I ve been going to Tidal Wave car wash for probably 4 months. This car wash is always squared away, starting with Taylor G that signed me up. Taylor is always very pleasant and extremely professional. It s refreshing to know that treatment still exists. Taylor always has the answer for everything. The rest of the staff are also professional and know their jobs. Towels, window cleaner, and vacuums have always been working and abundant. The area is always clean and the atmosphere is nice. Just a fantastic place to get your car washed!

I have been a repeat customer since they opened. Generally, my car is just slightly dirty from farm dust and pollen. The car and tires always look amazing. The vacuums are very powerful and always available along with towels and such. I have driven to MD twice in the last 6 months. I alerted them to the excessive bug and road grime, which they promptly scrubbed off thoroughly. My car looked like it just came off the showroom floor. The staff is always helpful and happy to assist in any way. I highly recommend it.

Great experience! The three employees that were there on Tuesday March 12 in the afternoon were very friendly, very helpful, and let me know about the packages available for the wash. The wash was thorough and the vacuums were strong. I don t usually write reviews but if you want to wash your car in Springfield this is the place to go for sure

This is a great car wash! The price is great to pay only once a month and come through every day for a wash. Jackson is a great employee. He is very professional and polite everytime I come through taking the time to make sure my car is cleaned right.

Love this car wash! Taylor did a great pre wash job! Love the towel station, do with the vacuums were easier to use on the opposite side of the car. I am a monthly member and I also wish I had the option to upgrade my wash sometime.

Y'all are too notch! Taylor is so personable and I look forward to seeing him each wash! He is so helpful and such a fun personality. Cannot say enough about him and my monthly washes being cost effective and does a great job!

I recently signed up for the monthly membership and I m loving it. Just being able to run my car thru anytime I want is great! Plus the customer service is wonderful. Mike the site leader is awesome and I ve also had a very pleasant experience with Taylor C. as well.

I want to leave a review for Taylor G he was quick and effective and very kind. I visited the Springfield Tennessee location. My son loves this car wash because he can see through it. He has a lot of fun when I bring him with me.

Today's wash was terrible, and my expectations were pretty low to begin with. 1. Wheels were smeared with dark "tire shine" and every one needed to be cleaned again by hand; 2. The front bumper and about 1/2 of the hood were barely touched - they had only a few brush streaks. The car was not too dirty going in... certainly no bugs or anything caked on... just normal dirt from driving for a week. These areas also needed cleaning by hand afterward; 3. Despite the "tire shine" smeared all over the wheels, the tires barely had any and it was very inconsistent; 4. The rear bumper and trunk area had several areas that weren't touched and required manual cleaning. Vacuums were good and it's nice to have towels available, so those are pluses... but the very poor wash is unforgivable and I will not return.

Love tidal wave! I love that they try to pre wash those dirty areas and the vacuums really get the dirt up! The only added plus I wish they had a place to take out your rubber floor mats so I could wash those while there. Taylor G is always super friendly when I run through!

I went and Aaron was such a great help! I couldn t quite reach the terminal to pay and he helped me reach it. There was a little bit of tire shine left on my tires but i quickly just had to wipe that off. Great customer service overall.

Taylor G. was so helpful. We love coming here to get our vehicles cleaned. The vacuums are better than any other in town and the cleaning carts are a great added touch.

I feel like the price could be cheaper especially when my car still has dirt on it after the initial 30 dollar wash. The employees, however, are amazing. Very courteous and really have great energy!

Great business, great employees. Iv used this wash a number of times and it always gets the vehicle looking good. Went through today and Brandon helped me out, great kid. Even jumped in the bed to grab the water bottle and sticks I forgot to take out Thank you Tidal wave for keeping

Had to get my membership transferred over from my old vehicle to the new one. Caleb, Brody, and CJ were extremely helpful and got me taken care of quickly. They did also did a phenomenal job getting my new car prepped for the wash. Thanks fellas!

I agreed to a month membership that I was told I could cancel at the end of the month. They actually need 7 days notice to cancel I was not told that and they charged me before the end of the month also. All to say don t get the membership.Washes and vacuums are good but there isn t a vacuum on both sides so you have to move your car to vacuum the other side. Doesn t make much since.The employees are friendly.

Told me there was a deal for a month that I can pay $12 dollars for car washes. Never told me that it was $25/month after. 4 months later I'm out $100 for two car washes. I'll never go back.
