Went there to get two lawn mower tires fixed and they got right to work fixing them. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Far pricing on the work they performed and was on my way in under 20 minutes. Will return for furniture tires and service.

I have been a repeat customer and have bought tires from these guys. Recently I had a tires to be mounted on a wheel and was charged 25.00 to mount. Price gouging regular customers I will no longer need their services.

Highly recommend. They plugged a tire in 5 minutes for $10. Go here for tire repair and avoid places like Firestone, Discount tires etc. A+

Today I went for something simple and they act like they couldn t take my service. All I needed was my tire plugged and they re just sitting in the building with no customers lol

I got there to get a tire 45 min before they were suppose to close and they weren't trying to let me get a tire because they were closing before they were suppose to. I even asked if they would just put my rim on the new tire and ill put it on myself they wouldn't even do that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

Was not happy with the dismount said 35 on phone. Got there it was 50 for two tires dismounted. Sad day's we're living in.

My husband just came through and they claim not to sell used tires and could visibly see the tire is on the rim and would not change it to the donut for him. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Very rude bunch of people at this shop.i was intending on buying 4 new Michelin tires after that experience I changed my mind....this place really lacks customer service....do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this shop....

I drive on Briley Parkway daily for my work commute. This week, my tires kept going flat on my way to work; three times in total.In fairness, I thought maybe it was the weather or just one of my tires was the issue. No !!!! One of my tires was completely bald, one had nails in it, one had the wiring exposed, and the fourth had a bolt fully lodged into my tires. They showed me my tires !! I was definitely not driving safe for myself or others with my old tires.I called and asked if they could help me get new tires for my car. Came in yesterday morning and didn't have to wait long ! They have a cute little shop cat named Miss Kitty who will snuggle you, so that's a plus. They're very reasonably priced and family owned. They're here in the community and I love seeing the community support them in return !!!Another lady came in while I waited, she wanted a used tire but they only had new. They told her a new one was $100 and she was thrilled ! Her car was similar to mine and she chatted with me. I think in total she waited 40 minutes.Phenomenal work, pricing, and family owned business. After the pandemic and the world needing some love, this place deserves the love and support they return to the community !!!!!!! :)

Brought a used tire and I believe they didn't attend to the Sensor that's in my tires cause I still have a Low pressure alarm.

Great place and honest work and definitely doesn t over charge. Went this morning to see if he could rebalance my tires that someone else put on and charged me 400 to do and he said he could and he gave me a great price to fix the balance on them cause they were all out of balance and he did a great job. Highly recommend

Nice enough folks. However be sure you ask for a total before work begins. I was charged $220 to dismount 8 tires, mount and balance 4 tires and move wheel sensors. I had the same work done there 6 months ago and was only charged $80. Not sure why the increase. At these prices you might as well go to the dealer. I did get a quote of $143.00 from a local dealer for same work as a comparison the next day. Again I am not saying don't go there all I am saying is find out what they are charging that day. Some days they charge less and some days they charge more.

It had been a really long time since I'd last used their services, but went today to have my daughter's tires checked due to low pressure. They had us patched and ready to go within thirty minutes. Same great service that I remember from a decade ago! Definitely recommend this place to others whenever I have the chance.

Very friendly and funny. The guys had my granddaughters cracking up. I need a tire plugged and they had me pull right into the bay (I didn't even have to get the kiddo's out) found the mail plugged it and we we're on our way. It was really nice to not have someone trying to push me into purchasing a new tire. Thanks boys. You're a definite refer to friend's and family.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! Way over priced, bad customer service! THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR VEHICLES! They scratched my vehicle and they were not making themselves responsible for a damage they did ! So be careful with your vehicles if you go here.

The customer service is awesome. These are local guy that treat you right. I've been going to them for years. If they dont have it they can order it. Super prices on used tires plus if you need a tire plugged they will fix it quick. I highly recommend these guys.

They put on a new tire for me, balanced it and were friendly. The cost was agreed on, I paid them and as I drove, I noticed my truck was driving like a new one. I'm totally happier now. Thanks West Side.

I will find it hard to use anyone else! Everyone was super nice especially since I drove up 10 mins before they closed. They stayed an hour later to make sure I was all fixed up! Not to mention the best price I found in Nashville and Springfield. They were also the only ones who had trailer tires in stock. Great job y all! And thank you!
