We had the best experience working with Kathleen on the purchase of our new vehicle. I had been searching across the country for a specific vehicle make and color, one I had truly fallen in love with! When I first inquired, Kathleen was friendly, down to earth, and took her time to talk to me. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle out of my local area and she made the process seamless and smooth. I never once felt like she was just being a pushy car salesperson. The car was delivered on Wednesday and I am so happy with my purchase! If you are hesitant to purchase a vehicle online, don t be. I m now driving my dream car! I will never be able to thank Carla and Austin enough for all the help they have given me. I had spoken to Austin a few times over the phone about different vehicles and he was professional and so helpful! Because of him, I was against going to any other dealership. This was really an exceptional car buying experience and I ve told a lot of people about it. Not only did they have the exact truck I wanted at a great price, but Mandi and Caren made the purchasing experience really smooth. The whole thing was handled by email, Mandi was super responsive to all of my questions and even helped arrange a smooth and timely delivery (I m out of state). No high pressure sales tactics, no having to wait at the dealership for hours, no surprise fees. A+ experience.

I can't say enough about how well we were treated at Jacky Jones! Carla and Bill worked with us and helped us to find just the right vehicle. The trade process was easy, and the paperwork was seamless and efficient. We have traded with this dealership in the past and have found none to beat the pleasant attitude of those who work there. Bill is a long-time family friend, and Carla has become a new friend of our family. We consider ourselves fortunate to have a local dealership that knows us when we walk in the door. I returned a leased car and ended up buying a 2024 Edge. With the sales help of Bill Miller and Terry Mills, Caren in Finance, and Stanley in technical support, everything went quickly and smoothly. I couldn t have asked for a better experience with the recent purchase of my 2024 Superduty. Lori Boles took great care of me from ordering my truck to taking delivery of it. I reached out to Jacky Jones to inquire about an F-150 Platinum that I found there through the nationwide search on the Ford website. I called and spoke with Mandi Devine and unfortunately that vehicle had just sold. I explained to her what I was looking for and that it had not been easy to find. She went UP AND ABOVE what I would reasonably expect from anyone to help me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. In terms of communication, expertise, fairness on my trade-in, pricing, and the entire process beyond the delivery of my truck she exceeded my expectations and made this a wonderful experience for me. I am not local but this is where I will do business moving forward. Jacky Jones Ford, as well as their staff, are great to deal with. This was our first time buying remotely- the vehicle we really wanted never seemed to pop-up locally so we started searching online in other towns. There were several options nationally but after contacting various dealerships it was pretty clear where we wanted to buy from. Kathleen at Jacky Jones was very easy to work with and, unlike some of the sales associates at other companies, she genuinely cared. Overall the process was much simpler than I expected and she made sure to take care of any concerns we had along the way. I can t say enough good things about the experience and our sales associate, Kathleen!

I absolutely love my new Ford Bronco Sport!!! Carla Jones Walker was an absolute doll and was very thorough with our transaction of trading in my prior vehicle and fully understood what my intentions were. Best used car buying experience I ve ever had. Austin was as polite and helpful as he could be. Everything about the deal was top notch. I can t even complain about the price of the car, since it was 4k below what Carfax said it should be. The used BMW is absolutely awesome.I recommend Austin if you are looking for a car. By far the best buying experience ever. My salesperson Shauz was extremely friendly and helpful, I never felt pressured to buy and the finance process was seamless. All the paperwork was done via E-sign ahead of time so when I drove several hours to pick up my truck, I was in and out driving away in my truck within 15 minutes. I couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience!

We ve bought several cars from here and will continue to do so as long as their doors are open. As a matter of fact they are the only ford dealer I will ever deal with. They are not pushy, they don t try to sell you unwanted products or warranties, and they don t pencil whip the paper as some might say. They treat you like family and with the upmost respect which is saying a lot for a big car dealership! We always deal with Ray Simpson and he always delivers a great deal. I d been waiting for months to get into a new truck for the right deal and had given up. Ray remembered and called me out of the blue as of 2 days ago and told me he had the truck he thought I d love. I was hesitant at first because I thought we wouldn t be able to work a solid good deal but out of respect for Ray I give it a shot and he delivered yet again! Ray your a God send for sure and my family and I thank you so much! And Mike Brown thank you for being an upstanding man that respects the customers decision on extra products/warranties without making one feel horrible. (Others dealers have done this). It s always a pleasure getting to speak with you and we re glad your finally back! We will continue to pray for continued healing with you bud! Jacky Jones Ford you have a amazing team of individuals who care about their customers and that means something. Definitely recommend Shauz! Super friendly guy and helpful with the whole process! He didn t pressure me into doing anything I wasn t comfortable with and explained everything thoroughly to make sure I knew exactly what was going on!
