Tanner Gilmore is a very good example of the type employee every Dealership should strive to employ. He is not only very knowledgeable about the service end of the business, he is also one of the most caring individuals for his customers that I have encountered in a long time. I was an employee for GM Dealerships for almost 40 years, very rare do you have this kind of experience any more.Definitely will keep coming back as long as Tanner is there.

I received an oil change on or about 3/17. I wasn't real happy with my service at that time. I left reviews and after a couple of days spoke with Mitch their service manager. That didn't make me feel any better. I was not wanting to return to this location for anything with the exception of my warranty.I was contacted by Shannon the co-owner on 3/24 about the situation. Shannon made me feel like a valued customer and I was given an incentive to come back to give them another try which I will do. Thank you for the excellent costumer service.Service: Oil change

Doug Rigsby was my service person he was great I am disabled he helped me with doors he answered any questions I had. He really was great he even helped me when I was picking my car back up he made sure my car was fixed where it was easy for me to get in my car and leave. I live in Kentucky and I will buy all my vehicles from here now on.

Mike was great regarding communications! He and everyone that answered the phones were courteous and really gave great customer service-above and beyond. They did body work on our car and it was even washed before we picked it up. My service Advisor was Tanner. He listened, and wrote down my details concerning my XTS Cadillac. He kept me up to date with progress on my car and called to report the findings.
