Don and his crew are awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. I had an issue with the back axle of my semi truck... Or so I thought. Within an hour they were able to assess that I just had the wrong size tire on one setting. They got me out in record timing and provided a few laughs along the way! Highly recommended!

If I could give 10 stars I would. We were in our RV, it started shaking while driving, we pulled off on first exit and stopped in to see if they could help us in any way. They checked all drive shaft, ujoints, tie rods, you name it. Found out it was tire belts that were bad. He happened to have 2 tires there that belonged to someone else..bc it was 5pm on a Saturday night, he put them on our RV and even checked our spare. He was so kind and so helpful. Could have just said no, we are closed and left us hanging.worked very hard for us!!!

I had a tire blowout on I -75 at 7pm on a Saturday and this place was open to help me out. Don got me back on the road in no time! Wonderful friendly service!!

To say these guys are a God send is not good enough. I am a Registered nurse and was travelling between Knoxville and Cleveland TN for training. My tire sensor came on and kept dropping. I got off I 75 at exit 60 and turned down a side road. I was stopped waiting on my husband who was an hour away from me. Being a female, broke down on the side of the road would make anyone nervous. Within a few minutes 2 nice gentlemen stopped and offered help to no avail, tire was blown out and unrepairable. Then Ulvade, one of the mechanics came and started helping. I drive a GT mustang and have unusual tire size. he jacked the car up, took the tire off and called his boss. Within 45 minutes a tire had been picked up at a warehouse and they had it on within. minutes. I cannot say enough good things about both of them.. Truly Angels on this earth. Great shop! Was traveling through town and our RV AC belt broke and we were stranded. In a rush to find a good mechanic and these guys were above amazing! They worked all day to find the parts we needed to get us back on the road. It s hard to find a good honest mechanic and this is one of them! 10/10 would recommend

I Work for a moving company. Our truck broke down at a gas station and wouldn t start. They sent someone out to help in the morning. Tried to jump me and it didn t work. Turned out the truck wasn t all the way in park because the shifter cable is loose. He started it. I get that business is business but to charge me $250 for 15 minutes of work and refuse to take my card and make me pull out cash was not cool. Also didn t discuss any sort of pricing before he did anything. Just seemed a little sketchy. Would not recommend.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My son and I were on our way to Florida from Kentucky. Our car started over heating as soon as we got into TN. We stopped and got some coolant. We noticed it was leaking. I called my husband and he found Don on-line and called him. He told us to come right over. He could not find a coolant leak, and spent 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong. He figured out it was the transmission fluid. He was so thorough, and VERY reasonable. He is also HILARIOUS and such a nice man. He showed my son how to continue to check the fluid on our trip And even took our phone number so he could check on us later. I HIGHLY recommend Don and his crew. I wish I lived closer so I could bring all my car repairs to him. Thank you Don. It was such a stressful situation and we left feeling so much better!!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Don is a life saver! We broke down while traveling on I-75 in our RV. it was 9:30 pm. Good Sam Roadside Assistance gave us Don's number and he arrived within minutes of our calling him. He immediately set us at ease. The repair could not be done on site (coolant system failure), so with his help we got the RV to his shop where he worked on it immediately the next day. He was very busy but still prioritized our repair. He was extremely knowledgeable and completed our repair in excellent fashion, in spite of incorrect information provided by the RV manufacturer! Not only did he fix our main problem, but he took care of some small items as well. He is competent, experienced and professional, and he has an entertaining personality to boot. I highly recommend Don and his crew.

I cannot express how grateful I am to this business! They saved my husband and I from being stranded on the side of I-75 all night. Don and his team went far above and beyond to help two strangers in the middle of the night with a blown out tire and no ability to get a tow because my husband is in a wheelchair. Guardian Angels exist in the form of people like Don and his team.Service: Tires

After having a flat tire on the way to the beach in Florida, Don and his team went above and beyond to save the day. We had our 1 year old and dog starting to lose it after a 5 hours in the car. He first offered to find a replacement used tire and even was helping us call new tire replacement companies. Ultimately Don was able to patch the tire which was a godsend. I was absolutely astounded by the service we received and felt that we were treated not like strangers but long standing customers or even family. Don called the next morning to make sure we made it to the hotel safely which was about 4 hours way from his location. We spent the rest of trip to the beach singing Don and his team s praises.Service: Tires

I can t thank enough Don and Ubaldo, first they saved me from getting towed, second they fixed the issue I had, despite few other truck repair places couldn t figure it out. Price wise reasonable. Great hospitality too while waiting, gave me a ride to grab food. Thank you very much Don and Ubaldo.

I am not from the area, I have a 1993 peterbilt which one of my injection lines broke while I was in this state for work. I didn't know the area well and just looked for a service place through google maps and fell across this spot. When I brought my truck here the professionalism and service was amazing. The owner Don was beyond helpful and nice, it felt like I was being treated like family even though it was my first time coming here. Also compared to other places I've been that "pretend" to know what their doing and charge you an arm and a leg he charged a very reasonable price for very amazing work. I would highly recommend this spot and if I am ever in the area again I would go there again.

I can t thank Don and his team enough.At 8:30 p.m. on a hot July evening in 2020 I blew a tire on interstate 75 that went through my side-wall. I was able to exit and quickly saw a side road and happened upon Mr. Don Benavides shop.He and his mechanics were still working and without hesitation helped me and my kids get back on the road within 30 minutes.I had 3 hours to go before I would make it home and Don s team went into their storehouse and found a suitable tire to get me home without having to use the dummy spare (rated at 50 mph).Let me be clear. They not only found me a tire, they put it on my 2018 Pilot and had me back on the road in 30 minutes; and did it all at no charge. Why? Because he could.My kids and I will talk about this for years to come and thank Don and his team for being there for the family.I know they specialize in truck repairs but his mechanics said they ll fix just about anything.This night, they specialized in grace and kindness and we can t thank them enough.If you re reading this - pass it on that kindness, caring, compassion, doesn t always come from your wallet, it comes from these small random acts of kindness.

One of the best mechanics I have ever met and a very pleasant person. TA and Petro couldn't find a problem. Dan found the problem within 5 minutes of arriving. In 2 hours my truck was back on the road. The following day, Dan called me to make sure that my tuck made it home safely. If you ever need help in Knoxville area, would definitely recommend giving this shop a call.

I-75 Truck repair has been awesome! The delivery truck for my business broke down literally in their driveway. Don and his crew were very helpful in not only helping me diagnose this issue but helped me find the person who could help me the fastest because he was covered up during these holidays! Honest, hardworking guys. Highly recommend.

Wish we could give Don and his staff 10 stars. We noticed the outside mirror was falling off our RV. We pulled over to investigate and it wasn t good. We were actually almost directly in front of the repair shop. Gave Don a call and he said he would take a look at it. He and his crew dropped what they were doing and immediately tried to come up with a solution. After Don made 2 trips to the parts store and some creative thinking, the mirror was back on and solid as a rock. Very fair price for the repair and I can tell you that he was more concerned for doing a great job and helping us out than making money off of travelers just passing through. I can t say enough good things about this business and Don. We will be forever grateful for this positive experience.

This is by far one of the best mobile services out there! They were so kind and helpful, they were fast working, and had very reasonable prices. I was stranded on the interstate at night on the weekend, and they showed right up. Thank you guys!

Don is truly unbelievable he is very quick and reliable and he is always looking out for the customers $$$$ he wants to do the job right and he will make sure you do not pay more than you should. I take my trucks and cars to him and I know he is looking out for me! Took my land rover to him and he saved me thousands over what land rover was trying to charge me for leaking fuel injectors that weren't leaking just a faulty Electrode is all it was. I cannot say enough about the work he does.

Don...we made it back home! Words can not express the grateful ness I have for taking our call (which no one else did), expediting our towing, and fixing our wheel bearings. You are a blessing to Sweetwater, TN and those that EVER come across your path in life! You returned a call that brought tears to my eyes in the events we experienced through Hurricane Ian and our travels back home. Don is truly a saint! There is still good people in this world! A complete genuine man that respects people and their well being.I was scared and getting pretty hopeless while broken down on I-75N. It was late, dark and no one else would help!!! Until that one phone call changed my night and maybe my life. He came out as soon as he could and fixed everything on sight! I can not say enough about the quality of this man and his business! I d recommend over and over!

What can spoil Christmas? Breaking down halfway on a 22 hour trip to visit Grandma and Grandpa. What can save Christmas? A kind hearted, sincere and honest man with the ability and tools to get us back on the road.Did I mention it was Sunday afternoon? Did I mention it was the day before Christmas Eve? Did I mention I had four young kids in the car with me?Don located the part and had it shipped from Knoxville, fixed our van, and had us on our way the same day. His rates were very reasonable. He also called twice after we left just to make sure we were still doing well.For fixing our van, treating my kids so well, taking time away from your family, and otherwise saving our Christmas, I thank you Don.

My husband and I had a/c compressor issues yesterday. Just by chance we got off at the right exit because Don and his crew got us back on the road with a new a/c compressor for our 2003 Allegro bus. Thank you so much for the great service, friendliness and courtesy. I would rate the experience with 6 stars if I could!!

Don ("TheDon" is what we like to call him) took care of us and made us feel like family!!We were traveling back to VA and our jeep started to over heat...while pulling over the steering wheel also locked up... Don came out diagnosed the problem and the next morning...picked us up, took us to his shop and repaired the jeep in about 2 hours!!Don treated us like family and we will FOREVER be grateful!! We were 7 hours away from home ...knew nothing about where we were or how we were gonna get home. To say Don and his team took the stress away was an UNDERSTATEMENT!!Don our family truly appreciates u ,your kindness and your professionalism!!Yall need to check this place out GREAT PRICES and GREAT SERVICE!! I really can t thank the owner and his employees for what they did today my truck needed a jump start and the owner him self and his employee came right away and started my truck for me and as there were finishing the job i asked the owner how much do i owe you he said Nothing i was like seriously he said yes you do not owe me anything and merry Christmas thanx god we still have good peoples with good hearts out there god bless you sir and your family , if you guys are in the area and needs road services call them they re very good peoples

Great people!! I had a blowout tire And put a used tire for a great price better than loves or Pilot they wanted to charge me $635 for a brand new tire that s not even including labor.. I recommend this place they also do mechanic work and Don that s the guy you want to talk to thanks Don you save my day!!!! And money too!!!!

To start this off I did what any young entrepreneur would do and spent money to grow and ended up buying a lowboy trailer from a Florida auction that wasn't road worthy. I found this out when the transport company hit Tennessee and the trailer was put out of service. I scrambled to find a towing service and a place to make the repairs. I had made the decision to go down to tennesee and replace 6 sets of brakes and 12 tires in a parking lot with a crew of guys from Michigan. After a few people backed out on the trip I called Don to get a price on swapping the tires for me. Don offered his services and due to the nature of this trailer ordeal was was hesitant to trust anyone else due to the previous month and a half of nightmares. Don talked me into dropping the trailer off and allowed me to bring the drums, shoes and tires that I already had in michigan for this trailer that were for the most part non returnable. I got down the tennesee and had Don my lowboy by Thursday afternoon. My state trip permits were only good until Saturday night to get back into Michigan and I explained that I would love to have it ready to go Saturday morning, knowing fully we'll in my head that it would be damn near impossible due to the extent of the repairs. I planned on staying until it was done, hoping for a miracle.I tell you what, Don and his crew KILLED IT!!!!! They pulled every hub off, inspected bearings, installed new seals, inspected S-cams and bushings, new shoes, drums, changed the tires, even had to do some extensive suspension repairs and fabricating work. They had that trailer ready to go by 7 am Saturday morning. The repairs were excellent, dons communication and attitude was excellent, the price was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about these guys. The experience at the I75 Tire, truck and trailer repair shop was by far the best experience I had ever had at ANY shape PERIOD. I can't thank them enough and I will be back down to bring Don and his crew some brisket!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

On our way from Smokey s to Florida and had dual rear wheel blow out. Don and Aldo got there quickly and had us on the road fast at a fair price! On a Sunday! 10/10 would recommend
