Our Sales Person was Fidel Valencia at the Sweetwater location. He was the greatest and didn t bullcrap us when it came to the vehicle(s) we were looking at. He gave us his honest opinion whether it would make him a sell or not! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to see Fidel at the Sweetwater location for him to help you get in a vehicle you ll love. Chad is the man! We needed a larger suv and he had what we needed. We went from a 2019 Ford Escape to 2019 Toyota 4runner. Supper friendly and reasonable negotiation! Not once were we pressured. Go see Chad and let him hook you up with what you need!

Highly recommend! I went to the Sweetwater location to check out the inventory. Tyler was my salesman. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He spend time going over what I wanted and needed. Everyone I encountered was absolutely great! They even stayed late to make sure I got my car today. Awesome group of people. And I am in love with my new Jeep! Thank you Tyler for all your hard work!

I went to look for a new car that I would love. Although it didn't work out in my favor due to certain circumstances, Tyler A. was very helpful with the entire process and made it so easy! I highly recommend Volunteer auto if you are looking for a new ride. They are all very helpful and super nice, but Tyler did an awesome job helping me out! I came in with my head down and a few questions not expecting anyone to help me let along take any time with me based upon past experiences with car salesman. I did ask to speak with Tyler Abernathy based off of social media post that I had seen from a friend and he stepped right in, got to work him and the team did everything that they could to not only help me get into a car but to make me feel like we have been friends or family. The best service by far. Thank you for making a nervous situation feel like an everyday task just easy and simple.

Seth was amazing they went above and beyond to get us a car the reason why I gave 4 stars was they don't come through on there promise if you refer someone I refer someone in they said the would pay my first car payment in they didn't my friend refer me in she didn't get her bonus either that's the only issue I have

LIARS! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! We were told we were being given a great deal and then scammed. The paperwork is VERY misleading, so we did not notice when we signed.I bought a Honda Pilot from them 3 weeks ago. They told my husband and I they were giving us enough on our trade-in to pay off the current loan on our Prius ($8300). They specifically said they couldn t come down on the price of the Pilot (even though it was worth significantly less than the sticker price) because they were giving us such a great deal on the Prius trade-in. This is the only reason we accepted the deal because the MSRP on the Pilot was less than what they were selling it to us for.A couple weeks later, I am looking back at the paperwork and realize that something didn t add up. While it looked as if they were giving us the full amount on our Prius ($8300), they actually rolled it to our new loan and only gave us $2500 trade-in allowance which is far less than the Prius is worth. They basically stole $5800 from us while making us think we were getting a good deal. When we spoke with the manager about this, of course he gives the generic answer that there s nothing he can do. RUN!!! RUN FAR!!!
