The entire tire/automotive crew was fantastic in helping me in the bind I was in. Thank you all that helped this Disabled Veteran out in a pinch. My thanks for what you have done I feel isn't enough but I hope you all see this again thank you.

I had to get car key and the ladies where wonderful. Plus did some other shopping was i was warned.

I only buy my Chaffaye for my goats here since they are the only place that sells it in our area. Used to shop here a lot but liked it better when it was the CO-OP. Not as farm oriented as it used to be. Employees are great. Especially Joel in the livestock feed department. Wish they carried more stuff that I use.

Not very happy with the service I received. I rented the horse trailer yesterday. Now the customer service I received yesterday was absolutely horrible. The guy that was sent out to help hook it up couldn t even back me up to the trailer. He literally would tell me to stop, roll his eyes, walk up to the window and tell me to move 6 inches this way and that way. When he finally got me lined up to it we hooked it up. I wasn t aware it had a 7 pin light hook up. I have a four pin on my truck but I did have an adapter for the 7 pin. So we proceeded with hooking the lights up. The trailer itself didn t have tail lights. Which to me wasn t a big deal cause it was early morning and I only needed it for a couple of hours. He proceeded to tell me that it was ridiculous and that I should ve been ready to go before I rented the trailer. He also continued on with the lines that he shouldn t rent this to me, and that my 1 ton truck wasn t good enough to pull their trailer. I pushed on through the comments with silence and requested the help of a technician there that i was familiar with. Then came more hateful comments about how I was wasting their time, mind you I already paid for this trailer, and that it was completely useless because the problem was my truck. Which I proved and the technician also with a test light that my truck was most definitely NOT the problem. But it still wasn t good enough. They made me unhook from the trailer so they could hook another truck up to it to make sure it wasn t my truck causing the problem. I know, very unprofessional. But hey it was the store managers call. After my truck was finally cleared of being the problem I was clear to re hook. Which more nasty comments came from this! He decided to make fun of my backing skills and told the tech to help guide me in because I m horrible at it. To my pleasure and the complete and utter dumbfounded look on this guys face when the technician backed me right up to the trailer without once having me pull up to re position my truck was priceless. Mind you this technician has backed me up to trailers before as well as I have him so we understand the proper ways of lining someone up to a trailer with little to know aggravations involved. I was finally cleared to leave after spending an hour and a half listening to a know it all, full of himself guy degrading me, my truck, and my abilities. He had absolutely no business out there trying to direct anyone up to a trailer and absolutely know idea what he was talking about. And if you, you know who you are, read this I hope you know that in that hour and a half you made me fill like I was no taller than an inch. You should be ashamed of yourself for being that rude to anyone. Your their to help not hurt someone. you obviously have no business working in customer service. No matter your problems or frustrations, you never take it out on customers when you where a company logo on your shirt. It s not about you when your at work. It s about the company and the image you give the company. To the technician, you are absolutely amazing. Thank you for being helpful even when it wasn t your job to do so. I really appreciate the help, kindness and professionalism I received from you. The other employee should take note on how to deal with customers from you.This isn t something I ve had to deal with concerning the co-op before. Everyone I ve ever delt with was always kind and professional. That s the only reason I m leaving a review on this experience I had. I left names out to avoid anyone getting in trouble. Maybe the guy was having a bad day, that s no excuse, but it s a possibility.

Everyone is always very helpful. Joel gave me curbside service so I could limit being exposed to other people. I am immunosuppressed because of a transplant. Very glad to have a place to get my supplies that takes care of me.

This store use to be the place to go when you needed hardware and you always were asked if they could help you. The last 4 times I went in not 1 person that works here even acknowledged me and when I asked for help they have no clue. Store must have changed hands for the simple fact is customer service is gone

If you own a Farm or a Ranch AgCentral has all your bases covered from taking care of livestock to mending your fence line. The staff is very friendly and will go out of there way to get you fixed up with what ever your needs are. Need service work on you car or truck? They have you covered .Stop in and Check them out you wont be Sorry.

Will not be supporting them anymore. Sign says they price match. Big lie... went to rural king to buy milk replacement powder and they were out of stock. 12.99 at rural king. Co-op had it but 19.99 for same brand and size. Refused to price match unless I had printed out paper from rural king. Pulled up online and wasn't good enough.

Stopped at several tire shops trying to get my zero turn tire tube replaced. AgCentral Tire Pros in Sweetwater TN was the only one that had a tube replacement. Fair prices. Speedy service. Friendly staff.

Two stars, kinda low isn't it? You'll find out why if you manage to get through the the first part. It's OK as far as the hardware part is concerned. They have the standard paint stuff, tool stuff, nuts and bolts, screws, plumbing stuff, electrical stuff, etc, etc, ect. Being a city boy I like wandering around the farming stuff, kinda neat I think. What I didn't like was the prices. A bit on the high side. For example, I needed a special faucet for the house. I found it at the store but didn't like the price. I was able to find the exact same item, same manufacturer and size at a mobile home parts store for ten dollars less.I've given two stars mainly because of the car care center. They do all the basic jobs there, tires, oil changes, aliments. I have taken a company vehicle there a few times for service, mainly oil and tire work. This is the part where I must say BEWARE. Every time the oil was changed it was overfilled by as much as an inch passed the full mark. Now everyone knows too much oil can cause too much pressure in the engine which could lead to some expensive repairs. Also they always fill the anti-freeze overflow tank right to the top. That in itself isn't earth shaking, but it does leave an unsightly puddle under the vehicle for a couple days while the system adjusts itself. This last time they also filled the power steering to the very top. Any shade tree machanic knows there is a dip sick with a hot and cold mark. Neither mark is anywhere near the top. Again, too much pressure, expensive repair. I'll leave it to you to take your vehicle wherever you want for service, however, as for me, I'll keep changing my own oil, thanks.

Called to ask about tire prices, I am young and I don't know eveything there is to know about cars. The guy was very rude to me and made me feel stupid for asking simple questions. He only replied to my sincere questions with sarcastic retorts. This place could seriously use a lesson in customer service. After reading all these horrible reviews and then experiencing first hand how awful this made me feel, I'm suprised anyone goes here. Will certainly take my business elsewhere. A**holes.

This place always does a great job with the best customer service. Manager, Michael Willis, is top notch and the best in the area with wheels and tires. Highly recommended.

Had them put tires on my 2500 truck, tires rated at 65lb. max they filled to 100lb. blew out a valve stem while I was pulling my camper up Alcoa highway. Took back later they put new stems in and didn't charge anything. Should not have happened.

I am very happy with the service I recieved the other day. After having a very unpleseant experience with the Athens Tire Pros I decided to called this Sweetwater location Wednesday morning to have tires ordered because they were ones I knew they did not keep in stock. I was told they would be delivered that night to call back in the morning to schedule my appt to have them put on. Called about 8:15 Thursday morning scheduled my appt for 9:15, they had me in and out in an hour. Both gentlemen I dealt with were awesome! I will definitely be back here when its time for tires on our other truck.

They carry high-quality Purina poultry products that aren't stocked at Rural King and at prices that beat Tractor Supply.

Customer service is horrible...bald guy with glasses and goatee is a total jerk and needs to be fired! I will be going to rural king from now on

very poor service and lazy employees,,took a vehicle to have 4 tires put on and a line up said it be 4 hrs and they were doing nothing at the time the manager is very hate full and needs to be replaced very poor buisness in my opinion
