking for a part for my wife's car and was told at the other parts store in town that could only get it from the manufacturer. Mario found the part within a couple of minutes and it will be delivered tomorrow morning.

They have a great variety of tools, parts, accessories, and brands. The prices are a bit high compared to other auto part stores but the quality seems a bit better.
