Traded our truck in on this newer lariat ranger. I called ahead to let them know we were coming. They had the truck ready for us to test drive. They worked with us on making a deal, stayed after hours to get it all worked out. Great people to work with! We re very happy with our new truck! Thanks Shauz and Mr Brown for all your help!

The guys at this service go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I had a blow out flat on the highway and the gentlemen at this Auto Center quickly and efficiently put on a new tire and got me out of there in time so that I could make an urgent event. Thank you guys and yes I did well and set a state record for my age and weight class!

They were absolutely amazing. I was frantically driving around Sweetwater trying to find somewhere to get an oil changed done because I needed to go out of town and my oil was way overdue and luckily they were able to fit me in at the last minute. The gentleman and there were also kind and not only did they do my oil change, but they rotated my tires which was included in the service and also my brake light was out and they ran to the auto parts store to get my brake light for me and replace that and they completed the services within 30 minutes. It was perfect and they are just so kind there highly recommend them.

If I could have given them 0 stars I would have done so. Oil changes is the only thing I believe they should be doing. Under no circumstances should you get tires from them. If you encounter an issue, be assured that the manager will simply blow you off. He says he will call you back. That's a bald face lie. They don't help wirh any issues. I realize that losing my business means nothing to them but I felt the need to hopefully warn off anyone who reads this message.Services: Tires, Oil change

Purchased a new Ford truck online.We got it taken care of quick. I was honest with them on the trade and they did what they said they would do. No surprises. They are 550 miles from me and would not hesitate to do business with them again. Would recommend Shauz to everyone

Had a tire fail while travelling and pulled into Sweetwater to look for a service garage. First place I stopped said "we close in an hour, can't help you". My wife called quick lane and they asked 0 questions and said bring it in we will get you back on the road. Great service, fair price. Highly recommend.

I started looking for a new truck 4 days ago. My wife bought her car with Shauz a few years ago, so we asked if he could help us find something for me. We told him what I was looking for and he found me a truck that was WAY better than I was even looking for. It has features I didn t even know I wanted until I drove it. The best part was the price was in the range we were looking for. Shauz had me drive a few different trucks to make sure I had what I wanted, didn t rush me at all. Once I had decided he picked a good one the first time we started working through the tangle of $$$. I was waiting for a check to cover my down payment but the the awesome crew at Jacky Jones made sure to keep my truck off the listings for. While so I could get everything lined up. Truck was cleaned, serviced and filled with gas (which is a big deal nowadays). He helped me switch over all my gear and everything was painless as buying a car can be. Can t thank Shauz and the crew at Jacky Jones enough!!! 100% happy with truck and buying experience! My tire pressure was off, and they got them balanced. They refused payment or even a tip. They were very kind and helpful. I will definitely go there if I have any car problems.

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. I had gotten several oil changes there (10 plus) over the years. My 1998 corolla was running great until the last oil change and tire rotation in early February. After the last change...almost immediately I noticed problems. I took it back, and let him know what happened. They checked it out, and now all of a sudden I have a bad wheel bearing (which Michael at the front desk joked about me winding up in a ditch if they didn't get fixed), a cracked radiator, and an engine gasket leaking oil. I was quoted over $900 to fix my car I need for work. Oh, plus another oil change, since they'll have to drain the oil. I definitely will not be heading back

Was recently in the area on an extended vacation from home, and found my truck throwing error codes and then the check engine light with reduced power. I was able to stop at the Quick Lane and they immediately scanned my truck, offered the error codes and gave me confidence enough that it was not a critical issue but rather one to be dealt with when we got home. All for no charge, and without any waiting.I really appreciate your time and assistance on this day. They advertise their oil change and tire rotation for $60. However whenever you take in your vehicle, it magically becomes considerably more, at $130 for that service. I'd give one star for that, but they were fairly quick so I'll atleast give them 2 for their quickness. I'll not be returning.

Always nice when I come for my oil change . Sometimes a long wait because it's first come first served. But that's ok. My life isn't in that much of a hurry.

We have used them twice now to change the oil in our car over all good Service wife had it changed last week and today I noticed the hood popped up on one corner raised the hood and some one forgot to put the oil cap back on .not happy about that

I put a lot of miles on Vehicles Iran afford F450 and it is diesel. I put 15000 miles a month Yes 15000 miles.on and every time I come home. This is where I have it service.

We live in Atlanta and under the circumstances, new and even used car inventory s are virtually non existent. We found the truck we were looking for at Jacky Jones in Sweetwater TN. Called and spoke to Kathleen Lisa. I never thought I d have to drive 3 hours to find a truck, but I m so glad that I did. The majority of the sale was over the phone and Kathleen made the process seamless and pleasurable. We felt like we had made a new friend by the time we left (unheard of in your big box stores). This dealership was like a family, and they were welcoming and professional from start to finish. It was really a pleasure working with Kathleen and a dealership with such integrity. We look forward to our next scenic drive through the mountains to Jacky Jones Ford to purchase another vehicle in the future.Thanks again

Great counter support and usually very quick with The Works. However, just like with other quick oil change places, I question if the guys doing the work have been trained. My tires always come back over filled and the fluids are topped off leaving both out of spec. The fluids have minimum and maximum marks so it should be obvious when to add, so why add more fluids if already within that range? But they do. Same with tires, how hard is it to look on the inside door frame for the correct air pressure? So, even though this is a Ford service center, expect no better results than you would get from any other quick lube place that hires teenagers and doesn't train them properly. I can pay a lot less elsewhere for similar poor quality.Service: Oil change

I was told to replace my tires, the sales person suggested Hancook tires.The tires were purchased three years ago, with a seventy mile warranty. The tires have thirty three thousand miles and are shot.I cannot get anyone to give me an answer. I am leaving for Texas with my two grandsons this Thursday. Basically had the tires rotated and balanced Only to find out when I get on the interstate days later truck was shaking to death at 70 miles an hour. Long story short carried it back two times for them to finally tell me it must be my tires and wheels that I replaced about 5000 miles earlier somewhere else of course why I mentioned new tires and wheels I have no idea ! Got my truck back yesterday from Jerry Duncan Ford over in Herriman needed some other work done ask him to balance the tires, never drove better thanks JERRY DUNCAN !!
