I have been going here for years. But yesterday, the crew had "issuses" with the Air Dam on my car. They told me that screws were stripped from a previous visit, and gave me $15 off since it took about an hour to fix...Except it was NOT fixed. They did not put it back together correctly and the Air Dam came off of my car on the highway damaging it to the point that it will have to be replaced. So I had to Jerry Rig what I could on the side of I-65 with no tools and ended up slicing a chunk of flesh off my palm in the process.Needless to say. I am not happy that the Air Dam was reinstalled incorrectly. I was a loyal customer for years. But no longer. This is/was completely ridiculous!

Got an oil change and there was a 3 car line in each bay but they got to me very quickly. Jeremy was GREAT!! Very nice and I went at 4 pm on a Friday, a busy Friday so you know he s nice all the time. Didn t try to sell me anything extra. He asked how my wipers were, I needed new ones so I got them too for a really good price. Been here several times and it s been great every time. I drive from Pleasant View, there s several places closer but it s worth it to come here!

Best experience at a Valvoline I have ever had. The service provided by Brendon and Tim was honestly impressive. This place operates like a well oiled machine from what I can glean from this first visit. I will be taking my business to this location from now on. Many thanks!

Oil change took a long time, yes they had to go pick up the filter. My biggest issue is that I got home and when I moved the car into the garage, I had an oil puddle in my driveway. Not happy. Moved the car into the garage and it sat until Monday morning, BIG oil puddle in the garage. First thing Monday I take the car back to the shop. Yes, they fixed it, but having to clean up the oil and take time away from work to go back to have them fix the problem, not good. They did not charge me, thankfully and the service guy was very polite and apologized, but the Manager did not even acknowledge me while walking back and forth. I would expect that customer service would be his primary job along with his other duties. Apparently, he did not pay much attention to that day in training. I won't be going back to this location.

You should have the ability to give zero stars. Last week I brought my daughter's car in for an oil change. It took an extra long time for service so I left and decided to come back another day. I came back today and the technician is attempting to convince me that I didn't need an oil change. I believe because it was 4pm. They close at 5pm. I knew for a fact that the car needed one because I checked it prior to coming. When I told him that I wanted the oil changed he then told me they didn't have the oil that I got the last time. I asked if it had to be that same oil? He said its recommended and I could come back tomorrow. I asked about other oils. He showed me 2 other oils recommended for the car. I chose one. Another guy put the oil in from a blue jug. They never checked the oil level prior. I don't believe they changed the oil filter. They didn't check tire pressure, battery, brake fluid, air filter, coolant, wiper fluid etc. When I questioned them, they stated they did. I can see perfectly well.They didn't. They stated on the invoice that those items were checked and were "ok". Look at your cameras. I pray that nothing happens to the engine.

This is is the best place I ve ever gone to for my car. They fixed my air quickly and it s ice cold. My oil change was done at the same time and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. A man named Christian and another man (don t remember name but had arm tattoos) were SO helpful and the whole staff was awesome. Overall good experience. I pulled up Saturday to cars lined up and only a crew of 3 people but that doesn't stop these guys from getting the job done. Service with a smile makes a difference. This place was great. The young man waiting on me was so kind an patient. Any employee I came in contact with was friendly and respectful. I appreciate that so much. They never tried to force a sale, in fact, my windshield wiper fluid container has a hole in it. They told me to go buy one and if I couldn't get it in myself to just come up there an they would put it in. It was a great experience. I was in an outta there in 15 minutes. Fastest oil change ever. I would definitely recommend Valvoline in Springfield, TN and I will definitely go back. Thanks guys. BE SAFE AN STAY HEALTHY.

Jim is awesome. The staff here work their hardest and still are nice and respectful. Results are quick and worthy. I will always recommend this location. Jim is very knowledgeable and friendly each visit!

Took my wife s car today. Failed to tell me they didn t have the air filter in stock, sat there for 30 min waiting on it to be delivered. In that time all they did was change my oil. The invoice says they checked my tire pressures and they were all good. They were not. Look at the picture. After complaining about the 30 min air filter wait, he said he gave me the air filter discounted. Again, not what my invoice says. Didn t reset the check oil maintenance light. I stopped in to get a quick oil change before we leave for vacation and ended up taking longer and doing less than I would have done at home. I took my truck to the Cool Springs Valvoline two days ago and they were great. Really it s not Valvoline that screwed up here it s just this location that did a terrible job.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Got an oil change at Springfield Valvoline. No issues prior to coming, now maybe a little over a month later my oil is low where it shouldn't be and my cylinders have shut down and check engine light is flashing cause of misfires. I'm pretty sure they did not put the plug back right. I seen Valvoline catch a car on fire years ago and told myself I would never take my car there. Guess it's my own fault cause I knew better. I will never go to another Valvoline, y'all shouldn't either.Service: Oil change

This place is awesome I have to say I was kind of skeptical in the beginning but once I took my Jeep here I understood why they are well loved and are everywhere.The guys there are phenomenal at their job they expedite everything out loud as they check it off their list and makes you feel secure that your car is actually being checked. They do it all I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle here it is very convenient but a little bit pricey.

I went to the one in Springfield tn. Twice the first time was not so bad. Good service when I did the oil change. One guy cought a tire that was about to blow. The second time was not so good do to I made an appointment to go back to get a part fixed because they had to order it. No problem but the problem was when I got there eight minutes early the guy just pulled out for lunch. NOT good service. How ever they are friendly. They shouldn't take off just before an appointment . Very in professional.

Oil change was fine but didn't add air to my tires so had to go right back. Caught a little attitude when I pulled in and mentioned that no one put air in my tires. Not a great show of customer service on that part. I understand things get forgotten sometimes but one should never act defensive when a customer says something wasn't done. Best resolution is to apologize and simply finish the task.

I have tried Valvoline for an oil change multiple times and they didn t have either my oil or filter and told me I could go get my own this is literally what they do for a living and telling me to go down the road to an auto store to do their job. The only reason I have continued to try and use them is for the ease of the location to where I work, but I would definitely drive further to go to a place that keeps their oil and filters stocked.Service: Oil change

Go elsewhere. I ve used several Valvoline locations in the past and this is by far the worst. And at $50 for a regular oil change they re definitely the most expensive. Didn t even bother to reset our oil life light. Not a big deal but it makes me wonder just how thorough they were. Biggest problem is when I went to change it myself I had to use a breaker bar to take the plug out. Plus the filter was on so tight it took a lot of muscle to get it off with a wrench. So much in fact that the old filter was crumpled when I finally got it off. When I called back they told me everything was done to factory specs. Well either every other place I ve been going to has been doing it wrong or they did. In the end I was told there was nothing they could do for me. At $50 I expect more. Definitely won t get my business again.

I always have my oil changed in my SUV and my husband diesel truck done here. They are very professional and polite. I have NEVER felt pressured to have anything other than that done. They do let me know what issues need to be addressed and let me mak the decision without pressure. I have been going there for at least 2 years now and will continue to do so...great job guys!! This place doesn't deserve a good review at all. My husband took my vehicle up there today, 10/19/17. My vehicle doesn't take as much oil as the "books" says it requires. I told my husband that when he relayed the message to the gentleman there the older gentleman was nice and listen to my husband's request while the younger guy acted like he knew everything and did want to listen. I'll be honest I was way over due for an oil change, filter the whole 9 yards. One of the guys changing the oil said there was a major oil leak which I had no evidence of this at all! No smoke, no smell, no leaks when I park, nothing!!!! Now my car is blowing out smoke and I'm furious! If you want to spend $70+ for your car to be in a worse state then when you had arrived, you have found your place! Thanks for making life a little more complicated, Vavoline!The one star is for the older gentleman working there. Thanks for listening to customers.

Been Going There For Years & They Have Always Helped Me With My Car. I Have got almost 300 Hundred Thousand Miles on my car & went to Panama City Beach Florida recently. I keep my oil changed, my radiator flushed, belt changed etc. My car is still running good. I am Very Blessed!

They put a new light bulb in and they did it fast. I always get my oil changed here and they can do most maintenance on your vehicle at a fair price.

Horrible service. Young kids who don't think anything of lying to a middle aged woman. I simply needed air in my tires and they refused to air the tires up (told them I usually go to the Valvoline in White House) and gave some song & dance and then I requested that they go ahead an air them up and poof! it was done. Never saw anyone touch the tires and the panel in my dashboard didn't move to reflect that any air had been put in any of the tires. Asked again did you air them up? was told yes you have to drive for miles before your sensor will show. Told the kid that's not true I've owned the car for over 2 years and it shows immediately. Just drove out on dangerously low tires (right rear showing 24 when it should have been 35). Would you treat your wife or mother like that and lie and let them drive on dangerously low tires (lucky to even get to the shop in the first place). If I had been involved in an accident I would be contacting a lawyer right now. Instead drove the other direction 20 miles to the White House Valvoline and they aired the tires up and told me they hear complaints about your location all the time since you aren't corporate run but are franchise. Won't be back and will tell this story to all who will listen NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING

This used to be a good place to get your oil changed but on this occasion it was backed up and taking around 25 minutes per vehicle. I waited it out and after I finally pulled in it took them ten.minutes to even start!

They put my plug on too tight and I had 2 mechanic's and two other guys try to change my oil and they could not get it off. Took it to them and they had to shake entire car to get it off then ssid it wasnt on their tight . Calling corporate today as well. I will not ever go back .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

ONLY place I go. Very friendly and helpful. They take time to do a well check over everything. Last fall b4 I took my Sons truck back after a deployment his belts needed changed badly. They immediately took care of it
