I purchased a vehicle and In a year the whole engine went out I continued to pay payments while they tried to fix it after a month or so with no results he put me in something else which he started my payments over on. Within 4 months the alternator, starter, and battery went out which he fixed but charged me double to fix it with labor. Now the oil pump is gone and he s saying over 700 to fix this like y I gotta keep paying for stuff when I ve only had it 4/5 months like that s ridiculous then he tells me everytime I get it towed to him that it s basically used cars but dang that one In particular should not have been for sale with all those problems p.I guess it s just business to him but nobody has money to just keep giving him and then he s not understanding just made it seem like it was my fault and I gotta keep paying for something I can t drive. I was recommended to him but I wouldn t recommend him

Horrible service! Got my car in March, went for airbag light ended up getting transmission fluid put in, got home and transmission went completely out! I called and told him and he said it wasn't his mechanics fault and I would have to pay to get new transmission I didn't give anyone permission to put any fluid in my vehicle without consulting me first Lawsuit in full effect!UpdatedYour lying I have everything you said over the phone recorded, I didn't want to pay because I never gave permission for you to put or fix anything to the car, I came in for you to look at it and got halfway home and couldn't go above 30 mph but before that car was riding good until you took it upon yourself to put fluid in my transmission This is why I record everything nowadays its pitiful you know you are in the wrong but I want everyone to know this place is a scam, I also have researched more people you've done this to and now your saying it has no filter i will be collecting this statment as well you said no such thing when I left the your a joke! I recommend Jerry Ward complex great service and no run around there straight forward with you!
