This is a great place for tire repair and purchasing new ones. They do a great job and they re very quick. Highly recommended. I just had a flat and they repaired me in about 45 minutes.

Had 1 pm appointment. Vehicle went back 1:50 pm. (I was informed there would be a thirty minute delay) which was actually 50 minutes. Two of the new tires were missing the black caps. Wheels had the blue lubricant all over them -no clean off at all. I wish I would have taken pictures prior to cleaning them off.

Porter tore got me in and out for my oil change and tire rotation. I am very pleased with the service. It feels great to be able to put your trust in someone with your car. Joe was very helpful and took good care of me. The guy that worked in my suv did a great job too.

This is my 2nd visit within 2 years for brakes and tires. They are so professional, caring, and courteous. The prices/fees are competitive and service is excellent!. I would highly recommend the Porter Tire in Talbott!! Thank you Caleb and Joe!!

Took our Silverado in for a tire rotation and break inspection. The employees were fast friendly and informative. The rotation and inspection was completed within 30 minutes from start to finish. Porters has been servicing our tire and mechanical needs for over a decade. Great local hometown service and way more reasonable than the car dealer service center.

I had to use Porters while traveling from TN to VA. They did an excellent & quick job replacing my tire & I thought it was a good price. Hope never to be stranded on I81 again, but would definitely use them in the future.

I came to Porter's Tire to get the tires on my dually rotated. The experience at first was not a great one. They did not listen to the instructions to just move the wheels. This created other issues with my rims. However, after months of being in contact with them atleast weekly this business made it all perfect. They truly took care or my family and I. Absolutely superior customer support and care. This is a professional environment that truly cares about their customers.

Went in to have my tires balanced and rotated under my purchased plan agreement. I think the young man s name was (Caleb) but reguardless, he was so very accommodating and helpful beyond just a routine visit. He let me know the condition of each tire and brake shoes and removed rust from my threads that had formed from my center caps not being there. When I told him my 20 year-old car had lost the center caps at a previous visit by them being broken when tires had been installed, he even offered to help replace them if I still had them and would bring them in! He really seemed to enjoy his job and went beyond normal customer service! Thanks so much as customer service is a lost art nowadays!

Dropped my tire off to have a nail removed and plugged. Savannah, the young lady at the desk was extremely professional and friendly and went above and beyond taking the tire out of my car and making sure it was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend !!!

We have purchased tires from Porter Tire since 2008. Their quality and service is unmatched. They found a screw in the drivers side front tire on our traverse. They removed the screw, repaired the tire, did a rotation and we were on our way. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and quality product.

The best place to shop for tires and more. Need oil change, come to Porters. Quick, and reasonable price.. The atmosphere is great. You feel welcome when you enter the door and will feel welcomed back when you leave.

I ve waited on my review because I wanted to see if they truly ment what they said to me when I got my tires for my son , They broke studs on two tires and they fixed them of course no charge to me , understand this is because they were the last ones to mount them I was there for a rotation. They also noticed the two front tires wore down way to fast and this was addressed by Brent who agreed they compensated with a discount on two new tires extremely reasonable.

Had a slow leak in a front tire. In 30 minutes the tire was plugged and the tires rotated. Porter tire is a family owned business that stands by their name and reputation.

Second time taking have work done on two different vehicles, top notch. Joe was excellent with assisting to reschedule appointment due to family conflicts.Update .went back a couple years later with another vehicle and still got stellar service and price. I definitely will keep using them!

They checked my car for a trip. I felt confident that my vehicle had been check thoroughly and was ready to get me to my destination.Again, I got an oil change, tire rotation, had a problem fixed before a trip. They go above and beyond to make sure my car is in tip top shape. Their prices are reasonable and everyone is pleasant. I would recommend them for all of their services!

I have always purchased my tires for Porter tires in Talbot. Friendly honest staff. I purchased 4 Yokohama tires on a Wednesday and made an appointment for the following Wednesday for a front end alignment. That was the day my tires came in. When I got to the shop the tires were there and I waited on them to install and do the alignment. I did not know that if you purchased four tires they would do an alignment check for free. So my cars alignment was not out and I did not have to pay for it. I thought that was just great. Save me a few bucks. My wait time was about an hour. I did not think that was too bad. My appointment was at 11:00. I showed up at 10:40 a.m. and was out the door by 11:40. Great people. Great place. I highly recommend this Porter tire company.
