Super nice, super knowledgeable people. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable before you go on your first ride. If you decide to buy a bike of your own, they work with you to make sure your bike is personalized just for you. They allowed us to ride at no charge to ensure we were comfortable and even gave us a loaner when my husband s bike order was weeks from delivery. If I could give them 10 stars it still wouldn t be enough. Thank you Kenny and Patrice for doing it right!

This couple provided us great customer service and friendliness that has yet to be beat! Their e-bikes which my girlfriend and I used to tour Cades Cove performed flawlessly, their instruction was superb for newbie e-bike users. We had such a great time touring Cades Cove and the E-bikes were definitely an asset. Super quiet and east to control. No problems with keeping up with auto traffic there, I used the brake as much as the accelerator! We will be back again to rent some bikes for us and our kids. The bike carrier rental optionmade this all possible. Thank you both. We had a fantastic

We had SO MUCH FUN! Scottsdale and his wife, Patrice couldn't have been better. They met us with the bikes at St Phillips Plaza and showed us how everything works. My friend from out of town and I are very out of shape and are 65 years old. These bikes made it possible to ride 22 miles!!!! And all over town. We stopped for lunch down town and rode back along the loop. We laughed, sang and talked the whole way because of the communication helmets. Also the prices were the the best in town. This bike ride changed my life!!!!! Thankyou Scottyand Patrice!!!

My first e-bike ride! I rented one to ride solo from Townsend to the Cades Cove loop and back. After 55 km/34 miles in over 3 hours I still had half my battery left. Bike came with a phone mount on the handlebars, left side mirror, back seat pouch with water bottle holder, U-lock, reflective vest for safety, and a helmet that connects to your phone (although I didn t need it). I m 5 2 and found the bike fairly light. Thomas and Patrice explained the e-bike features and were super gracious about letting me test it out before riding out to Cades cove. Had a blast!

Kenny and Patrice were great people to deal with. Cordial and knowledgeable about the area and their E bikes. They shared information about the Tucson Loop to enrich our experience. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

We have had the absolute best time!They owners are beyond nice, just absolutely amazing people!They made the process so easy & fun. The bikes are a BLAST to rent and ride around the mountains, sidewalks etc.The views are phenomenal, and the bikes were so smooth.I have already rented twice within the same week!I will definitely be back :)

My husband and I came to visit Tennessee for the first time and we really wanted to ride e-bikes. Although we didn t make a reservation, Kenny made sure he had 2 bikes for us. No problem. We had such a great time and Kenny is the nicest! We ll be seeing you again in Tucson in January. Can t wait to ride the trails there. Thanks Kenny!!

These are the NICEST people!!! It was a wonderful experience! We were just wanting to ride bikes on a whim without a reservation and they went above and beyond to fit us in. My family had a great time and made some core memories that we will treasure. Stop and take the time to ride a bike, I promise you won t regret it! I ll always recommend this place and we will be back every time we are in the area!

Kenny and Patrice were amazing!!! They provided top notch service! Their electric bikes were comfortable, the battery lasted all day and could have kept going(our trip was 35-40 miles) and helmets with talking microphones were a must. Definitely would recommend using Kenny and Patrice to help you see a new side of Tucson!

My friend and I rented e-bikes from Scotty Bike and rode The Loop in Tucson. Patrice helped get us set up on our bikes, paired our Bluetooth helmets so we could chat as we rode, and suggested a great coffee shop for lunch. I d highly recommend enjoying an e-bike rental from Scotty Bike!

Recently rented three e-bikes from Kenny and Patrice to ride Cades Cove! Highly recommend renting from Scotty Bike. We called late in the day and Kenny and Patrice had three recharged and ready for us before they closed. The bikes were well equipped with locks, truck rack, and wireless helmets that had a mesh two radio system. The helmets made the trip so much better!! We received training and all the info we needed to have an awesome ride! Thanks Kenny and Patrice for all you did to make our first e-bike adventure great. It won t be our last!!!

The owners are great people to work with and the bikes were perfect for multiple rounds around Cades Cove in the Smokey Mountains. Wonderful experience! One piece of advice... their bike racks require a receptacle on the back of your vehicle. So, if you don't have that prepare accordingly.

Fun! Fun! Fun! What a great experience I had rented four bikes for my sisters and brothers. We had a blast. The bikes are so easy to handle. The helmets had communication in them so we could talk during our ride. Patrice and Ken were awesome they explained everything about how to operate the bikes and adjusted our seats for us. Safety is there number one concern. I guarantee you will have so much fun renting these bikes. Fun! Fun! Fun!

We're so glad we chose to rent�e-bikes through�Kenny and Patrice at Scotty Bike in Townsend for our ride at Cades Cove. Exceptional customer service and high-quality bikes made the process seamless and enjoyable. It was our first experience with e-bikes and they patiently answered our questions while explaining the bike's features, making sure they were adjusted to our individual heights, and ensuring we were comfortable with the bikes before our adventure began.The quality of the bikes was so evident, many people stopped us throughout the day to inquire where we had gotten the bikes. The connected helmets were an unexpected surprise and our group enjoyed being able to easily converse throughout the ride. We highly recommend Scotty Bikes and will use them again on our next TN trip and suggest you do the same. Thank you Kenny and Patrice of Scotty Bike for a memorable experience!

Me and my husband had so much fun on these bikes! These things go fast and it s the only way to truly enjoy the area. No troubles at all and ken and Patrice where truly a joy to meet! We recently rented two e-bikes for a ride through Cades Cove. We decided to ride directly from the bike shop, which turned out to be a great experience. There is a nice trail to use through Townsend and then the ride with cars up to Cades Cove has a 35mph speed limit. The bikes were like new and came with radio communication helmets. We would definitely rent here again, great customer service, too!!

Fantastic experience! Patrice and Kenny were terrific to rent from - they were so friendly, accommodating and great at communicating. The e-bikes were fun and easy to use. We loved the communication helmets so we could talk to each other while riding! We had a blast riding about 40 miles on the Tucson Loop. I would highly recommend renting from Scotty Bike!

We were fortunate to find Scotty s E bike rentals in Tucson. Customer service was far above any expectations. Bikes were comfortable for both my wife and I, and we were impressed. The fact that we could try out before renting was especially beneficial is my wife is a little on the shorter side. Thank you again, Kenny and Patrice!

Kenny and Patrice are 100% focused on their customers. They are flexible and make sure you enjoy your experience. My wife and I rented ebikes for the day when on vacation in Townsend. We went into Cades Cove on a Wednesday when the Cove loop is off limits to autos. We rented their hitch and brought the ebikes into the park to bike the loop. It's a great way to see Cades Cove. Had lots of people there remark about the bikes. The AWESOME helmets they provide allow wireless communication with your partner which may be the best part of the entire experience. Will do this again the next time we're in Townsend. Thanks Kenny and Patrice!

Scotty s Bikes are such a great business- highly recommend. The owners are unbelievably nice and will drive high end electric bikes to your doorstep with everything included and you can rent them for the entire day! The best part are the two way radio helmets that let you communicate the whole bike ride so you can carry on conversations as you enjoy a scenic ride through town. I ve done it twice in the last week and can t wait for the next time. Such a blast and strongly suggest you call them up soon!

Kenny went above and beyond in helping our family have a fantastic adventure day on the loop! Bikes were wonderful and he has lots of great information on trails. He dropped us off in one location and picked us up at the end of the day in another such tremendous service! Highly recommend!!
