They may be a little pricey but, if they don't have what you want while there they can definitely get it the next morning (depending on the time of day, they can get same day delivery) it's well worth it too!! You wouldn't want to go to the scrap yard to find what your looking or find one used from someone because then it a 50/50 chance that'll work or not!! Plus with advance auto parts, whatever part you get you'll get anywhere from a yr to a lifetime warranty!!

Great store -employees are super nice-one gentlemen actually opened a bottle of fuel injection treatment for me because I couldn't open it.

Went in for a hose for an old 64 Ford tractor. Was surprised the guy went in back for a minute and had it in his hand. Very Happy with service and speed of my little expedition into town.

Frank is an absolute gem. Wow!! Give this guy a raise!!! We were stranded in our RV that we just bought, and luckily were able to limp over to the auto parts store where he works. He helped us diagnose and fix the problem with parts and cleaners we bought at the store there. Got us back on the road with minimal hassle. He s friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to excellent customer service. This level of service is rare these days. We are so grateful he was put in our path. Happy travels!

The purpose of my visit was to drop off a package through UPS because Advance Auto Parts is a package drop off location for UPS. It was quick and easy and only took maybe 2 minutes. Staff was nice and helpful.

Selling 16 oz Freon for 29.99 a can wouldn t price match 1/4 mile away at a farm store not auto store bought 134a Freon for 7.49 a can the employee didn t even want to hear about it and said go there then very unprofessional and rude

When you wake up unable to start your vehicle it's just a hassle. The guys at Advanced not only helped check the charge on my battery but helped to install a new one as well. All while my husband was getting new brake pads as well.

A 4 hour trip in a storm. Needed to replace windshield wipers. Before I paid one of the sweet employees changed them w/out me even asking! 10 stars!

I m here on vacation working on property we bought for retirement. Went out to get in the truck and the batteries were dead (diesel has two) so I called AAA they jump started the truck and as soon as we took the cables off it died, sign of dead cells. So I called local Advanced Auto Parts and asked if they could deliver batteries to my hotel? Instead they picked me up took me to store and then took me back to my truck and installed the batteries. Amazing staff and service! Thank you for all your help, I m back on the road again.

Waiting for some transmission fluid asked worker if they offered help with putting in the fluid by policy they don't help with transmission fluid but cashier was nice enough to walk me through the process on my own vehicle advance Auto parts is very clean they take good care of their stores and through the online website offer good deals for in-store pickup in online delivery

I ordered a part and was told it would be in at 2pm. I went to store at 330pm. Was told it wont be there till 415 PM. I went back at 530pm and was told the 4 o'clock truck didn't run and part would be in at 8am the next day. I called at 845am and was told that it would be here at 11am today. We'll see how that turns out. There will be more to come at 11am I'm sure. Till then, well???????

Prices can be good with sales and loyalty BUT make sure you dbl ck your order if you order online and pick it up at the store. They mixed up my motor oil order. If my husband had not noticed and used it anyway, it would have prob locked my motor.

Well ordered a part on the 4 of this month and was told be there in a 10 days well it's been over 3 weeks and still no part how long does it take to get a part or just my money back.Need better people skills.

Yesterday (A SUNDAY) our family was in the middle of a long drive home and suddenly had steam rolling out of the hood. We stopped at Advance Auto in Sweetwater and found our heros. Curtis stepped up, called friends in to help us not only figure out our problem, but then had the part we needed. They saved us while at the same time were crazy-busy with other customers. Our family was so impressed with the support and kindness of Curtis and his team.

Went into Advance Auto Parts in Sweetwater, TN looking for a fuse for my car (Volkswagen) The guy behind the counter suggested I "take my car to a dealer for the fuse change." Ridiculous.I went and got my owners manual out of the car, looked it up and went back into the store. Asked the same man where the fuses were located, he mumbled something about the auto dealer. I ignored that and asked again where the fuses were located in the store. This employee never even came out from behind the counter to help me, just pointed in a general direction. Long story short, I fixed my own problem without a lazy male employee's help. Don't underestimate a determined woman.

They will help you diagnose any problem with your car. Also free battery installation.Loan you tools while there. Free mode reading's. Also let you work on your car in parking lot. Has every and any part you need for any car or SUV any make and model
