On a trip from Oregon to Florida my car broke down in the middle of BFE. Again. Needless to say, I was super distressed cause this was the second time on the same trip. Got it towed to this local dealership and the awesome folks there figured it out and had us back on the road in no time. Totally different issue than the first breakdown. They gave my car a full tune up and made sure I was 100% straight to finish my cross country road trip. Much appreciation to the whole team there. We took the opportunity to check out the small town and spend time with some wonderful locals. We will definitely be visiting there again. Love all the people there in Springfield Tennessee. God is so great to bring good out of a bad situation.

They transported my 2500hd wt from Dover, replaced the waterpump plus addressed a couple other issues and had me back to working within 24Hrs. Fantastic service, communication and very professional.

Had a fuel gauge sensor malfunction causing the need for a replacement of the sensor. The personnel were very professional and courteous. The repair was taking longer than expected, so I was given a loaner car instead of waiting 4-5 hours. I appreciated the gesture. Excellent service..

This is a great dealership! I worked with Kellen Arnold and he was so responsive to all my questions for over a month! All of his numbers were accurate. Once I finally went to make a purchase, he showed me like eight cars and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was able to make a purchase in about three hours. The whole team was honest, low key, and detailed. Very professional group. Highly recommend this location. I drove an hour to get there and it was completely worth it!

The car buying process can be completely draining, disappointing and overall stressful. Xander and the team at Reiselman did everything they could to make this as easy as possible. Even with unexpected bumps in the road, the customer service, the attention to detail and willingness to explain and go over each need with us - they never let up on their efforts! We are thrilled with our new truck and we know that Reiselman will continue to take care of our needs for the life of our vehicle!

Best truck buying experience I ve ever had. 10/10 recommend Reiselman GMC to anyone and everyone looking for a new or used vehicle. My salesman Dillon did a great job and was very helpful with my search for a new truck. He showed me several options and ensured I was satisfied with my vehicle choice before making the commitment to move forward on the truck. Absolutely no pressure to sell me a vehicle! The entire Reiselman team wanted to ensure I was comfortable and confident with my deal before we finalized it. Once we decided on the truck it took less than a hour and a half to do my paperwork and get me out the door. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on the powertrain which was unexpected. I will be referring many people to Reiselman in the future!

Reiselman GMC service department is awesome. I brought my truck in to get my oil changed. I had 2 other issues, they had them all fixed in no time. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2007 when it was Cunningham and Cunningham in Lebanon Tn since 1993. They have all taken care of me for all my needs and they are the best.Thank you guys

Xander, the agent who helped us was very professional, accomodating and genuine at helping us purchase our vehicle. Reiselman was a great dealership to work with. I drove three hours to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new one. Most of the admin/paperwork was done in advance and expedited the visit. I was promptly greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and turned the entire process into less than an hour appointment.Their integrity is also impeccable! A few days following the sale, the detailing team found my son s Nintendo switch games (approx $160 in value) under the third row seat. The dealership shipped the items to me and I received them shortly after.I highly recommend this dealership, especially for their great pricing and excellent customer service. Much better than some of the other dealers around!!

Extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Made us feel comfortable the first minute we walked in the door. They allowed us the time to "shop" and buy and answered all our questions. Brad & Shannon were great to deal with. Customer service was first and selling was second even though that combination leads to a sale more often than "selling" first. Thanks for the great buying experience!

My experience purchasing a vehicle with Reiselman Buick GMC was everything you d want in a car deal. The salesman , Jonathan Hagan, was excellent. Did the whole deal without ever stepping foot into the dealership. Did some overnighting of paperwork, and had the truck delivered to my house. Truck looked good in pics, exceeds my expectations in person! Best case scenario all around

I can t say enough good things about them! I was on a family vacation traveling across many states when I had vehicle trouble loosing brakes and I called dozens around to get my vehicle in and no one could see me until a week or more out, except here! They were quite busy but still offered to squeeze us in over the next day or so to to and help us as fast as they could. They also were kind enough to provide a ride to the nearest car rental so I wasn t stranded while waiting for repairs. They did the job fast and fixed the issue getting us back to enjoying our vacation the next day! The staff was extremely Friendly and helpful and I d recommended them 10/10 anytime!

Our buying experience at Reiselman was exceptional! Noone looks forward to pulling onto a car lot but Reiselman Springfield will change your opinion and create a welcoming atmosphere and an environment that allow for a great shopping experience. Billy was extra awesome. I came onto the lot thinking I wanted a certain vehicle but starting having doubts. His wealth of vehicle information, willing attitude and overall character allowed me to decide without pressure on the vehicle I needed. Dealing with others at the dealership... those closing the deal and even service on adding a few extras was top notch. We had heard great things but know now first hand and will look forward to doing business again in the future.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Billy did a great job. He was very helpful as well as informative from the first time he answered the phone. He was at the airport in Nashville to pick me up when I flew in at 7:15 am . It took less than 3 hours to complete the whole process and I was on the road in a new vehicle. Nick was also a pleasure to deal with. He was a pleasure to talk to and made the process simple. I would definitely fly in and purchase another vehicle at Reiselman Buick GMC....... Great job!

Reiselman made a new vehicle purchase super easy to do for my company. Billy in sales, and Nick in finance, were both fantastic to deal with. Billy went above and beyond in getting everything setup properly for a company truck, and Nick made the financing process quick and easy. I traveled out of state to purchase a vehicle here. From the beginning with conversations with Jon Scott on the phone, till the time I arrived at the dealership ship, Jon and all the rest of the staff made my purchasing experience great!Jon Scott met me as soon as I walked in the showroom and he and Nick had prepared all of the paperwork ahead of time so I could get back on the road.All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I only wish my home state had a dealer like this.Keep up the great work!

I needed 2 recalls fixed. I needed an appointment on short notice and they had one available. I also needed to get it taken care of in one trip. The service department was able to meet my needs. There were 4 other dealerships closer to me, but it was well worth the 50 mile trip to me to get my issues fixed on my schedule.

Most professional team in the car business! From the Cheery Hello! when I walked in the door to the kindness and concern during the entire purchase process. Kind, patient, informative and friendly in every single department. I am so impressed with Brad and Xander and Nick that I wish they were closer so I could see them more often. Highly recommend them!!
