Kind of disappointed. Not very helpful. Both staff members just kind of slouched around and did nothing to be helpful. Took my business to NAPA.

Have to order almost anything odd. But extra friendly and helpful. Always ask for Daniel for exceptional service and advice. He is VERY knowledgeable on everything.

The only of the big 3 here in my new town for some reason with a Napa down the street, it looks ao gloomy in NAPA i think ill pass. Anyways go in for an oil filter and 6 quarts for the RAM ans was greeted as soon as i was spotted. I like to lay low but no ninja skills tonight. I knew what i was looking for so he helped the next guy. Np getting supplies with sea foam and 40 ft of speaker wire. No thrills visit was going to grade C till i got to the register. Bam solid A. The blonde working at the register solid A. Friendly for the most part knew what she was doing. Attraction out tha roof. I think I need more speaker wire. From a c to an A. Good job vetting employees Big O. Keep it up.

WOW! I LOVE IT WHEN I RUN INTO ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONAL THAT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! I believe his name was Daniel counter #125 01/29/2020 5:34PM I purchased 2 pair of headlight bulbs and a freon tester. He did all he could in the cold rainy dark using only a flashlight. He was upbeat & humorous. He developed trust and loyalty from me immediately. Daniel is a valuable asset to your brand. He is a prime example of how employees should interact with customers. Thank you Daniel!

Excellent service and stand by their products. Saved me $100 on batteries for my diesel pickup truck. Price matched Walmart and I didn't have to drive 12 extra miles. The price match was suggested by the employee since I brought in 2 Walmart batteries.

The employees are so honest and helpful. That means a lot, considering I'm an older woman with no education when it comes to car upkeep. Special thanks to Daniel for his help in clearing up a battery problem. He went way out of his way to help, and it was his birthday!! Thanks, Daniel.
