I was visiting Sweetwater Tennessee for the camaro rally and had a file punch my rear tire. New tire was replaced quickly. Felt very welcomed without getting ripped off . Very courteous and friendly people at the business

Did an alignment on my S10 V8 with headers in the way ..they had to spend extra time on it but didn't charge me extra. Top notch people, great customer service. Truck drives good.Thanks Ty.5/11/2022 Got a set of Falcon tires on my other truck... Great tires Great deal !

my daughters tire blew out on her way back to cleveland today. She was hysterical and upset as it had scared her quiet a bit. I told her to call around to local tire shops while I was on my way from Knoxville to rescue the child. Ty s wife had talked to her and calmed her down. When I got to her I could tell she must have really made an impression because Holly had completely calmed down and was ready to go visit them. These folks went so far over and above for us. Ty even came changed the tire for us. He checked her oil and everything. They treated us like family friends not just customers. In a time where good customer service is nearly unheard of these folks gave impeccable customer service! They are the nicest, helpful, humble folks. Just GOOD PEOPLE, which is so rare anymore. The prices were very reasonable as well. The facility was extremely nice and well kept. They even had snacks stocked up, and it was over all just a comfy atmosphere. What they didn t know is that my dad had recently passed away, and I have always called him any time we had any car issues. This was my first time truly dealing with this stuff w out dads great advice or just moral support in directing me what to do. I was so nervous and stressed out and they turned it into a pleasurable situation (as pleasurable as it can be being stuck lol). This kindness is just the essence of their being. This is just who they are as humans. But you never know how much that kindness can mean to someone else. Today it was on the scale of HUGE! This is long but I really wanted to acknowledge these folks for how wonderful they are. We will be customers for life even if it is quiet a bit further from home. If you are looking for honest, good local people to do business with look no further! I would give them all the stars in the sky if it were possible! Thank you to Ty & his lovely wife for taking such great care of us today!

Super store owner. Helped my friend find the correct AmsOil for his Ford Transit. Very friendly and helpful. Cool antiques display at the counter.

Really amazing place! We blew a tire on the way to Chattanooga and they weren't open (Sunday) but he came in anyways and even managed to find the right tire with someone else and brought it to his shop for us. Absolutely amazing service, the interior is cozy and has snacks, and quick service! Highly, highly recommend!

Well I lost the first post somehow. But in short and sweet fashion I must recognize exceptional service when I encounter it. Long story short my son blewout sunday evening somewhere between Chattanooga &Knoxville on his way back to college. One of my greatest . No one had his tire within 50mile radius. And then everybody closed and he was stranded hours from home & nowhere near his school. Early Mon we started calling everyone and either it was 2-5day shipping or they wanted an arm & leg for the tire.Frantic and running out of options I called Tys Tires. Tamara with an unbelievable calmness quickly settled my nerves and found a match for us.She went above and beyond knowing my baby was stranded. She ordered the tires sent a technician so I didn't have to pay for another tow. Addressed all of mine my husband's concerns without flinching.She never seemed worried even though I was quickly falling apart and about to drive several hundred miles to get to my son.In case you are wondering Ty's Tires is definitely one of the sweetest things in Sweetwater TN. I can't thank yall enough. Oh give Tamara a raise.!!!! She clearly understood the assignment

R I P Tyrone . .I went to school with Tyrone but I also go out there cuz he and his wife and workers are some of the nicest ppl you will ever meet......I will continue to do business with them great work not too expensive.....All around great place and great work!!

If you want your automobile repaired, need new tires, or just an oil change Tys is the place to go. The service is top notch and the prices are more than reasonable. A family owned business that treats its customers like family.

Ty is amazing! He helped me when no one else would. I was stranded about 15 minutes from him on the interstate. He came and out my donut on and I followed him back where he got me a new tire and check al my others. I was back in the the road within an hour of talking to him from start to finish. I highly recommend this guy!!! Everyone is nice helpful. It was also very reasonable priced. If I m ever in the area and need anything I d call him first next time.

We had a trier go bad on us while we where trying to get home. They took great care of us I d recommend them to anyone in need of any of the services that they provide. The owner should be extremely proud of his team he has. It takes a great group of employees to make a business successful. I believe they have that here. Came highly recommended by a friend. Had the opportunity to use their service today. Even though a mistake was made, the owners attitude prompted me to leave this review. His defensive attitude was terrible and did not help. the situation. Won't be back.

The service work was amazing , and would love to leave 5 stars. Only one issueI dropped my car off with $4 worth of quarters. When I picked it up, it had $2.50 worth of quarter. I hate to leave bad reviews. But I don't like when someone STEALS money from me. Regardless If it was only $1.50 . The Quarters was my vending machine money I use at work

Being from out of town I was in a tough spot when I felt my brakes start to grind. I came in at 8 and was out by 930! Everyone was very nice and professional. If I didn t live 6 hours away I would be back here for any other vehicle needs! Can t thank you guys enough!

Took my volvo in there shop they had my car a week foray engine misfire. Had to tow it to a dealer in Knoxville. Dealer said they left things unplugged couldn't get it to run. Dealer replaced park plugs and all coil packs. And put back together everything that Ty's Tire Shop unplugged. Car runs great. They should of had it done in a day instead I was out my car for 2 weeks. Tys service is incompetentOne day I get a call my car is done the next morning I get a call and have to have it towed 50 miles to a dealer at my expense. Plus I owed them like 500 bucks for what they took my car apart then told me I had to takeit somewhere else. The worst part is I drove it to Ty's then had to tow it off the lot.

Traveling from Biloxi to Morgantown, WV. Picked up large rod in tire, immediately took next exit luckily Ty's shop was there. Ty and his guy's provided instant service and had me back on my trip within 30 minutes. Great people giving outstanding service. Thanks so much!!

absolutely outstanding service!!! unexpected break issues and just happened to be passing through, they had us done within an hour and price was so great for an unplanned disaster! so warm and welcoming , we live 8 hours away and if that wasn t the case would send all we know here!!!

The best Tire & Auto repair shop in town! The owners are super nice and offer superior Customer Service! I go there for oil changing, tire rotation, & break replacement. Highly recommend this excellent business.

This is a great place! We had a blowout on the interstate and came here. It was Memorial Day, but they were open till noon. They didn't have the tire we needed in stock but Ty's wife was very sweet and called around. Ended up having to order one which arrived the next morning. They put it on right away for us and got us back on the road ASAP.Very good service and fair price. If we lived there I would use them all the time!

Excellent service my husband and I had to have brake pads put on our truck. And were from out of town. Ty told us if we came back at 8 a. M he would get us in & out. And he did cleanest shop I have ever been in & Ty's whole crew was just as great as he was. Thank you Ty & crew you were amazing.

Friendly, honest, and a great experience. Every one here was very nice and wanted to make sure everything is done right. They stand behind their work and were a pleasure to work with. Will definetly be back and highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here if you want the comfort of knowing it's done right the first time.

I took my 2011 Jeep wrangler in on November 9th for a front end alignment I had a 10 a.m appointment having to leave it there due to the shop putting a walk-in in my appointment spot . I was quoted a price of around $85 for the work. Yesterday the 15th my wife called the shop to find out why the Jeep was not ready . The shop reassuring her the Jeep would be ready and close to what price i was quoted .Today the 16th of November I call I'm fully aware it will cost a little more than what i was quoted due to needing camber bolts Napa & Advance auto both having them for around $40 . I go to pick up the Jeep after calling and being told they did'nt know what the bill amount is . I pick up my Jeep and they tell me my bill for my front end alignment is $ 424.43 . 7 days and $339.43 over quoted price . Bad experience all around !!!

I was traveling from out of state, needed a service done at the last minute right before they closed. They have a great group of people. They were willing to stay over and help me out to ensure I was back on the road safe!!!

Had a tire blow on the interstate. After getting my van towed to their location, they were quick and efficient in getting the tire replaced and me back on the road. I wish they were local to me so I could use them all the time

Friendly service. Contacted Firestone and walmart for tires we needed. Fire stone was 2 1/2 wks and Walmart couldn't give us an ETA. Ty's was able to get them within two days. We were charged the amount quoted.

My check engine light came on and my car immediately started making a terrible noise, shaking when I applied the brakes and driving bad. I took my car in that morning and by noon they knew the issues going on with my car. When Ty told me what I needed to fix my car, he gave me many options from a lower to higher price range, as well as, a price that fit my budget. What impressed me the most was how detailed and patient they were. Ty and his whole team are intentional about getting the job done in an efficient and timely manner. I will definitely be back!

These guys ( and gals ) are amazing. I have never gotten such kind and helpful service in my life. I was stranded 2 hours away from home and not only did they stay LATE to help me, they got me in early and got me out and home before dinner. The car was in pretty poor shape when I brought it in and drove better than it has in the past 13 years when I left.I would give 10 stars if I could.Thanks again yall , I got home safely thanks to your wonderful technicians.Ben is a straight master of the art.

Avoid at all costs! Took a week to get my vehicle in. Then the mechanic didn t show up. Then they called and said I didn t have the right parts at 4:50 the day the truck was supposed to be done by noon. Drove up there and the parts were correct. Then they failed to do the job correctly. Drove a mile down the road where I paid the Ford dealer $130 to fix their mistake. Now Ty refuses to reimburse me for his mistake. Do yourself a favor, find an ethical, reputable place with good mechanics.
