I'm leaving my initial review below, since Ashley was great to work with, and I do love my trailer, but I've been trying to contact someone at corporate (since March...and it's now the end of May and I've had no response to my 4 emails) to help me with reimbursement for some trailer issues that were problems on the trailer before I purchased it. I was told everything was working fine, I signed all the paperwork with Joe Powell on a Sat in Jan. I pulled out of the lot and noticed that my brakes said OL and didn't seem to be working. I called Joe and he said he didn't know what OL meant and I didn't either. He said I could come back Mon, but I was just in town for the weekend from Nashville and had a horse with me so wasn't able to come to the shop the following Mon. The following day, someone behind me told me that my blinkers were backwards. When I turned my left blinker on in my truck, my right blinker would turn on on the trailer and vice versa. He told me that his maintenance guy would call me on Mon and also said that even though it was a used trailer everything should've been working when they sold it to me, so they'd make it right. I spoke to Mike and told him all that happened and he said I needed to speak to Ashley since she sold me the trailer online. I took the trailer to my local, trailer repair guy, who is just 1 guy so it took him awhile to be able to look at my trailer. I finally got a quote from him saying that the wires were crossed and backwards and I sent the quote to Ashley. I was told by Ashley that Joe no longer worked for the company and the trailer was sold as-is so they can't cover anything. She told me I could send another complaint to Michele at corporate, so I did and have yet to hear back from her after over 3 months of emailing her. I completely understand if something was to break AFTER I purchased the trailer that I'd be responsible, but these items were broken before. On top of all of this, I am pregnant and had to pull this trailer through the mountains and back to Nashville with no brakes.*************************************************************************Ashley was wonderful to work with! I needed a little push to buy a new, smaller trailer and when she contacted me with a drop in the price of one I had been looking at I knew that was the push I needed so I said ok, let's do this!! Will definitely be recommending Shadow Trailer World to all my horsey friends. Thanks for all your help Ashley!

Couldn't be any happier with out new trailer! Ashley was awesome at communicating with both my husband and me the whole time and made the whole process easy. Joe was the best at getting through all the paperwork and set up with our new trailer! Will be recommending them to any one needing a new trailer!

Shadow Trailers is no more! New owners are currently in the process of remodeling and rejuvenating this building and SOON.... McKeever RV & Marine will have a NEW and SPACIOUS parts store AND several servicing bays for anything RV and Marine ( currently located at 451 New Hwy 68 in Sweetwater, just 1 exit down.) McKeever RV and Marine is the ONLY choice when it comes to your leisure and sometimes, even your life style! They plan to continue servicing customers who need parts or service for horse trailer as well! They recognize the need in this small town and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and informed, whether you're purchasing a brand new 5th wheel or just stopping by to sneak a peak at this fast growing, up and coming, business right here in Sweetwater, TN! If you haven't been on the lot yet, hours are Monday- Saturday 9am- 6pm and closed on Sundays to worship and spend time with families.

Very very disappointing service. Sales and service. We took our LQ trailer there twice for service and it sat for 7 weeks the first time and 6 weeks the second time for basic repairs. We were not notified and had to reach out both times to inquire about its status. The second time they admitted they promised it in 2 weeks but had never even looked at it or started repairs.On sales side, purchased a trailer and paid cash. The title was to be mailed in a few days. Never got title and called a few times, each time it was oh sorry I ll get it sent. After 5 weeks ended up having to drive there to get title and upon arrival they hadn t started the paperwork.This started under Sundowner of TN and continued after switching hands to Shadow Trailer World.

After checking out a friend's Shadow I decided to get one for my daughter. After a few phone calls and texts with Ashley in Florida I was on my way to pick up my new trailer. Ashley was excellent to work with and Joe in Tennessee is a national treasure.

Joe and Ken are top notch... They gave us a fair price and great customer service. They waited on us after hours to pick up our new trailer...easy location right off I 40 Exit 360. Thanks

Good staff - tried to help us with a part issue on an older off brand trailer. Also appreciated being able to check out the nice inventory of new trailers to check out.

Jackass place ..... If someone calls and asks (do you take motorcycles as a trade in )and that person on the phone says( yes )...then when you get there ... the boss says no we don't do that ....you need to train your people better especially when it's an office of 2.... couldn't just turn your head and ask the boss right then instead of giving me wrong information making me drive down there and then piss me off and make me leave.... horrible place to do business ...
